The triggering of the express delivery cabinet 100 to send the receipt notification may be sending the receipt notification to a transporter when the transporter related to the transportation information is detected within a preset distance range.
When a sender sends a mail through the express cabinet 100, the express cabinet 100 may acquire express information of the mail to be sent, and accordingly, the express cabinet 100 may include the information acquisition device 18. The information acquisition device 18 is in communication connection with the robot 13 and is used for acquiring express delivery information of the to-be-delivered express items, so that the robot 13 sorts the to-be-delivered express items in the express cabinet unit 11 to the receiving mechanism 12 according to preset rules based on the express delivery information. The information acquiring device 18 may include a visual sensor or a code scanning device. For example, the identification such as characters/bar codes/two-dimensional codes on the surface of the to-be-sent courier can be acquired through the visual sensor to acquire the express information, or the identification such as bar codes/two-dimensional codes on the surface of the to-be-sent courier can be acquired through the code scanning device to acquire the express information.
When a sender needs to input express information into the express cabinet 100, the information acquiring device 18 may include an instruction input device 181, configured to acquire a sending instruction and generate express information according to the sending instruction, and the information acquiring device 18 may directly acquire the express information input by the sender through the instruction input device 181.
When the express waybills need to be pasted, the express cabinet 100 is further provided with a label printing device 19, which is in communication connection with the instruction input device 181, and is used for printing the corresponding express waybills according to the express information generated by the instruction input device 181, and the sender can paste the express waybills to the surface of the to-be-posted waybills, and can also paste the express waybills through the robot 13.
The courier cabinet 100 can also generate an identifier containing courier information on the surface of the courier to be sent through an ink jet device.
After the robot 13 acquires the express information of the to-be-posted express item through the information acquisition device 19, the to-be-posted express item with the consistent carrier can be sorted to the receiving mechanism 12 together based on the express information.
In this embodiment, the robot 13 may have different structures according to the working situation in the express delivery cabinet 100:
referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the robot shown in fig. 1. The robot 13 may include a moving chassis 131 and a robot arm 132 disposed on the moving chassis 131. The mechanical arm 132 is used for grabbing the to-be-taken or to-be-sent couriers; the movement of the moving chassis 131 and the movement of the mechanical arm 132 are used for realizing the movement of the to-be-delivered item in the pick-up mechanism 12 to the express cabinet unit 11, or the movement of the to-be-sent item in the express cabinet unit 11 to the pick-up mechanism 12.
The robot 13 further includes a lifting mechanism 133 disposed between the moving chassis 131 and the robot arm 132. For example, when the height of the express delivery cabinet unit 11 is greater than the arm spread value of the mechanical arm 132, the robot 13 moves to the lower side of the express delivery cabinet unit 11, and the lifting mechanism 133 may lift the mechanical arm 132, so that the mechanical arm 132 moves the to-be-taken express item in the longitudinal space, and the to-be-taken express item is placed in the express delivery cabinet unit 11.
The cabinet 100 further includes a slide rail (not shown) on which the robot 13 moves to move the to-be-delivered item in the pick-up mechanism 12 to the cabinet unit 11 or to move the to-be-delivered item in the cabinet unit 11 to the pick-up mechanism 12. The sliding guide rails may extend in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction depending on the arrangement of the express cabinet unit 11, and the robot 13 moves in the vertical direction or the horizontal direction to realize the movement of the express items to be taken.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the specific embodiment described with respect to one of the to-be-sent courier and the to-be-taken courier is also applicable to the other.
The application provides an express delivery cabinet 100, this express delivery cabinet 100 includes express delivery cabinet unit 11, collection mechanism 12 and robot 13, will collect the express delivery piece letter sorting of treating in the mechanism 12 to express delivery cabinet unit 11 according to predetermineeing the rule through robot 13, or with the express delivery piece letter sorting of treating in the express delivery cabinet unit 11 to collection mechanism 12, thereby realize sorting the express delivery piece that will be correlated with and put in, can promote the effective rate of utilization of express delivery cabinet 100.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the modules or units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units may be integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be substantially implemented or contributed by the prior art, or all or part of the technical solution may be embodied in a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, a network device, or the like) or a processor (processor) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.

Claims (20)

  1. An express delivery cabinet, characterized in that, express delivery cabinet includes:
    the express cabinet unit is used for placing the to-be-sent express delivery or receiving the to-be-sent express delivery;
    the receiving mechanism is used for receiving the to-be-sent express delivery or placing the to-be-sent express delivery;
    and the robot is used for sorting the to-be-sent express items in the receiving mechanism to the express cabinet unit according to preset rules, or sorting the to-be-sent express items in the express cabinet unit to the receiving mechanism.
  2. The courier cabinet of claim 1, wherein the courier cabinet further comprises a cache;
    the robot is further used for sorting the to-be-picked express delivery items in the receiving mechanism to the cache area according to preset rules, and moving the sorted to-be-picked express delivery items to the express cabinet unit from the cache area according to an item picking instruction;
    or sorting the to-be-sent express items in the express cabinet unit to the cache region according to a preset rule, and moving the sorted to-be-sent express items to the receiving mechanism from the cache region according to an receiving instruction.
  3. The cabinet of claim 1, further comprising a non-standard item storage mechanism for holding ready-to-pick or ready-to-send items having a volume above a volume threshold or a weight above a weight threshold.
  4. The cabinet of claim 1, further comprising a sensing device disposed on the take-up mechanism or the robot in communication with the robot;
    the sensing device is used for acquiring express information of the to-be-taken express, so that the robot sorts the to-be-taken express in the receiving mechanism to the express cabinet unit according to the preset rule based on the express information.
  5. The cabinet of claim 4, wherein the take-up mechanism includes a take-up window, a telescoping mechanism, and a storage device that extends or retracts relative to the take-up window under the action of the telescoping mechanism; the storage device is used for placing the to-be-taken express delivery piece.
  6. The courier cabinet of claim 5, wherein the sensing device includes a visual sensor disposed on the storage device or the robot; the vision sensor is further used for acquiring the position information of the to-be-taken express item, so that the robot can hold the to-be-taken express item according to the position information.
  7. The courier cabinet of claim 5, wherein the sensing device comprises:
    the visual sensor is arranged on the storage device or the robot and used for acquiring the position information of the to-be-taken express item, so that the robot can hold the to-be-taken express item according to the position information;
    sweep a yard equipment, set up in on the robot, be used for acquireing the express delivery information of express delivery piece waits to get.
  8. The courier cabinet of claim 6 or 7, wherein the vision sensor obtains the location information of the courier to be taken according to a segmentation algorithm.
  9. The courier cabinet of claim 4, wherein the take-up mechanism includes a take-up window and a conveyor belt; the robot sorts the to-be-sent express items on the conveyor belt to the express cabinet unit, or sorts to-be-sent express items in the express cabinet unit to the conveyor belt.
  10. The cabinet of claim 9, wherein the sensing device comprises a code scanning device disposed on the conveyor belt for acquiring express delivery information of the to-be-taken express delivery.
  11. The cabinet of claim 4, wherein the robot is configured to sort courier-to-be-picked items that are consistent with the picker to the same cabinet unit based on the courier information.
  12. The express cabinet unit as claimed in claim 11, wherein the express cabinet unit is provided with a sensing device for triggering the express cabinet unit to send an express pickup notice to the express pickup person when the express pickup is sensed to be placed in the express cabinet unit.
  13. The courier cabinet of claim 12, wherein the sensing device includes a distance sensor, a force sensor, a visual sensor, or a tactile sensor.
  14. The cabinet unit of claim 1, wherein the cabinet unit is provided with an information acquisition device in communication with the robot;
    the information acquisition device is used for acquiring express information of the to-be-sent express items, so that the robot sorts the to-be-sent express items in the express cabinet unit to the receiving mechanism according to the preset rules based on the express information.
  15. The cabinet according to claim 14, wherein the information acquiring device comprises an instruction input device configured to acquire a mail order and generate the express information according to the mail order.
  16. The express delivery cabinet of claim 15, further comprising a label printing device, communicatively connected to the command input device, for printing a corresponding express delivery order according to the express delivery information generated by the command input device.
  17. The courier cabinet of claim 14, wherein the robot is configured to sort consistence shippers of the courier-to-be-addressed parcels together to a pickup mechanism based on the courier information.
  18. The courier cabinet of claim 1, wherein the robot comprises:
    moving the chassis;
    the mechanical arm is arranged on the movable chassis and used for grabbing the to-be-sent express delivery or the to-be-sent express delivery;
    the moving of the moving chassis and the movement of the mechanical arm are used for moving the to-be-sent express delivery in the receiving mechanism to the express cabinet unit or moving the to-be-sent express delivery in the express cabinet unit to the receiving mechanism.
  19. The courier cabinet of claim 18, wherein the robot further comprises a lift mechanism disposed between the mobile chassis and the robotic arm.
  20. The cabinet of claim 1, further comprising a sliding track on which the robot moves to move the to-be-picked up item in the pick-up mechanism to the cabinet unit or to move the to-be-posted item in the cabinet unit to the pick-up mechanism.
