本发明涉及一种切丁设备,尤其涉及一种食品生产用萝卜批量切丁设备。
背景技术
萝卜是不少人都爱吃的一种蔬菜,也是一种营养价值比较高的食物。在烹饪萝卜的时候,人们会根据具体的烹饪方法,将萝卜切成不同的形状,比如说很多人在炒萝卜的时候,或者是想将萝卜腌制成小菜的时候,都会将萝卜切成丁。
目前市场上给萝卜切丁,大多数都是人工拿一个萝卜放入切丁机,然后一只手用力去推萝卜,切完一个萝卜人工在去拿另一个萝卜,这种反复的操作会增加切萝卜丁的工作量,工作效率低,达不到自动传送,自动给萝卜压丁的功能。
针对以上所述给萝卜切丁的问题,因此亟需研发一种能够自动传送,自动压丁的食品生产用萝卜批量切丁设备。
发明内容
为了克服人工拿一个萝卜放入切丁机,然后一只手用力去推萝卜,切完一个萝卜人工在去拿另一个萝卜,这种反复的操作会增加切萝卜丁的工作量,工作效率低,达不到自动传送,自动给萝卜压丁的功能。

链条二,为两个,链条二分别绕于单链轮一与单链轮二;
刀盘组,为多个,刀盘组部件对称固定于两个链条二;
削片组件,连接于机架;
压丁组件,连接于机架;
连杆机构,为两个,其中一个连杆机构固接于削片组件部件,另一个连杆机构固接于压丁组件部件;
刀盘组包括有:
收集盘,为长方型;
平板,对称固接于收集盘两侧,平板通过连接片固接于链条二;
网刀盘,固接于收集盘上方,网刀盘位于两平板之间;
削片组件包括有:
转轴三,转动连接于机架两侧;

2:本发明通过连杆机构带动压丁组件向下运动,使压板向下压萝卜,压板通过网刀盘将萝卜切成丁,实现了自动给萝卜切丁的功能。
3:本发明不但可以调节切刀的高度,而且还可以调节压板的高度,通过调节连杆一与连杆三就可以实现以上功能。
4:本发明通过连杆机构带动切刀向下移动,使压紧机构将萝卜压紧,进行给萝卜切片工作,具有将萝卜压紧的功能。

一种食品生产用萝卜批量切丁设备,如图1-6所示,包括有机架1、电机2、双链轮一3、转轴一4、单链轮一5、转轴二401、单链轮二501、单链轮三502、链条一503和链条二504,电机2固接于机架1上方,双链轮一3固接于电机2输出轴,转轴一4转动连接于机架1右端,两个单链轮一5对称固接于转轴一4,转轴二401转动连接于机架1左端,两个单链轮二501对称固接于转轴二401,单链轮三502固接于转轴一4端部,单链轮三502位于单链轮一5前方,链条一503,绕于双链轮一3内轮与单链轮三502,两个链条二504分别绕于单链轮一5与单链轮二501,七个刀盘组部件对称固定于两个链条二504,削片组件连接于机架1上方,压丁组件连接于机架1上方,有两个连杆机构,其中一个连杆机构固接于削片组件部件外侧,另一个连杆机构固接于压丁组件部件外侧。
当给萝卜切丁时,人工将萝卜放到刀盘组部件上,启动电机2反转,电机2带动双链轮一3转动,双链条一503带动单链轮三502转动,单链轮三502带动转轴一4转动,转轴一4带动两个单链轮一5转动,单链轮一5带动链条二504转动,链条二504带动单链轮二501转动,单链轮二501带动转轴二401转动,当单链轮一5带动链条二504转动时,从而带动刀盘组部件上的萝卜从右向左移动,当刀盘组部件上的萝卜移动到削片组件部件下方时,削片组件部件带动连杆机构上下运动,将刀盘组部件上的萝卜切成一片片的,当刀盘组部件上的萝卜片移动到压丁组件下方时,压丁组件部件带动连杆机构向下运动,压丁组件部件向下压萝卜片,萝卜片通过刀盘组部件切成丁,切萝卜丁工作完毕,人工把装有萝卜丁的刀盘组搬走。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础之上,如图2-4所示,刀盘组包括有收集盘6、平板601和网刀盘602,网刀盘602固接于收集盘6上方,网刀盘602位于两平板601之间。
人工把萝卜放到网刀盘602上,启动电机2反转,链条二504通过连接片带动平板601从右向左移动,从而带动网刀盘602上的萝卜片从右向左移动,当链条二504带动网刀盘602上的萝卜片移动到压丁组件下方时,压丁组件部件带动连杆机构向下运动,压丁组件部件向下压萝卜片,萝卜片通过网刀盘602切成萝卜丁,切好的萝卜丁落入收集盘6,实现了全自动将萝卜片切成萝卜丁,并将萝卜丁收集起来的功能。
削片组件包括有转轴三7、双链轮二701、链条四705、切刀706和刀槽板101,转轴三7转动连接于机架1两侧,两个双链轮二701对称固接于转轴三7端部,链条四705绕于双链轮二701内轮与双链轮一3外轮,切刀706固接于连杆机构部件上方,刀槽板101固接于机架1上方,刀槽板101与切刀706贴合。
启动电机2反转,当链条二504带动网刀盘602上的萝卜移动到刀槽板101下方时,链条四705带动双链轮二701转动,双链轮二701带动其中一个连杆机构上下运动,从而带动连杆机构上的切刀706与刀槽板101贴合上下活动,切刀706将网刀盘602上的萝卜切成一片片的,实现了自动削萝卜片的功能。
压丁组件包括有转轴四702、单链轮四703、链条三704、连接板一707和压板708,转轴四702转动连接于机架1两侧,两个单链轮四703对称固接于转轴四702端部,两个链条三704分别绕于单链轮四703与双链轮二701外轮,连接板一707固接于连杆机构顶端,压板708固接于连接板一707下方。
启动电机2反转,当链条二504带动网刀盘602上的萝卜片移动到压板708下方时,单链轮四703带动另一个连杆机构上下运动,从而带动连接板一707下方的压板708向下压萝卜片,压板708通过网刀盘602将萝卜片切成萝卜丁,实现了自动压丁的功能。
连杆机构包括有连杆一8、连杆二801、连杆三802和滑套803,连杆一8为两组,其中一组连杆一8对称固接于两个单链轮四703外侧,另一组连杆一8对称固接于双链轮二701外侧,两个连杆二801转动连接于连杆一8端部,两个连杆三802转动连接于连杆二801端部,两个滑套803对称固接于机架1上方。
当启动电机2反转时,其中一个连杆机构的连杆一8与双链轮二701上下活动,连杆二801与连杆三802上下活动,连杆三802通过滑套803上下活动,连杆三802带动切刀706上下活动完成给萝卜切片工作,另一个连杆机构的连杆一8与单链轮四703上下活动,连杆三802带动压板708向下压萝卜片,完成给萝卜片压丁工作,还可以通过调节连杆一8与连杆三802来调整切刀706的高度,也可以调整压板708的高度。
实施例3
在实施例2的基础之上,如图5-6所示,还包括有汤平组件,汤平组件包括有支架9、螺杆901、摇柄902、单链轮五903、链条五904和活动板905,两个支架9对称固接于机架1上方,两个螺杆901转动连接于支架9,两对摇柄902分别固接于螺杆901两端,两个单链轮五903对称固接于螺杆901下方,单链轮五903位于支架9下方,链条五904绕于两个单链轮五903,活动板905螺纹连接于两个螺杆901端部。
当链条二504带动网刀盘602上的萝卜片移动到活动板905下方时,人工摇动其中一个摇柄902,摇柄902带动螺杆901转动,螺杆901带动对应的单链轮五903转动,通过链条五904带动另一个单链轮五903转动,从而调整活动板905升降,当活动板905调整到与萝卜片接触时,活动板905将萝卜片汤平,实现了给萝卜片汤平的功能。
还包括有压紧机构,压紧机构包括有轨板10、连接板二11、压簧12、螺纹板13和螺钉14,两个轨板10都设置有凹槽,轨板10对称固接于机架1上方,轨板10位于切刀706右侧,连接板二11滑动连接于两个轨板10上的凹槽,两个压簧12对称固接于轨板10凹槽内,压簧12一端分别连接于轨板10,另一端连接于连接板二11,两个螺纹板13对称固接于切刀706右侧,两个螺钉14分别螺纹连接螺纹板13上方,螺钉14下端与连接板二11接触。
启动电机2反转,当链条二504带动网刀盘602上的萝卜移动到切刀706下方时,连杆机构带动切刀706向下移动,切刀706带动螺纹板13向下移动,从而使螺钉14向下压连接板二11,连接板二11将萝卜压紧,连杆机构带动切刀706开始工作,当萝卜切完时,连杆机构带动切刀706停止工作,压簧12受力,连接板二11复位,实现了压紧萝卜的功能。
