As can be seen from the analysis results in Table 1, the okara biscuits prepared in examples 1-6 of the present invention have significantly higher dietary fiber content than the control. In contrast, the cookies prepared by directly using the bean dregs in the comparative example have poor taste and obvious beany flavor.
