(4) and (3) regular patrol: in the patrol process, the water temperature change of the culture pond is observed, the water temperature of the culture pond is controlled within the range of 18-23 ℃, the action is light in the patrol process, and the rest and the activity of the giant salamander cannot be disturbed; when the night is patrolled, strong light is not needed to be used for correlation.
The number of the giant salamander seedlings in the culture ponds is the same as that of the giant salamander seedlings in each culture pond, and 30 giant salamander seedlings are stocked in each culture pond. The three experimental groups are respectively the embodiments 2-4, the control group is the embodiment 5, after the giant salamanders are matured, the giant salamander yield of the experimental group is counted, and the result shows that the giant salamander yield of the experimental group is improved by about 20% compared with that of the control group, the disease incidence rate is reduced by about 30%, and the giant salamanders of the experimental group move more frequently. The data analysis shows that the daily gain of the giant salamanders in the experimental group and the control group is not greatly different, the yield is mainly improved, the death rate and the morbidity of the giant salamanders in the experimental group are obviously lower than those of the control group, and finally, the yield of the giant salamanders in the experimental group is improved by 20 percent compared with that of the control group.
