step three: loading the concrete mixture into a slump cone in two layers, wherein each layer is inserted and poured from the edge to the center for 25 times, the first layer is loaded to a half position of the cone, the second layer is full, and the cone mouth is leveled after the insertion and pouring are completed;
step four: measuring, namely after removing concrete on the cylinder edge, stably lifting the slump cylinder along the vertical direction and slightly placing the slump cylinder beside the slump cylinder, and measuring the distance from the highest point of the sample to the cylinder top by using a steel ruler after the sample does not slump for 30 seconds any more;
step five: judging that the water consumption is a reasonable reference when the distance is more than 5mm and less than or equal to 10 mm; when the distance is more than 10mm, the reference water consumption is excessive; when the sample does not undergo slump deformation, the amount of water used is insufficient.
Compared with the prior art, the slump constant determination method has the advantages that the slump value is adopted to determine the water consumption, the specific numerical value is used as a determination basis, the influence of human factors of the original water consumption visual measurement method is reduced, the test result is more accurate, the test amount of a visual measurement method is reduced, the method is more convenient and efficient, and the operation of concrete preparation personnel is facilitated.
