Abstract
本发明提供一种沉香水油混合物及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)取沉香壳子料和水混合,加热至沸腾,并收集冷凝水,制得沉香蒸馏水;2)取沉香板头料和沉香皮油料,洗净后干燥,研磨成粉,制得沉香粉料,按料液比g/ml1:0.8~1.2加入煮过沉香壳子料的水混合,并加入1~3w/w%乳酸杆菌粉发酵20~28h,制得沉香发酵物;3)将沉香发酵物进行超临界二氧化碳提取,于不同温度、压力下进行萃取,先后制得沉香油A、沉香油B、沉香油C;将沉香油A、沉香油B、沉香油C按质量比1:2~3:0.5~0.8混合,制得三级沉香精油;4)将三级沉香精油和沉香蒸馏水按质量比为1:5~10加入高压容器中混合,制得沉香水油混合物。本发明制得的沉香水油混合物对伤口愈合具有显著的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及沉香加工技术领域,特别涉及一种沉香水油混合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
沉香油具有很多功效,往往会使用乙醇进行溶解稀释后使用,但味道难闻,使其应用受限。而直接使用水与沉香油混合,容易出现油水分离,降低其使用功效。故急需一种制备方法,能够获得具有良好功效的沉香水油混合物,使得沉香油得到更广泛性应用。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明提出一种沉香水油混合物及其制备方法,解决上述技术问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种沉香水油混合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取沉香壳子料和水混合,加热至沸腾,并收集冷凝水,制得沉香蒸馏水;
(2)取沉香板头料和沉香皮油料,洗净后干燥,研磨成粉,制得沉香粉料,按料液比g/ml1:0.8~1.2加入煮过沉香壳子料的水混合,并加入1~3w/w%乳酸杆菌粉发酵20~28h,制得沉香发酵物;
(3)将沉香发酵物进行超临界二氧化碳提取,先于40℃~60℃、0.4MPa~0.6MPa条件下萃取0.8h~1.2h,制得沉香油A;再于20℃~30℃、4MPa~6MPa条件下萃取0.4h~0.6h,制得沉香油B;最后于15℃~25℃、14MPa~16MPa条件下萃取0.2h~0.5h,制得沉香油C;将沉香油A、沉香油B、沉香油C按质量比1:2~3:0.5~0.8混合,制得三级沉香精油;
(4)将三级沉香精油和沉香蒸馏水按质量比为1:5~10加入高压容器中混合,制得沉香水油混合物。
优选地,步骤(4)中,所述高压容器为高压灭菌锅或高压均质机。
优选地,步骤(1)中,取沉香壳子料和水的料液比g/ml为1:8~12。
优选地,步骤(1)中,沸腾时间为10~20min。
优选地,步骤(2)中,所述沉香板头料和沉香皮油料的质量比为1:3~5。
优选地,步骤(2)中,研磨成粉的目数为150~200目。
一种沉香水油混合物,由本发明任一项所述的沉香水油混合物的制备方法制得。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明制得的沉香水油混合物具有良好的功效,尤其对伤口愈合具有显著的效果,显效率为85.0%以上。本发明的沉香水油混合物有效抑制创面细菌生长,促进皮肤修复,加快创面闭合速度,修复疤痕,有助皮肤恢复。而且本发明制得的沉香水油混合物,气味温和,水油融合良好,可作喷雾剂,适用性强。另外,本发明的沉香水油混合物经试验具有良好杀菌的效果,可应用于家庭生活环境杀菌。
具体实施方式
为了更好理解本发明技术内容,下面提供具体实施例,对本发明做进一步的说明。
本发明实施例所用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
本发明实施例所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例1
一种沉香水油混合物,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取沉香壳子料和水按料液比g/ml1:8混合,加热至沸腾10min,并收集冷凝水,制得沉香蒸馏水;
(2)按质量比1:3取沉香板头料和沉香皮油料,洗净后干燥,研磨成160目细粉,制得沉香粉料,按料液比g/ml1:0.8加入煮过沉香壳子料的水混合,并加入1w/w%乳酸杆菌粉发酵28h,制得沉香发酵物;
(3)将沉香发酵物进行超临界二氧化碳提取,物料先于40℃、0.4MPa条件下萃取1.2h,制得沉香油A;物料再于20℃、4MPa条件下萃取0.6h,制得沉香油B;最后物料于15℃、14MPa条件下萃取0.5h,制得沉香油C;将沉香油A、沉香油B、沉香油C按质量比1:2:0.5混合,制得三级沉香精油;
(4)将三级沉香精油和沉香蒸馏水按质量比为1:5加入高压灭菌锅中混合,制得沉香水油混合物。
实施例2
一种沉香水油混合物,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取沉香壳子料和水按料液比g/ml1:12混合,加热至沸腾20min,并收集冷凝水,制得沉香蒸馏水;
(2)按质量比1:5取沉香板头料和沉香皮油料,洗净后干燥,研磨成200目细粉,制得沉香粉料,按料液比g/ml1:1.2加入煮过沉香壳子料的水混合,并加入3w/w%乳酸杆菌粉发酵20h,制得沉香发酵物;
(3)将沉香发酵物进行超临界二氧化碳提取,物料先于60℃、0.6MPa条件下萃取0.8h,制得沉香油A;物料再于30℃、6MPa条件下萃取0.4h,制得沉香油B;最后物料于25℃、16MPa条件下萃取0.2h,制得沉香油C;将沉香油A、沉香油B、沉香油C按质量比1:3:0.8混合,制得三级沉香精油;
(4)将三级沉香精油和沉香蒸馏水按质量比为1:10加入高压灭菌锅中混合,制得沉香水油混合物。
实施例3
一种沉香水油混合物,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取沉香壳子料和水按料液比g/ml1:10混合,加热至沸腾15min,并收集冷凝水,制得沉香蒸馏水;
(2)按质量比1:4取沉香板头料和沉香皮油料,洗净后干燥,研磨成200目细粉,制得沉香粉料,按料液比g/ml1:1加入煮过沉香壳子料的水混合,并加入2w/w%乳酸杆菌粉发24h,制得沉香发酵物;
(3)将沉香发酵物进行超临界二氧化碳提取,物料先于50℃、0.5MPa条件下萃取1h,制得沉香油A;物料再于25℃、5MPa条件下萃取0.5h,制得沉香油B;最后物料于20℃、15MPa条件下萃取0.3h,制得沉香油C;将沉香油A、沉香油B、沉香油C按质量比1:3:0.7混合,制得三级沉香精油;
(4)将三级沉香精油和沉香蒸馏水按质量比为1:8加入高压灭菌锅中混合,制得沉香水油混合物。
对比例1
本对比例与实施例3的区别在于,步骤(2)中,所述乳酸杆菌粉的加入量为沉香粉料的5w/w%,发酵时间为48h。
对比例2
本对比例与实施例3的区别在于,步骤(3)中,将沉香发酵物进行超临界二氧化碳提取,于50℃、0.5MPa条件下萃取2h,制得沉香油。步骤(4)中,将步骤(3)沉香油和沉香蒸馏水按质量比为1:8加入高压灭菌锅中混合,制得沉香水油混合物。
对比例3
本对比例与实施3的区别在于,步骤(3)中,沉香油A、沉香油B、沉香油C按质量比1:1:1混合。
对比例4
本对比例与实施例3的区别在于,步骤(4)中,三级沉香精油和沉香蒸馏水按质量比为1:3。
试验例
(1)共收集皮肤有浅表损伤的志愿者280例,年龄16~30岁,创面面积2~5cm2、深度0.5cm以内。随机分组,试验组1~试验组7,每组40例。试验组1~试验组7分别对应使用实施例1-3以及对比例1-4制得的沉香水油混合物,使用时清洁伤口后,采用喷涂的方式将沉香水油混合物覆盖在伤口位置,每天早晚使用1次,每次喷3次,连续使用5天。观察变化。
(2)疗效判断标准:
显效:皮肤创面闭合,未见疤痕,皮肤外表平整;
有效:皮肤创面闭合,可见疤痕;
无效:皮肤创面未完全闭合。
(3)治疗结果
上述结果表明本发明实施例1-3的沉香水油混合物对伤口愈合具有显著的效果,显效率为85.0%以上。本发明的沉香水油混合物有效抑制创面细菌生长,促进皮肤修复,加快创面闭合速度,修复疤痕,有助皮肤恢复。另外,对比例1-4未按本发明方法进行制备,制得的沉香水油混合物,其修复效果明显下降。

Claims (7)
1.一种沉香水油混合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取沉香壳子料和水混合,加热至沸腾,并收集冷凝水,制得沉香蒸馏水;
(2)取沉香板头料和沉香皮油料,洗净后干燥,研磨成粉,制得沉香粉料,按料液比g/ml1:0.8~1.2加入煮过沉香壳子料的水混合,并加入1~3w/w%乳酸杆菌粉发酵20~28h,制得沉香发酵物;
(3)将沉香发酵物进行超临界二氧化碳提取,先于40℃~60℃、0.4MPa~0.6MPa条件下萃取0.8h~1.2h,制得沉香油A;再于20℃~30℃、4MPa~6MPa条件下萃取0.4h~0.6h,制得沉香油B;最后于15℃~25℃、14MPa~16MPa条件下萃取0.2h~0.5h,制得沉香油C;将沉香油A、沉香油B、沉香油C按质量比1:2~3:0.5~0.8混合,制得三级沉香精油;
(4)将三级沉香精油和沉香蒸馏水按质量比为1:5~10加入高压容器中混合,制得沉香水油混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种沉香水油混合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,所述高压容器为高压灭菌锅或高压均质机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种沉香水油混合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,取沉香壳子料和水的料液比g/ml为1:8~12。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种沉香水油混合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,沸腾时间为10~20min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种沉香水油混合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述沉香板头料和沉香皮油料的质量比为1:3~5。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种沉香水油混合物的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,研磨成粉的目数为150~200目。
7.一种沉香水油混合物,其特征在于,由权利要求1-6任一项所述的沉香水油混合物的制备方法制得。
