本发明公开了一种发热阻燃功能车内顶，包括顶板，顶板下方设置有隔热保温层，所述隔热保温层下方设置有柔性碳纤维布，所述柔性碳纤维布的边缘设置有导电条，导电条连接有导电线，所述柔性碳纤维布的下方设置有绒布层，本发明在车顶内设置柔性碳纤维布，在冬季时可以使其通电，达到快速对车内加热的目的，且其不会产生流动的风，避免吹到皮肤而造成不适，加热效率高，功耗低。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车顶棚技术领域，更具体的说涉及一种发热阻燃功能车内顶。
背景技术
随着我国经济的高速发展，汽车的生产能力和保有量都在快速增长，汽车生产能力的提高，带动了汽车内装饰物品的不断增长。汽车工业的迅猛发展，对于汽车内装饰物品的研发已进入一个高速发展的阶段，为达到较好的装饰效果，对汽车内装饰物品中每个产品的要求都很高，其中，汽车顶棚内饰板即是一个主要的装饰物品。目前，汽车顶棚内饰板的结构是由基材、填充材料和表皮材料组成，可对汽车内部进行良好的装饰，增强人在车内的舒适感。
专利号CN109703484A公布了一种汽车顶部内饰板，包括海绵垫、第一支撑层、内饰板、隔音板、第二支撑层、隔热垫、缓冲垫，海绵垫、第一支撑层、内饰板、隔音板、第二支撑层、隔热垫、缓冲垫自下而上依次设置，所述第一支撑层和第二支撑层内设置有支撑板，支撑板设置为波浪型，第一支撑层和第二支撑层内都填充有玻璃棉。本发明通过设置第一支撑层和第二支撑层，支撑层内都设有波浪型的支撑板，提高了结构强度，提高了碰撞支撑能力，同时也减轻了结构重量；支撑层内填充的玻璃棉对噪音进行吸收，隔音板进行隔音，有效的提高了隔音降噪效果；设置的隔热垫有效的将外部散发的热量进行隔除；升了乘客乘坐的舒适度。
上述汽车顶部内饰板在使用时具有以下几个缺点：1、上述汽车顶部内饰板在使用时无法保证车内较适宜温度，使得驾乘人员在冬天驾驶时，舒适感不佳。
2、上述汽车顶部内饰板在使用时，车内温度容易受到外界环境温度的侵扰，使得车内温度在夏天时过高，冬天过低的情况发生。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种在车顶内设置柔性碳纤维布，在冬季时可以使其通电，达到快速对车内加热的目的，且其不会产生流动的风，避免吹到皮肤而造成不适，加热效率高，功耗低。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供了如下技术方案：一种发热阻燃功能车内顶，包括顶板，顶板下方设置有隔热保温层，所述隔热保温层下方设置有柔性碳纤维布，所述柔性碳纤维布的边缘设置有导电条，导电条连接有导电线，所述柔性碳纤维布的下方设置有绒布层。
进一步的所述柔性碳纤维布设置有若干块，每块柔性碳纤维布正对车内的一个座位，若干块的柔性碳纤维布均独立连接控制开关。
进一步的所述导电条与柔性碳纤维布的边缘之间熔融焊接有银焊丝。
进一步的所述所述柔性碳纤维布及导电条两面均有绝缘膜。
进一步的所述绝缘膜涂覆于柔性碳纤维布表面与柔性碳纤维布结合为一体。
进一步的所述隔热保温层与顶板之间设置有隔音板。
进一步的所述隔音板与顶板之间设置有支撑板，支撑板内部固定安装有弹簧，且所述弹簧外侧填充有橡胶。
进一步的所述隔热保温层的材质为二氧化硅气凝胶。
进一步的所述隔热保温层与隔音板之间还设置有气垫，气垫的上下两面分别粘在隔音板和隔热保温层上。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：本发明中柔性碳纤维布加热片材，发热均匀，热转化效率高；反复揉搓、折叠、水洗都不会造成接触不良或热效率下降等问题，柔性碳纤维布在使用过程中不会产生明火，散热快，不会烫伤人体，安全可靠，柔性碳纤维布中不含树脂等物质，多次反复加热后，电阻都不会发生任何变化，通过安装柔性碳纤维布作为发热层，使用时，打开外部电源，使得柔性碳纤维布工作，其发热均匀，且定向向车内辐射，可以根据座位是否有人而选择相应的座位上方是否加热，功耗较低，相较于车内空调的暖风，其可以无需使空气流动而定向的对指定区域进行加热，避免空调出风口吹出的风造成皮肤不适，同时碳纤维加热，能够辐射出对人体有益的远红外辐射热，可实现理疗保健、祛风除湿、使劲活血、促进血液循环，在开车和乘坐时，能够使人更加健康舒适。

通过导电线与汽车的电力***连接，可使柔性碳纤维布6工作发热，柔性碳纤维布6能够快速发热，且其发热均匀，由绒布层7向外辐射热量，在温度较低的天气使用时能够快速的使车内加热，以增加驾驶员和乘坐者的体表温度，在长时间使用后柔性碳纤维布6依然能够保持良好的加热性能。
本实施例优选的所述导电条焊接在柔性碳纤维布6的边缘，更具体的说所述导电条与柔性碳纤维布6的边缘之间熔融焊接有银焊丝，将银焊丝熔融后使导电条与柔性碳纤维布6的边缘焊接在一起，结合紧密牢固、导电率高。
本实施例优选的所述柔性碳纤维布6设置有若干块，每块柔性碳纤维布6正对车内的一个座位，若干块的柔性碳纤维布6均独立连接控制开关。
通过将柔性碳纤维布6设置多块，即每个座位上方的柔性碳纤维布6独立加热，可以根据车上每个座位是否有人而选择柔性碳纤维布6加热，即实现了分区对每个座位区域进行加热，且由于其不会产生如空调类似的风，其热量为定向辐射热，对邻座造成温度变化影响低，更加节能。
本实施例优选的所述柔性碳纤维布6及导电条两面均有绝缘膜，本实施例优选的绝缘膜为绝缘硅胶、PI膜、PE膜、PET膜或TPU膜，使得柔性碳纤维布6与外界接触时仅导电线能够导电。
本实施例优选的所述绝缘膜涂覆于柔性碳纤维布6表面与柔性碳纤维布6结合为一体，无需额外在车顶布置绝缘层，提高装配效率。
本实施例优选的所述隔热保温层4与顶板1之间设置有隔音板3，可以对车内实现更好的隔音效果。
本实施例优选的所述隔音板3与顶板1之间设置有支撑板2，支撑板2内部固定安装有弹簧，且所述弹簧外侧填充有橡胶。
当车顶部受到来自外界环境的冲击时，支撑板2内部安装的弹簧能够产生一定的弹力，从而使得冲击力在弹力的作用下减少，同时橡胶能够在冲击力的作用下，保护车顶部，使得车顶部的形变量减少。
本实施例优选的所述隔热保温层4的材质为二氧化硅气凝胶，通过在隔热保温层4内部填充的保温隔热材料二氧化硅气凝胶，导热系数在常温下低至0.013W/(m·K)，能够隔绝外部高温，防止夏天外部高温侵入车内，同时，由于导热系数较低，可以达到阻燃的目的。
本实施例优选的所述隔热保温层4与隔音板3之间还设置有气垫5，气垫5的上下两面分别粘在隔音板3和隔热保温层4上，气垫5既能够达到缓冲效果，同时其具有保温和隔音效果，在气垫5上壳留出一气孔，以供向内补气。

3.根据权利要求2所述的发热阻燃功能车内顶，其特征在于：所述导电条与柔性碳纤维布的边缘之间熔融焊接有银焊丝。
4.根据权利要求3所述的发热阻燃功能车内顶，其特征在于：所述所述柔性碳纤维布及导电条两面均有绝缘膜。
5.根据权利要求4所述的发热阻燃功能车内顶，其特征在于：所述绝缘膜涂覆于柔性碳纤维布表面与柔性碳纤维布结合为一体。
6.根据权利要求5所述的发热阻燃功能车内顶，其特征在于：所述隔热保温层与顶板之间设置有隔音板。
7.根据权利要求6所述的发热阻燃功能车内顶，其特征在于：所述隔音板与顶板之间设置有支撑板，支撑板内部固定安装有弹簧，且所述弹簧外侧填充有橡胶。
8.根据权利要求7所述的发热阻燃功能车内顶，其特征在于：所述隔热保温层的材质为二氧化硅气凝胶。
