or/and the installation device further comprises an installation chamber (5), two vertical side walls of the installation chamber (5) are respectively provided with an upper sliding rail (56) and a lower sliding rail (57) which are horizontally arranged, two sides of the upper supporting plate (23) are respectively positioned in the upper sliding rail (56) and can move along the two upper sliding rails (56), and two sides of the lower supporting plate (24) are respectively positioned in the lower sliding rail (57) and can move along the two lower sliding rails (57).
10. A method of sterilizing a package box comprising the steps of:
step 1, controlling a motor (54) to enable an upper supporting plate (23) to close a package box inlet at the upper end of a disinfection chamber (1), and stacking a package box (3) to be disinfected on the upper supporting plate (23); meanwhile, the lower supporting plate (24) leaves the outlet of the package box at the lower end of the sterilizing chamber (1);
step 2, controlling a motor (54) to enable a movable upper supporting plate (23) to gradually open an inlet of a wrapping box at the upper end of the disinfection chamber (1), and simultaneously starting a second ultraviolet lamp (28) to gradually irradiate the whole bottom surface of the lowermost wrapping box (3) through a lifting inclined plane through hole; meanwhile, the movable lower supporting plate (24) gradually closes the outlet of the package box at the lower end of the disinfection chamber (1);
step 3, when the upper supporting plate (23) is completely separated from the bottommost wrapping box (3), the lower supporting plate (24) closes the lower end of the sterilizing chamber (1), the second ultraviolet lamp (28) is closed, the bottommost wrapping box (3) falls into the sterilizing chamber (1) and is supported by the lower supporting plate (24), and other wrapping boxes (3) are stacked above the bottommost wrapping box (3);
step 4, starting an ultraviolet disinfection lamp (11) in the disinfection room (1) to carry out ultraviolet disinfection on the vertical four side surfaces of the packaging box (3) through irradiation; after the disinfection reaches the preset time, the ultraviolet disinfection lamp (11) is turned off;
step 5, controlling a motor (54) to enable an upper supporting plate (23) to close a package box inlet at the upper end of the disinfection chamber (1), and inserting an upper lifting inclined plane (29) of the upper supporting plate (23) into a gap between the bottommost package box (3) and the upper package box (3) to lift the upper package box (3); starting a first ultraviolet lamp (27) and a second ultraviolet lamp (28), wherein the first ultraviolet lamp (27) gradually irradiates the whole top surface of the bottommost wrapping box (3) through a through hole at the bottom of a lifting inclined plane (29), and the second ultraviolet lamp (28) gradually irradiates the whole bottom surface of the upper wrapping box (3) through a through hole at the lifting inclined plane; meanwhile, the lower supporting plate (24) gradually leaves the outlet of the wrapping box at the lower end of the disinfection chamber (1);
step 6, the lower supporting plate (24) completely leaves a package box outlet at the lower end of the disinfection chamber (1), and the package box (3) at the lowest position falls onto the conveyor belt (4) to be transported away; turning off the first ultraviolet lamp (27) and the second ultraviolet lamp (28);
and 7, sterilizing other packing boxes (3) and repeating the steps 1-6.
