In this embodiment, the storage box 1 is disposed on the top of the washing machine, the bottom wall of the storage box 1 is formed by the lower cover 12, the lower cover 12 can be opened automatically, so that the storage box 1 is communicated with the inner tub 200 of the washing machine, and the clothes in the storage box 1 can be automatically dropped into the inner tub 200 to be automatically washed by opening the lower cover 12 under the action of self gravity.
In this embodiment, the storage box 1 is hollow for storing clothes, one side of the upper cover 11 is rotatably connected to the side wall 16 of the corresponding side of the storage box 1, the other sides of the upper cover 11 are all placed on the top end of the side wall 16 of the corresponding side of the storage box 1, and when the upper cover 11 is closed, the hollow interior of the storage box 1 is completely closed; the magnet 51 is disposed on either side of the non-rotatable connection side of the upper cover 11, and the electromagnetic coil 52 is disposed on the top of the side wall 16 of the magnet 51 on the side where the magazine 1 is disposed, corresponding to the magnet 51.
In a preferred embodiment, the magnet 51 is disposed on a side of the upper cover 11 away from the rotation connection side, and the electromagnetic coil 52 is disposed on a top portion of the side wall 16 away from the rotation connection side of the upper cover 11 corresponding to the magnet 51.

As shown in fig. 5 to 6, in this embodiment, the storage box 1 further includes a partition plate 13 vertically disposed in the hollow interior of the storage box 1 to divide the hollow interior of the storage box 1 into a plurality of chambers for storing different types of clothes, the top of each chamber is respectively provided with a corresponding upper cover 11, each upper cover 11 is provided with a magnet 51, the corresponding position of the storage box 1 is provided with an electromagnetic coil 52, and during the operation of the washing machine, the electromagnetic coil 52 is energized to attract the corresponding magnet to respectively close each chamber.
In this embodiment, a plurality of magnets 51 may be disposed on each upper cover 11, a plurality of electromagnetic coils 52 may be disposed on the storage box 1 according to different positions of the magnets 51, and each electromagnetic coil 52 is energized to attract the corresponding magnet 51 to respectively seal each chamber during the washing process of the washing machine.
In this embodiment, the storage box 1 includes a partition plate 13, the partition plate 13 is vertically disposed in the hollow interior of the storage box 1 to divide the hollow interior of the storage box 1 into a first chamber 14 and a second chamber 15 which are independent of each other, the top wall of the first chamber 14 is formed by an openable first upper cover 111, the top wall of the second chamber 15 is formed by a second upper cover 112, the first upper cover 111 and the second upper cover 112 are respectively provided with a magnet 51, and the corresponding position of the storage box 1 is provided with an electromagnetic coil 52.
In this embodiment, one side of the first upper cover 111 is placed on the top end of the partition 13, and the other side is rotatably connected to the sidewall 16 of the storage box 1; one side of the second upper cover 112 is placed at the top end of the partition plate 13, and the other opposite end is rotatably connected with the side wall 16 at the side of the storage box 1; the first upper cover 111 and the second upper cover 112 are disposed to abut against each other on the side close to the partition 13. The electromagnetic coil 52 is arranged on the top of the partition board 13, the magnet 51 of the first upper cover 111 is correspondingly arranged on one side of the first upper cover 111 close to the partition board 13 and above the electromagnetic coil 52, and the magnet 51 of the second upper cover 112 is correspondingly arranged on one side of the second upper cover 112 close to the partition board 13 and above the electromagnetic coil 52.
In this embodiment, the magnets 51 of the first and second covers 111 and 112 have the same magnetic properties toward the end of the electromagnetic coil 52.
In the present embodiment, the electromagnetic coil 52 is provided with an electromagnetic coil case 53 for protecting the electromagnetic coil 52 on the outside.

As shown in fig. 5 to 6, in this embodiment, during the non-operation of the washing machine, the control unit of the washing machine controls the electromagnetic coil 52 to be powered off, the electromagnetic coil 52 is not attracted to the magnets on the first upper cover 111 and the second upper cover 112, and a user can open the first upper cover 111 and/or the second upper cover 112 of the storage box 1 of the washing machine at any time to put laundry into the first chamber 14 and/or the second chamber 15.
In this embodiment, when the first upper cover 111 and/or the second upper cover 112 is closed, the control unit controls the power supply unit to supply alternating current to the electromagnetic coil 52, and makes the electromagnetic coil 52 have the same magnetism as the magnet 51 of the first upper cover 111 and/or the second upper cover 112 toward the electromagnetic coil 52 side, and the first upper cover 111 and/or the second upper cover 112 receives the repulsive force of the electromagnetic coil; at the same time, the alternating current power supplied to the electromagnetic coil 52 is gradually reduced, and the repulsive force exerted on the first upper cover 111 and/or the second upper cover 112 is gradually reduced, so that the first upper cover 111 and/or the second upper cover 112 slowly falls until the first upper cover 111 and/or the second upper cover 112 completely falls.
In this embodiment, when the first and/or second covers 111 and 112 are completely dropped and the washing machine starts to operate, the direction of the alternating current is changed, the magnetic coil 52 is opposite to the magnetic force of the magnet 51 toward the side of the magnetic coil 52, and the first and/or second covers 111 and 112 are attracted by the magnetic coil 52, so that the first and/or second covers 111 and 112 are locked closed.

As shown in fig. 4 to 5, in the present embodiment, the automatic opening and closing mechanism 4 includes an expansion link 8, the lower side of the lower cover 7 is connected to the casing of the washing machine through the expansion link 8, and the axial length of the expansion link 8 is elastically adjusted according to the pressure change between the two ends, so that the lower cover 7 is turned over downward to be opened or turned over upward to be closed according to the change of the axial length of the expansion link 8.
In this embodiment, two ends of the telescopic rod 8 are respectively hinged with the lower cover 7 and the washing machine shell, so that the telescopic rod 8, the lower cover 7 and the washing machine shell are sequentially hinged to form a connecting rod structure; preferably, the hinge shafts of the telescopic rod 8 and the lower cover 7, the telescopic rod 8 and the washing machine shell, and the lower cover 7 and the washing machine shell which are respectively hinged are all parallel to each other. The telescopic rod is a moving pair capable of generating relative telescopic displacement of two ends, so that the lower cover is pressed down to generate telescopic movement of the two ends of the telescopic rod, and the lower cover is driven to rotate around the hinged position of the washing machine shell.
In the embodiment, one side of the lower cover 7 is hinged with the opposite side of the washing machine shell through a rotating shaft, one end of the telescopic rod 8 is hinged with the lower surface of the lower cover close to the rotating shaft, and the other end of the telescopic rod is hinged with the inner wall of one side of the washing machine shell; preferably, the lower cover 7 and the telescopic rod 8 are hinged with the inner wall of the same side of the washing machine shell respectively, and the hinged part of the lower cover 7 and the shell is closer to the clothes throwing opening of the washing machine shell than the hinged part of the telescopic rod 8 and the washing machine shell.
In this embodiment, the telescopic rod 8 includes a pressure cylinder 81 and a piston rod 82, the pressure cylinder 81 is hollow to form a cavity, one end of the hollow cavity of the pressure cylinder is sealed, the other end of the hollow cavity of the pressure cylinder is used for the piston rod 82 to be correspondingly and coaxially inserted into the cavity, the piston rod 82 can move in a telescopic manner along the axial direction of the pressure cylinder 81, the sealed end of the pressure cylinder 81 is hinged with the lower cover 7, and the telescopic end of the piston rod 82 is hinged with the casing of the washing machine; alternatively, the sealing end of the pressure cylinder 81 is hinged with the washing machine shell, and the telescopic end of the piston rod 82 is hinged with the lower cover 7.
In this embodiment, the insertion position of the open end of the pressure cylinder 81 and the piston rod 82 is hermetically arranged, so that a hollow cavity inside the pressure cylinder 81 is hermetically arranged; the pressure cylinder 81 is provided with a vent hole for communicating the hollow chamber with the outside, the vent hole is communicated with the pressure adjusting device 62 through an adjusting pipeline, so that the pressure adjusting device 62 performs suction on gas in the pressure cylinder 81 and correspondingly adjusts the pressure in the cylinder; preferably, the pressure adjusting device 62 includes a reversing air pump for providing power to the positive and negative bidirectional air flows, and two open ends of the reversing air pump are respectively communicated with the adjusting pipeline and the atmosphere, so that the air flow in the atmosphere flows into the pressure cylinder 81 through the reversing air pump, or the air in the pressure cylinder 81 is discharged to the atmosphere through the reversing air pump; further preferably, the pressure adjusting device 62 further comprises an air chamber for storing air, and two open ends of the reversing air pump are respectively communicated with the adjusting pipeline and the air chamber, so that the air in the air chamber and the pressure cylinder can controllably and reversely flow through the reversing air pump.
The pressure cylinder of the telescopic rod is communicated with the pressure regulator, so that the purpose of controllably regulating the air pressure in the pressure cylinder is achieved, and the purposes of regulating the opening pressure for automatically turning and opening the lower cover and respectively matching and regulating the washing machine with different washing capacities are further achieved.
Example nine
As shown in fig. 4 to 5, the difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is as follows: the lower cover in the embodiment comprises a first lower cover 71 and a second lower cover 72, the first lower cover 71 and the second lower cover 72 are arranged in bilateral symmetry relative to the center of the clothes feeding opening, one sides of the first lower cover 71 and the second lower cover 72, which are far away from each other, are hinged with the corresponding sides of the casing respectively, and the lower sides of the first lower cover 71 and the second lower cover 72 are connected with the corresponding sides of the casing of the washing machine through at least one telescopic rod 8 respectively.
In this embodiment, the opposite ends of the first lower cover 71 and the second lower cover 72 along the extension direction of the hinge shaft are respectively connected with the corresponding sides of the washing machine housing through a telescopic rod 8; preferably, the telescopic rods 8 connected to the lower covers on both sides are respectively communicated with the same pressure regulating device 62 through corresponding pipelines.
In this embodiment, a two-position three-way valve is disposed at one port of the pressure adjusting device 62, and the other two ports of the two-position three-way valve are respectively communicated with the telescopic rod 8 hinged to the first lower cover 71 and the telescopic rod 8 hinged to the second lower cover 72, so that the pressure adjusting device 62 can be respectively communicated with the pressure cylinders of the telescopic rod 8 hinged to the first lower cover 71 or the telescopic rod 8 hinged to the second lower cover 72 through the two-position three-way valve, and the first lower cover 71 or the second lower cover 72 is correspondingly controlled to be opened and closed.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A washing machine with a storage function is characterized in that a storage box used for storing clothes is arranged above a washing machine body, the bottom wall of the storage box is composed of a lower cover which isolates the storage box from an inner barrel of the washing machine, a clothes weight detection unit and an automatic switch mechanism are arranged on the storage box, when the clothes weight detection unit detects that the weight of clothes in the storage box reaches a set value, the automatic switch mechanism controls the lower cover to be opened so as to enable the storage box to be communicated with the inner barrel, and the clothes in the storage box fall into the inner barrel.
2. The washing machine with the storage function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the storage box is disposed corresponding to a laundry inlet at the top of the washing machine body, the lower cover is provided with a gravity sensor and an automatic switch mechanism for detecting the weight of the laundry in the storage box, and when the gravity sensor detects that the weight of the laundry in the storage box reaches a set value, the automatic switch mechanism controls the lower cover to open, so that the laundry in the storage box falls into the inner tub through the laundry inlet at the top of the inner tub.

The washing machine with a storage function as claimed in any one of claims 1 or 2, wherein a partition is provided in the storage box to divide the inner space of the storage box into a first chamber and a second chamber which are independent of each other, the bottom wall of the first chamber is formed by a first lower cover, the bottom wall of the second chamber is formed by a second lower cover, and the first lower cover and the second lower cover are respectively provided with a gravity sensor to respectively detect the weight of the clothes in each chamber.
4. The washing machine with the storage function as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first lower cover and the second lower cover are both arranged to be turned over downwards, one sides of the first lower cover and the second lower cover, which are positioned at the center of the washing machine body, are both arranged to be in contact with the partition plate, the opposite sides of the first lower cover and the second lower cover are respectively and rotatably connected with the inner circumference of the washing machine body, when the weight of the clothes in the first chamber and/or the second chamber does not reach a set value, the first lower cover and/or the second lower cover are positioned on the horizontal plane to completely isolate the corresponding chamber and the inner tub; when the weight of the clothes in the first chamber and/or the second chamber reaches a set value, one end, located in the center of the washing machine body, of the corresponding first lower cover and/or the corresponding second lower cover is turned downwards, so that the corresponding chamber of the storage box is communicated with the inner barrel.

The washing machine with the storage function as claimed in claim 4, wherein the first lower cover is provided with a first gravity sensor, the second lower cover is provided with a second gravity sensor, the first gravity sensor and the second gravity sensor respectively detect the weight of the clothes in the first chamber and the second chamber of the storage box in real time, and when the weight of the clothes in the first chamber or the second chamber detected by the first gravity sensor or the second gravity sensor in real time reaches a set value, one end of the first lower cover or the second lower cover located at the center of the washing machine body is turned downwards, so that the corresponding chamber of the storage box is communicated with the inner barrel.

The washing machine with the storage function as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the automatic opening and closing mechanism is configured to open and close the lower cover in a pneumatic and hydraulic adjustment manner, and the automatic opening and closing mechanism controls the lower cover to be automatically opened when the gravity sensor detects that the weight of the clothes in the storage box reaches a set value.

The washing machine with the storage function as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein an upper cover is horizontally arranged on the top of the storage box, the upper cover is provided with an electromagnetic locking mechanism, the electromagnetic locking mechanism controls the upper cover to be in a closed and locked state during the operation of the washing machine, the electromagnetic locking mechanism controls the upper cover to be in a free state during the non-operation of the washing machine, and a user can open the upper cover and put clothes into the storage box.

The washing machine with the storage function as claimed in claim 7, wherein a first upper cover is horizontally arranged at the top of the first chamber of the storage box, a second upper cover is horizontally arranged at the top of the second chamber, the first upper cover and the second upper cover are both arranged to be opened upwards, one sides of the first upper cover and the second upper cover, which are located at the center of the washing machine body, are arranged in an abutting mode and are both placed above the partition plate, the other sides of the first upper cover and the second upper cover are both rotatably connected with the inner periphery of the washing machine body, and the electromagnetic locking mechanism can control the first upper cover and the second upper cover to be closed and locked.

The washing machine with the storage function is characterized in that a foot gravity sensor is arranged on a foot of the washing machine, a pressure adjusting device is arranged in the washing machine body and used for detecting whether the foot is horizontal, and when the foot gravity sensor detects that the foot is in a non-horizontal state, the pressure adjusting device levels the foot to enable the washing machine to be horizontal.

The washing machine with the storage function as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the first gravity sensor and the second gravity sensor respectively detect the weight of the clothes in the first chamber and the second chamber in real time, when any one of the gravity sensors detects that the weight of the clothes in the corresponding chamber reaches a set value, the corresponding lower cover is turned downwards, the clothes in the corresponding chamber fall into the inner tub, the washing machine automatically starts a washing process, the first upper cover and the second upper cover are both locked, and after the washing is finished, the corresponding upper cover and the corresponding lower cover are opened, so that a user can take out the clothes conveniently.
