The positioning device is required to be arranged not only in construction or office places, but also in connecting passages of floors such as stair openings, elevator rooms and the like, so that electronic maps of the floors can be connected into a whole map, and the electronic map has the function of layered display and is convenient for unified supervision of personnel in a factory.

Claims (8)

1. A constructor monitoring system based on big data and task grouping presetting mainly comprises:
the system comprises a task presetting module, a task information storage module and a task information processing module, wherein the task presetting module is used for recording personal information of field construction personnel as a personnel information base, setting a plurality of task performers which cooperate to perform the same task as a task group, appointing a task group leader, and presetting and recording a preset task route of each task group on a construction site, wherein the preset task route comprises a plurality of construction sites which are arranged according to time sequence, the time for the task performers to reach each construction site on the preset task route, the preset stay time of each construction site, the construction area of each construction site and the connection route of each construction site;
the identity recognition module is connected with the task presetting module and used for recognizing the personal information of the task performer and comparing the personal information with the personal information in the personnel information base so as to determine a task group to which the task performer belongs and a preset task route; the task performers in the same task group have the same preset task route;
the positioning and alarming module is connected with the task presetting module, and is used for tracking and positioning the real-time position of each task executor and recording the actual task route of the task executor; when the actual task routes of one or more task performers in a task group deviate from the preset task routes, the positioning and alarming module sends out alarming information;
the main control console is connected with the task presetting module, the identity recognition module and the positioning and alarming module; the main control console is provided with a display screen, and the real-time position, the preset task route and the actual task route of each site constructor are displayed on the display screen; and the master control console receives the alarm signal sent by the positioning and alarm module, independently displays the real-time position of each member in the task group and the position of the member deviating from the preset task route on a display screen, and reminds a task executor and a task group leader who send the alarm signal.

The big data and grouping task presetting based constructor monitoring system of claim 1, wherein the construction site is divided into a plurality of dynamic construction areas, and the construction areas are divided by the following method: a plurality of positioning devices are installed at each construction site of a construction site, each construction site and each positioning device are numbered, an effective range is defined by taking each positioning device as a base point, and the effective ranges of the plurality of positioning devices are combined into a construction area.

The big data and grouped task presetting based constructor monitoring system of claim 2 wherein when the task group needs to change the predetermined task route, a change application is proposed to the master console, the master console receives the change application and makes an acceptance or rejection decision:
receiving a change application, correspondingly modifying the preset task route of the task group in the task presetting module by the master control station, comparing the actual task route of the task group with the modified preset task route by the positioning and alarming module, and sending a prompt under the condition that the actual task route deviates from the modified task route;
and refusing to change the application, not modifying the preset task route of the task group by the master console, comparing the actual task route of the task group with the original preset task route by the positioning and alarming module, and sending a prompt under the condition that the actual task route deviates from the original task route.
4. A constructor monitoring system based on big data and grouped task presets according to claim 3, wherein the case that the actual task route of the task group deviates from its predetermined task route includes:
route deviation, which comprises the route deviation of at least one member in the same task group and the deviation of the sequence of reaching each construction site on the preset task route;
time deviation, wherein the time for at least one member in the task group to arrive at a certain construction site or the stay time at a certain construction site is inconsistent with the pre-stay time; and
the range deviates, at least one member of the task group is beyond the construction area of the construction site.

The constructor monitoring system based on big data and grouping task presetting as claimed in claim 4, wherein the specific way of the display screen reminding is: when the actual task route of at least one member in the task group deviates from the preset task route, highlighting the real-time position, the preset task route and the actual task route of the task performer and all members of the task group where the task performer is located on the display screen; the highlighting method comprises route color change reminding or flashing reminding, and alarm bell or voice reminding is given to the behavior deviating from the preset task route.

The constructor monitoring system based on big data and grouping task presetting as claimed in claim 5, wherein after the master console receives screen reminding or alarm bell, voice reminding, task performers and task group responsible persons connected with the master console deviating from the predetermined route warn and command.

The constructor monitoring system based on big data and grouping task presetting as claimed in claim 2, wherein an access control system with face recognition is provided between each construction area, the access control system is connected with the task presetting module, the identity recognition module and the positioning and alarming module, and the access control system authorizes the task group in time intervals, and the access control is opened under triple conditions of time when all members of the task group meet the face recognition condition and reach the construction site on the predetermined task route; and when one or one task group member does not conform to the task group member, the access control system gives an alarm to the master console.

The constructor monitoring system based on big data and grouping task presetting as claimed in claim 3, wherein a plurality of monitoring cameras are installed at a construction site, the monitoring cameras are connected with a master console, the master console locks the real-time position of a task performer deviating from a predetermined task route after receiving an alarm signal, and starts the monitoring camera closest to the task performer for locking and tracking.
