本发明公开了一种益生菌菊粉片剂及其制备方法,包括原料的组成:菊粉90%‑95%,益生菌菌粉0.1%‑1%,润滑剂0.1%‑2%,崩解剂0.1%‑2%,微晶纤维素0.1%‑2%,调味香精0.1%‑0.5%,本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备方法所制成的益生菌菊粉片剂中加入了调味香精,可改变益生菌菊粉片剂中其他药品的味道,方便服用者食用益生菌菊粉片剂且本发明制备方法所制成的益生菌菊粉片剂中加入了崩解剂,可方便服用者的肠道吸收益生菌菊粉片剂,可减少益生菌菊粉片剂的药效损失。

本发明公开了一种益生菌菊粉片剂及其制备方法,属于食品加工技术领域。
背景技术
菊粉又名菊糖,源自于菊芋块根,是一种天然果糖聚合物,作为一种天然可溶性膳食纤维,菊粉几乎不被胃酸水解和消化,而在结肠中被大量有益微生物发酵,尤其是具有超强的增殖双歧杆菌的功能,因而具备诸多对人体的保健功能,如控制血脂、降低血糖、改善肠道功能、促进矿质吸收。
目前市场上的益生菌菊粉片剂大都散发有一种药物的味道,服用者在食用时容易感到不适,且食用时仅靠肠道内的菌体分解益生菌菊粉片剂,方便肠道吸收益生菌菊粉片剂,此过程中会浪费较多的药效。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题,提供一种益生菌菊粉片剂及其制备方法,从而解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种益生菌菊粉片剂及其制备方法,包括原料的组成:菊粉90%-95%,益生菌菌粉0.1%-1%,润滑剂0.1%-2%,崩解剂0.1%-2%,微晶纤维素0.1%-2%,调味香精0.1%-0.5%。
作为优选,所述益生菌为长双歧杆菌、瑞士乳杆菌和植物乳杆菌的其中一种菌体和冻干保护剂混合,然后通过冷冻干燥机制成。
作为优选,所述益生菌中混合的菌体和冻干保护剂的比例均为1∶1。
作为优选,所述润滑剂为聚乙二醇和硬脂酸镁的其中一种或多种。
作为优选,所述调味香精为橘子香精、波萝香精、橙汁香精和奶味香精的其中一种。
作为优选,所述菊粉是选自菊芋、菊苣和大丽花的其中一种,然后经过研磨设备制成。
作为优选,所述食品强化剂为维生素A、维生素D、维生素E和维生素C其中一种或多种所述崩解剂为羧甲基淀粉钠、低取代纤维素和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的其中一种。
一种益生菌菊粉片剂制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)按照比例将菊粉、益生菌菌粉、润滑剂、崩解剂、微晶纤维素和调味香精投入混合设备中,通过混合设备将菊粉、益生菌菌粉、润滑剂、崩解剂、微晶纤维素和调味香精混合在一起,形成益生菌菊粉片剂原液;
(2)将混合好的原液灌入干燥设备中,且使干燥设备内部的温度保持在37℃以下,慢慢蒸发掉原液中的水分,将原液蒸发到一定的浓稠度;
(3)将蒸发好的原液投入制片设备中,通过制片设备将益生菌菊粉片剂原液压制成片状;
(4)将制好的益生菌菊粉片剂放入包装设备中,进行包装操作。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明制备方法所制成的益生菌菊粉片剂中加入了调味香精,可改变益生菌菊粉片剂中其他药品的味道,方便服用者食用益生菌菊粉片剂。
2、且本发明制备方法所制成的益生菌菊粉片剂中加入了崩解剂,可方便服用者的肠道吸收益生菌菊粉片剂,可减少益生菌菊粉片剂的药效损失。

一种益生菌菊粉片剂,包括原料的组成:菊粉90%-95%,益生菌菌粉0.1%-1%,润滑剂0.1%-2%,崩解剂0.1%-2%,微晶纤维素0.1%-2%,调味香精0.1%-0.5%。
其中,所述益生菌为长双歧杆菌、瑞士乳杆菌和植物乳杆菌的其中一种菌体和冻干保护剂混合,然后通过冷冻干燥机制成,可强化益生菌效果。
其中,所述益生菌中混合的菌体和冻干保护剂的比例均为1∶1,可在冷冻干燥的过程保护菌体。
其中,所述润滑剂为聚乙二醇和硬脂酸镁的其中一种或多种,便于混合多种益生菌菊粉片剂原料。
其中,所述调味香精为橘子香精、波萝香精、橙汁香精和奶味香精的其中一种,可使制成的益生菌菊粉片剂具有香味,方便服用者食用。
其中,所述菊粉是选自菊芋、菊苣和大丽花的其中一种,然后经过研磨设备制成,可作为益生菌菊粉片剂的制作主料。
其中,所述崩解剂为羧甲基淀粉钠、低取代纤维素和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的其中一种,使益生菌菊粉片剂在胃肠液中迅速裂碎成细小颗粒的物质,便于服用者的肠道吸收。
一种益生菌菊粉片剂制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)按照比例将菊粉、益生菌菌粉、润滑剂、崩解剂、微晶纤维素和调味香精投入混合设备中,通过混合设备将菊粉、益生菌菌粉、润滑剂、崩解剂、微晶纤维素和调味香精混合在一起,形成益生菌菊粉片剂原液;
(2)将混合好的原液灌入干燥设备中,且使干燥设备内部的温度保持在37℃以下,慢慢蒸发掉原液中的水分,将原液蒸发到一定的浓稠度;
(3)将蒸发好的原液投入制片设备中,通过制片设备将益生菌菊粉片剂原液压制成片状;
(4)将制好的益生菌菊粉片剂放入包装设备中,进行包装操作。
具体的,通过研磨设备将选好的菊芋菊粉、菊苣菊粉或大丽花研磨成粉,通过冷冻干燥机将混有冷干保护剂的长双歧杆菌、瑞士乳杆菌或植物乳杆菌冷冻干燥成粉,制备时,按照比例将菊粉、益生菌菌粉、润滑剂、崩解剂、微晶纤维素和调味香精投入混合设备中,通过混合设备将菊粉、益生菌菌粉、润滑剂、崩解剂、微晶纤维素和调味香精混合在一起,形成益生菌菊粉片剂原液,然后将混合好的原液灌入干燥设备中,且使干燥设备内部的温度保持在37℃以下,慢慢蒸发掉原液中的水分,将原液蒸发到一定的浓稠度,再将蒸发好的原液投入制片设备中,并通过制片设备将益生菌菊粉片剂原液压制成片状,最后将制好的益生菌菊粉片剂放入包装设备中,进行包装操作。

1.一种益生菌菊粉片剂,其特征在于,包括原料的组成:菊粉90%-95%,益生菌菌粉0.1%-1%,润滑剂0.1%-2%,崩解剂0.1%-2%,微晶纤维素0.1%-2%,调味香精0.1%-0.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种益生菌菊粉片剂,其特征在于:所述益生菌为长双歧杆菌、瑞士乳杆菌和植物乳杆菌的其中一种菌体和冻干保护剂混合,然后通过冷冻干燥机制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种益生菌菊粉片剂,其特征在于:所述益生菌中混合的菌体和冻干保护剂的比例均为1:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种益生菌菊粉片剂,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为聚乙二醇和硬脂酸镁的其中一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种益生菌菊粉片剂,其特征在于:所述调味香精为橘子香精、波萝香精、橙汁香精和奶味香精的其中一种。

(1)按照比例将菊粉、益生菌菌粉、润滑剂、崩解剂、微晶纤维素和调味香精投入混合设备中,通过混合设备将菊粉、益生菌菌粉、润滑剂、崩解剂、微晶纤维素和调味香精混合在一起,形成益生菌菊粉片剂原液;
(2)将混合好的原液灌入干燥设备中,且使干燥设备内部的温度保持在37℃以下,慢慢蒸发掉原液中的水分,将原液蒸发到一定的浓稠度;
(3)将蒸发好的原液投入制片设备中,通过制片设备将益生菌菊粉片剂原液压制成片状;
(4)将制好的益生菌菊粉片剂放入包装设备中,进行包装操作。
