本发明涉及家用清洁剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种除霉啫喱及其制备方法。
背景技术
潮湿环境中的物件及墙壁、地面很容易滋生霉菌,形成霉斑,尤其是缝隙、玻璃胶、洗衣机胶圈等处,一旦长出霉菌就很难彻底清除。霉菌、霉斑及异味,不仅影响感官,还对居住者身体健康造成危害。随着人们对高品质健康生活的追求,越来越多消费者希望能有一种有效清除霉菌和霉斑的清洁剂,解决霉菌和霉斑对生活的困扰。
目前市面上传统的除霉清洁剂大部分采用喷雾形态,虽然喷雾产品喷洒均匀,操作简单,但是存在表面附着力差,作用时间短,除霉效果差的问题,而且喷雾容易吸入呼吸道,可能引起身体伤害。另外一些凝胶类或粉剂类的除霉产品,除霉效果较好,但是存在对物体表面腐蚀性大,同时产品刺激性气味大,稳定性较差的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是背景技术中提到的一些缺陷,提供一种除霉效果好的除霉啫喱,能有效抑制霉菌再生,并且气味温和不刺激。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出以下技术方案:
第一方面,本发明提供一种除霉啫喱,按重量为100份计,包括5.0~50.0份次氯酸钠溶液、0.1~1.0份氢氧化钠、0.1~2.0份碳酸钠、0.5~4.0份五水偏硅酸钠、0.5~8.0份增稠剂、0.1~0.8份稳定剂、0.1~1.0份抑菌剂、0.1~1.0份溶菌酶、0.1~1.0份香精和余量水。
其进一步地技术方案为,所述次氯酸钠溶液的有效氯含量为10.0~13.0%。
其进一步地技术方案为,所述增稠剂选自瓜尔胶、丙烯酸树脂、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺、十四烷基二甲基氧化胺中的任意一种或两种以上的混合物。
本发明提供的除霉啫喱,含有除霉剂次氯酸钠以及增稠剂,除霉剂增稠后呈啫喱状,相比于液体除霉剂有更强的附着力,除霉剂在物体表面的作用时间更长,能够提高除霉效果。
其进一步地技术方案为,所述稳定剂为氮化硼和氯化钠的混合物。氮化硼和氯化钠对次氯酸钠溶液起到稳定剂的作用,能有效抑制次氯酸钠在储存和运输过程中的分解。
其进一步地技术方案为,所述氮化硼的重量占总重量的0.2~0.4%。
其进一步地技术方案为,所述抑菌剂选自十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵以及聚氮杂环季铵盐中的任意一种或两种以上的混合物。季铵盐能有效抑制霉菌滋生,防止产生霉斑和异味。

本发明还提供如第一方面所述的除霉啫喱的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例,在配料锅中加入水,依次加入氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、五水偏硅酸钠、稳定剂和抑菌剂,搅拌均匀;
(2)向配料锅中加入增稠剂,搅拌均匀后,再加入经过过滤去除机械杂质的次氯酸钠溶液、香精和溶菌酶,混合搅拌均匀,静置消泡后即得所述的除霉啫喱。
与现有技术相比,本发明所能达到的技术效果包括:本发明提供的技术方案通过加入稳定剂氮化硼和氯化钠的混合物,有效提高次氯酸钠的稳定性,通过次氯酸钠和溶菌酶的协同作用,能够高效去除霉菌、霉斑;通过加入抑菌剂,能有效抑制霉菌的再次滋生。同时本发明技术方案添加了定制香精,有效改善次氯酸钠的刺激性气味,使除霉啫喱气味温和。

实施例1
一种除霉啫喱,按重量份为100份计,包括45.0份次氯酸钠溶液、1.0份氢氧化钠、1.5份碳酸钠、3.0份五水偏硅酸钠、5.0份十四烷基二甲基氧化胺、0.7份稳定剂、0.8份十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、1.0份溶菌酶、0.2份香精和余量水。
该除霉啫喱的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)在配料锅中加入定量的水,依次加入氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、五水偏硅酸钠、稳定剂和十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵,搅拌均匀;
(2)向配料锅中加入十四烷基二甲基氧化胺,搅拌均匀后,再加入经过过滤去除机械杂质的次氯酸钠溶液、香精和溶菌酶,混合搅拌均匀,静置消泡后即得所述的除霉啫喱。
实施例2
一种除霉啫喱,按重量份计,包括45.0份次氯酸钠溶液、1.0份氢氧化钠、1.5份碳酸钠、3.0份五水偏硅酸钠、5.0份丙烯酸树脂、0.7份稳定剂、1.0份十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、1.0份溶菌酶、0.2份香精和余量水。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
一种除霉啫喱,按重量份计,包括45.0份次氯酸钠溶液、1.0份氢氧化钠、1.5份碳酸钠、3.0份五水偏硅酸钠、3.0十四烷基二甲基氧化胺、2.0份丙烯酸树脂、0.7份稳定剂、0.2份十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、1.0份溶菌酶、0.2份香精和余量水。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例4
一种除霉啫喱,按重量份计,包括25.0份次氯酸钠溶液、1.0份氢氧化钠、1.5份碳酸钠、3.0份五水偏硅酸钠、1.0十四烷基二甲基氧化胺、1.0份丙烯酸树脂、0.7份稳定剂、1.0份十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、1.0份溶菌酶、0.2份香精和余量水。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例5
一种除霉啫喱,按重量份计,包括45.0份次氯酸钠溶液、1.0份氢氧化钠、1.5份碳酸钠、3.0份五水偏硅酸钠、5.0十四烷基二甲基氧化胺、0.7份稳定剂、1.0份十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、1.0份溶菌酶、0.2份香精和余量水。
制备方法同实施例1。
性能测试实验
试验例1除霉抑霉效果
测试方法:在白墙上均匀培养霉菌,待霉菌长成后将其分成7块相同面积的区域(每块面积20cm*20cm),分别将市售两款除霉剂和实施例1-5除霉啫喱均匀喷涂在相应区域,每次除霉剂用量为100ml,喷涂后作用6小时观察情况。记录喷涂次数及除霉效果、使用过程除霉剂气味情况、除霉后再次滋生霉菌情况,具体结果见表1所示。

由表1可以看出,本发明实施例1-5除霉效果较好,喷涂1次即可把霉斑去除干净,而两款市售除霉啫喱和除霉喷雾需要至少喷涂两次才能完全去除霉斑;完全除霉后,实施例1-5对应处理区域12个月内均没有发现再次长霉情况,而采用市售两款除霉产品处理的区域,6个月即有少量霉斑,12个月一有较大量霉斑出现。综上来看,本发明除霉啫喱的整体效果优于市售两款除霉产品。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详细描述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。

Claims (8)
1.一种除霉啫喱,其特征在于,按重量为100份计,包括5.0~50.0份次氯酸钠溶液、0.1~1.0份氢氧化钠、0.1~2.0份碳酸钠、0.5~4.0份五水偏硅酸钠、0.5~8.0份增稠剂、0.1~0.8份稳定剂、0.1~1.0份抑菌剂、0.1~1.0份溶菌酶、0.1~1.0份香精和余量水。
2.如权利要求1所述的除霉啫喱,其特征在于,所述次氯酸钠溶液的有效氯含量为10.0~13.0%。
3.如权利要求1所述的除霉啫喱,其特征在于,所述增稠剂选自瓜尔胶、丙烯酸树脂、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺、十四烷基二甲基氧化胺中的任意一种或两种以上的混合物。
4.如权利要求1所述的除霉啫喱,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为氮化硼和氯化钠的混合物。
5.如权利要求5所述的除霉啫喱,其特征在于,所述氮化硼的重量占总重量的0.2~0.4%。
6.如权利要求1所述的除霉啫喱,其特征在于,所述抑菌剂选自十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵以及聚氮杂环季铵盐中的任意一种或两种以上的混合物。
7.如权利要求1所述的除霉啫喱,其特征在于,所述香精选自液体香精或乳状微胶囊香精的一种或两种的混合物。
8.如权利要求1~7任一项所述的除霉啫喱的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按比例,在配料锅中加入水,依次加入氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、五水偏硅酸钠、稳定剂和抑菌剂,搅拌均匀;
(2)向配料锅中加入增稠剂,搅拌均匀后,再加入经过过滤去除机械杂质的次氯酸钠溶液、香精和溶菌酶,混合搅拌均匀,静置消泡后即得所述的除霉啫喱。
