It is still another object of the present invention to provide a concrete leveling device for road restoration, which greatly improves the efficiency of concrete leveling for road restoration by means of a one-block replacement.
To achieve these objects and other advantages in accordance with the purpose of the invention, there is provided a concrete-leveling device for road rehabilitation including:
the device comprises a vehicle body and a crushing device, wherein the vehicle body comprises wheels and a vehicle board arranged on the wheels, a containing box is arranged at the top end of the vehicle board, a partition board is arranged in the containing box, the containing box is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer by the partition board, the upper layer and the lower layer are respectively a working chamber and a finished product chamber, a first opening is arranged at the top end of the working chamber, and the working chamber is internally provided with the crushing device; a mould plate is arranged in the finished product chamber, the mould plate is arranged at a position opposite to the bottom end of the operation chamber in a manner of moving back and forth, a circular groove is formed in the top end of the mould plate, a main lifting plate and a plurality of sub lifting plates are arranged in the circular groove, the main lifting plate and the sub lifting plates are positioned in the circle center, the sub lifting plates are sleeved outside the main lifting plate in a ring mode, and lifting mechanisms are respectively arranged at the bottom ends of the main lifting plate and the sub lifting plates so as to control the lifting of the main lifting plate and the sub lifting plates; the top of circular recess set up with the lid of circular recess adaptation, the bottom and the top of lid respectively with the top of circular recess and the bottom laminating of operation room, the lid top be provided with the communicating second opening of operation room, the second opening part sets up first solenoid valve switch.
The moving device comprises a frame body and an adsorption device, the frame body is arranged at the rear end of the containing box in a front-back moving mode, and the adsorption device is arranged in the middle of the frame body in a front-back, up-down and left-right moving mode and is positioned on one side of the frame body opposite to the containing box.
The drilling device is movably arranged at the rear end of the frame body and comprises a drill bit and a transmission barrel, the drill bit is connected with the power device and is arranged in a barrel shape, sawteeth are arranged at the bottom end of the drill bit, the drill bit works to form a to-be-filled area, and the transmission barrel is matched with the drill bit and is communicated with the working chamber.
And the control device comprises a main controller which controls the movement of the mould plate, the lifting of the main lifting plate and the sub lifting plate, the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve switch, the movement of the frame body, the movement of the adsorption device and the opening and closing of the drilling device.

In the scheme, the structural layers of the road surface to be repaired from top to bottom and the thickness of each layer of structure can be conveniently and directly and effectively obtained through the soil property detection module, so that the structural composition consistent with the structural layer of the original road surface can be conveniently established, and the same bearing capacity of the repaired road surface and the original road surface can be favorably achieved; the weight monitoring module definitely matches the original road layer structure and the required raw materials after receiving the information detected by the soil quality detection module, so that the main controller opens the second electromagnetic valve corresponding to the required raw materials and simultaneously controls the material of each component entering the stirring chamber 14 and the entering time.
In a preferred embodiment, the connection mode of the adsorption device 31 is as follows: the frame body 30 is symmetrically provided with first guide rails 32 which are positioned above and below the frame body 30 at one side opposite to the accommodating box, so that the adsorption device 31 moves left and right; a pushing mechanism is arranged between the adsorption device 31 and the first guide rail 32, so that the adsorption device 31 can move back and forth.
In the above scheme, the outward movement of the frame 30 is the first positioning of the adsorption device 31, and the second positioning is performed by the left-right movement of the adsorption device 31 along the first guide rail 32, so that after the adsorption device 31 adsorbs the filling blocks, the filling blocks are arranged right above the filling area, the pushing mechanism selects an air cylinder, and the air cylinder is controlled by the main controller and is intelligently positioned, thereby being more convenient and labor-saving.
In a preferred embodiment, the specific structure of the adsorption device 31 is as follows: the adsorption device 31 comprises a plurality of groups of sliding rods 33 and suction cup bodies 34, a second guide rail is symmetrically arranged on one side of each sliding rod 33 opposite to the containing box, the adjacent sliding rods 33 are adapted to the second guide rails, and the suction cup bodies 34 are arranged at the bottom ends of the outermost sliding rods 33; the suction cup body 34 comprises a plate body 340 and a plurality of vacuum suction cups 341 arranged at the bottom end of the plate body 340.
