背景技术
高血压(hypertension)是指以体循环动脉血压(收缩压和/或舒张压)增高为主要特征(收缩压≥140毫米汞柱,舒张压≥90毫米汞柱),可伴有心、脑、肾等器官的功能或器质性损害的临床综合征。高血压是最常见的慢性病,也是心脑血管病最主要的危险因素。正常人的血压随内外环境变化在一定范围内波动。在整体人群,血压水平随年龄逐渐升高,以收缩压更为明显,但50岁后舒张压呈现下降趋势,脉压也随之加大。近年来,人们对心血管病多重危险因素的作用以及心、脑、肾靶器官保护的认识不断深入,高血压的诊断标准也在不断调整,目前认为同一血压水平的患者发生心血管病的危险不同,因此有了血压分层的概念,即发生心血管病危险度不同的患者,适宜血压水平应有不同。
目前在对高血压的治疗上通常采用西药,但采用西药治疗高血压带来的副作用也很多。比如,由于扩张血管引起的头痛、面红和踝部水肿(15-20%);心率加快,还可出现乏力和胃肠反应,或者心动过缓、房室传导阻滞、剂量过大可诱发心衰、哮喘,还可能对血脂有一定影响等。因此,提供一种可以调节血压但同时又不会产生副作用的药物是本领域目前的研究方向。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种调节人体血压的中药组合物及其制备方法,本发明通过选用多种药食同源药材,通过亚临界低温高倍萃取出64种具有同分子结构,不同降压功能的“降压分子团”,能迅速分解血管内的脂类沉积,降脂抗凝,净化血液,将血液中的毒素、拉圾彻底排除体外。

进一步的,包含以下重量份的原料:蛹虫草30份、人参21份、葛根提取物15份、菊花14份、决明子12份、冬瓜10份、玉米须11份、栀子12份、黄精7份、白果8份、麦芽糊精6份、玉米淀粉6份、木糖醇40份、硬脂酸镁1.5份。
进一步的,葛根提取物的制备方法为:将葛根洗净破碎后得到粗颗粒,将葛根粗颗粒放入其10倍质量的水中煎煮3-4h,过滤得一次滤液和滤渣,向滤渣中加入其10倍质量的水,继续煎煮1-2h后得二次滤液和滤渣,将一次滤液和二次滤液合并,静置2-3h后,过滤,除去滤渣得葛根提取液,将葛根提取液在温度为70-80℃、真空度为-0.05~-0.08MPa条件下真空浓缩至相对密度1.10-1.15,得浸膏,将浸膏经干燥粉碎过100-120目筛后得到葛根提取物细粉。
上述调节人体血压的中药组合物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按比例称取所述中药组合物原料,将蛹虫草、人参、菊花、决明子、冬瓜、玉米须、栀子、黄精、白果分别洗净烘干后进行亚临界低温萃取,萃取剂为乙醇,各原料与萃取剂的质量比为1:2-4,萃取温度为15-35℃,压力为1-1.5MPa,萃取时间为20-40min,萃取次数为2-3次,合并各次萃取液,经回收溶剂后,得到各原料的提取物,将各原料的提取物经减压浓缩干燥粉碎后得到各原料细粉;
2)将步骤1)得到的各原料细粉与麦芽糊精、玉米淀粉、葛根提取物、木糖醇混合均匀,得混合物,边搅拌边向混合物中喷洒纯化水,将其润湿,得软材;
3)将软材用摇摆式制粒机造粒,将得到的湿颗粒放入干燥机中干燥,保证干燥后的颗粒湿度在3-6%;
4)向步骤3)干燥后的颗粒中加入硬脂酸镁混合均匀后放入压片机中进行压片,调节压片机填充量至片剂重0.5g,控制好压片压力使片子硬度在50N,进行压片,得到片剂中药组合物。
进一步的,步骤2)中纯化水用量为混合物总质量的10-15%。
进一步的,步骤3)中干燥温度为40-50℃,保温2-3h,间隔0.5h翻动一次。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种调节人体血压的中药组合物及其制备方法,本发明通过选用多种药食同源药材,通过亚临界低温高倍萃取出64种具有同分子结构,不同降压功能的“降压分子团”,能迅速分解血管内的脂类沉积,降脂抗凝,净化血液,将血液中的毒素、拉圾彻底排除体外。同时,用中药成分,替代西药成分,完成脱水利尿,降低心脏兴奋度,降低肾素分泌,阻止钙离子进入血管平滑肌,阻止血管受体接受信号等降压需求来降压。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1:
一种调节人体血压的中药组合物,包含以下重量份的原料:蛹虫草30份、人参21份、葛根提取物15份、菊花14份、决明子12份、冬瓜10份、玉米须11份、栀子12份、黄精7份、白果8份、麦芽糊精6份、玉米淀粉6份、木糖醇40份、硬脂酸镁1.5份。
葛根提取物的制备方法为:将葛根洗净破碎后得到粗颗粒,将葛根粗颗粒放入其10倍质量的水中煎煮4h,过滤得一次滤液和滤渣,向滤渣中加入其10倍质量的水,继续煎煮2h后得二次滤液和滤渣,将一次滤液和二次滤液合并,静置2h后,过滤,除去滤渣得葛根提取液,将葛根提取液在温度为75℃、真空度为-0.06MPa条件下真空浓缩至相对密度1.10-1.15,得浸膏,将浸膏经干燥粉碎过100-120目筛后得到葛根提取物细粉。
上述调节人体血压的中药组合物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按比例称取所述中药组合物原料,将蛹虫草、人参、菊花、决明子、冬瓜、玉米须、栀子、黄精、白果分别洗净烘干后进行亚临界低温萃取,萃取剂为乙醇,各原料与萃取剂的质量比为1:3,萃取温度为20℃,压力为1MPa,萃取时间为30min,萃取次数为2次,合并各次萃取液,经回收溶剂后,得到各原料的提取物,将各原料的提取物经减压浓缩干燥粉碎后得到各原料细粉;
2)将步骤1)得到的各原料细粉与麦芽糊精、玉米淀粉、葛根提取物、木糖醇混合均匀,得混合物,边搅拌边向混合物中喷洒纯化水,纯化水用量为混合物总质量的10-15%,将其润湿,得软材;
3)将软材用摇摆式制粒机造粒,将得到的湿颗粒放入干燥机中干燥,干燥温度为45℃,保温2h,间隔0.5h翻动一次保证干燥后的颗粒,湿度在3-6%,;
4)向步骤3)干燥后的颗粒中加入硬脂酸镁混合均匀后放入压片机中进行压片,调节压片机填充量至片剂重0.5g,控制好压片压力使片子硬度在50N,进行压片,得到片剂中药组合物。
实施例2:
一种调节人体血压的中药组合物,包含以下重量份的原料:蛹虫草25份、人参19份、葛根提取物10份、菊花16份、决明子8份、冬瓜11份、玉米须7份、栀子14份、黄精5份、白果9份、麦芽糊精4份、玉米淀粉7份、木糖醇30份、硬脂酸镁2份。
本实施例中葛根提取物的制备方法以及中药组合物的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3:
一种调节人体血压的中药组合物,包含以下重量份的原料:蛹虫草35份、人参19份、葛根提取物20份、菊花12份、决明子16份、冬瓜8份、玉米须15份、栀子11份、黄精10份、白果7份、麦芽糊精9份、玉米淀粉4份、木糖醇50份、硬脂酸镁1份。
本实施例中葛根提取物的制备方法以及中药组合物的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例4:
一种调节人体血压的中药组合物,包含以下重量份的原料:蛹虫草28份、人参25份、葛根提取物14份、菊花20份、决明子10份、冬瓜12份、玉米须9份、栀子15份、黄精6份、白果10份、麦芽糊精5份、玉米淀粉8份、木糖醇39份、硬脂酸镁3份。
本实施例中葛根提取物的制备方法以及中药组合物的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例5:
一种调节人体血压的中药组合物,包含以下重量份的原料:蛹虫草33份、人参15份、葛根提取物18份、菊花10份、决明子14份、冬瓜5份、玉米须13份、栀子8份、黄精8份、白果5份、麦芽糊精8份、玉米淀粉3份、木糖醇44份、硬脂酸镁0.5份。
本实施例中葛根提取物的制备方法以及中药组合物的制备方法同实施例1。
综上,本发明实施例具有如下有益效果:本发明实施例1-5通过选用多种药食同源药材,通过亚临界低温高倍萃取出64种具有同分子结构,不同降压功能的“降压分子团”,能迅速分解血管内的脂类沉积,降脂抗凝,净化血液,将血液中的毒素、拉圾彻底排除体外。

1.一种调节人体血压的中药组合物,其特征在于,包含以下重量份的原料:蛹虫草25-35份、人参15-25份、葛根提取物10-20份、菊花10-20份、决明子8-16份、冬瓜5-12份、玉米须7-15份、栀子8-15份、黄精5-10份、白果5-10份、麦芽糊精4-9份、玉米淀粉3-8份、木糖醇30-50份、硬脂酸镁0.5-3份。
2.如权利要求1所述的调节人体血压的中药组合物,其特征在于,包含以下重量份的原料:蛹虫草28-33份、人参19-23份、葛根提取物14-18份、菊花12-16份、决明子10-14份、冬瓜8-11份、玉米须9-13份、栀子11-14份、黄精6-8份、白果7-9份、麦芽糊精5-8份、玉米淀粉4-7份、木糖醇39-44份、硬脂酸镁1-2份。
3.如权利要求2所述的调节人体血压的中药组合物,其特征在于,包含以下重量份的原料:蛹虫草30份、人参21份、葛根提取物15份、菊花14份、决明子12份、冬瓜10份、玉米须11份、栀子12份、黄精7份、白果8份、麦芽糊精6份、玉米淀粉6份、木糖醇40份、硬脂酸镁1.5份。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的调节人体血压的中药组合物,其特征在于,所述葛根提取物的制备方法为:将葛根洗净破碎后得到粗颗粒,将葛根粗颗粒放入其10倍质量的水中煎煮3-4h,过滤得一次滤液和滤渣,向滤渣中加入其10倍质量的水,继续煎煮1-2h后得二次滤液和滤渣,将一次滤液和二次滤液合并,静置2-3h后,过滤,除去滤渣得葛根提取液,将葛根提取液在温度为70-80℃、真空度为-0.05~-0.08MPa条件下真空浓缩至相对密度1.10-1.15,得浸膏,将浸膏经干燥粉碎过100-120目筛后得到葛根提取物细粉。
5.如权利要求1所述的调节人体血压的中药组合物,其特征在于,该中药组合物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按比例称取所述中药组合物原料,将蛹虫草、人参、菊花、决明子、冬瓜、玉米须、栀子、黄精、白果分别洗净烘干后进行亚临界低温萃取,萃取剂为乙醇,各原料与萃取剂的质量比为1:2-4,萃取温度为15-35℃,压力为1-1.5MPa,萃取时间为20-40min,萃取次数为2-3次,合并各次萃取液,经回收溶剂后,得到各原料的提取物,将各原料的提取物经减压浓缩干燥粉碎后得到各原料细粉;
2)将步骤1)得到的各原料细粉与麦芽糊精、玉米淀粉、葛根提取物、木糖醇混合均匀,得混合物,边搅拌边向混合物中喷洒纯化水,将其润湿,得软材;
3)将软材用摇摆式制粒机造粒,将得到的湿颗粒放入干燥机中干燥,保证干燥后的颗粒湿度在3-6%;
4)向步骤3)干燥后的颗粒中加入硬脂酸镁混合均匀后放入压片机中进行压片,调节压片机填充量至片剂重0.5g,控制好压片压力使片子硬度在50N,进行压片,得到片剂中药组合物。
6.如权利要求5所述的调节人体血压的中药组合物,其特征在于,步骤2)中纯化水用量为混合物总质量的10-15%。
7.如权利要求5所述的调节人体血压的中药组合物,其特征在于,步骤3)中干燥温度为40-50℃,保温2-3h,间隔0.5h翻动一次。
