Specifically, the controller of the laundry processing apparatus 100 communicates with the detecting element, after the laundry is finished, the controller controls the driver to drive the drum assembly 30 to rotate to a position where the opening of the inner drum 32 faces downward, so that the laundry in the inner drum 32 can freely fall into the drawer 12 under the action of gravity, when the detecting element detects that the laundry in the inner drum 32 still has laundry, the detecting element feeds back the detection result to the controller, and the controller controls the driver to drive the drum assembly 30 to swing at a predetermined angle, so that the remaining laundry in the inner drum 32 can freely fall into the drawer 12; when the detecting element detects that no clothes exist in the inner drum 32, the controller controls the driver to drive the drum assembly 30 to rotate to the position where the opening of the inner drum 32 faces the clothes input opening 301, even if the drum assembly 30 rotates to the initial position, the subsequent use is convenient.
An embodiment of a laundry treatment apparatus 100 according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 10 by taking a pulsator washing machine as an example.
The pulsator washing machine includes a base assembly 10, a body 20, a drum assembly 30, a second driver 52, a rack assembly 40, a damper 43, a detector, a tractor 70, and a drain pump 80. The second driver 52 may be a motor.
The base assembly 10 includes a base 11 and a drawer 12 slidably provided in the base 11, and the top of the base 11 has an opening. The body 20 includes a cabinet 21, a table 22, and a cover 23, the cabinet 21 is disposed on the top of the base 11, the table 22 is disposed on the top of the cabinet 21 and has a laundry input opening 301, and the cover 23 is disposed on the table 22 and opens and closes the laundry input opening 301.
The barrel assembly 30 includes an outer barrel 31, an inner barrel 32, a pulsator 33, and a first driver 51, wherein the first driver 51 is used for driving the inner barrel 32 to rotate in the outer barrel 31 and also driving the pulsator 33 to rotate. The first driver 51 may be a motor, or may be a motor and a transmission.
The support assembly 40 includes a first support 41 and a second support 42 which are oppositely arranged, the barrel assembly 30 is installed in the machine body 20 through the first support 41 and the second support 42, the first support 41 is rotatably connected with the outer cylinder 31 of the barrel assembly 30 through a bearing 312, the second support 42 is connected with the outer cylinder 31 of the barrel assembly 30 through a power output end of a second driver 52 and a rotating shaft 311 on the outer cylinder 31, and the second driver 52 is used for driving the barrel assembly 30 to rotate in the machine body 20, so as to adjust the orientation of the opening of the inner cylinder 32.
In which, the pulsator washing machine shown in fig. 1 to 3 is in a state of waiting for washing, the cover 23 is opened, and clothes can be put into the inner tub 32 from the laundry input port 301 on the table 22.
Fig. 2 shows an exploded view of the pulsator washing machine, wherein the bracket assembly 40 is suspended on the casing 21 of the body 20 by the damper 43, the drum assembly 30 is connected to the bracket assembly 40 by the bearing 312 and the rotation shaft 311, and the drum assembly 30 is simultaneously turned over by the second driver 52 to discharge the laundry from the inner drum 32 into the drawer 12; the axes of the bearing 312 and the rotating shaft 311 are on the same horizontal straight line.
Fig. 5 and 6 show the pulsator washing machine in a state after washing, the cover 23 is closed, and after washing and dewatering, the whole barrel assembly 30 turns over the barrel assembly 30 (containing the clothes in the outer barrel 31, the inner barrel 32, the first driver 51 and the inner barrel 32) by 180 degrees under the action of the second driver 52, the outer barrel 31 and the inner barrel 32 are changed from a state that the mouths of the barrels are upward to a state that the mouths of the barrels are downward, and the clothes fall into the drawer 12 in the base 11 by gravity.
Fig. 7 and 8 show the state that the clothes are completely dropped into the drawer 12, the drawer 12 can be opened outwards with the clothes, and the user can take the clothes out of the drawer 12, and can also directly pull out the drawer 12 for airing without an extra container for placing the clothes.
Fig. 9 and 10 show that a tractor 70 is installed at the bottom of the outer tub 31 to perform a switching between a washing state and a dehydrating state, and a drain pump 80 is installed at the bottom of the outer tub 31 to drain water in the outer tub 31 before and during the dehydrating.
The pulsator washing machine changes the original fixed suspension mode of the outer cylinder into the rotatable suspension mode, the direction of the mouths of the outer cylinder 31 and the inner cylinder 32 is consistent with the state of the common pulsator washing machine in the states of washing, washing and dehydration, and the rotating shaft 311 extends along the vertical direction. During washing and dewatering, the vibration generated in the outer tub 31 is controlled by the damper 43 of the rack assembly 40.
After the dehydration is finished, the common washing machine needs to take out the clothes from the inner drum through the clothes throwing-in opening on the workbench, and the clothes need to be taken out for multiple times under the condition of more clothes. Compared with the common washing machine, after the dehydration of the pulsator washing machine is finished, the second driver 52 is controlled by the controller to turn the barrel assembly 30 over, so that the mouths of the outer barrel 31 and the inner barrel 32 face downwards, clothes can automatically fall down under the action of gravity and enter the drawer 12 in the bottom base 11 below, the drawer 12 can be drawn out forwards, and after the clothes are drawn out, the clothes can be taken out from the drawer 12 together.
After the drum assembly 30 is turned over, the detecting members (e.g. sensors) mounted on the periphery of the opening of the outer drum 31 (annular drum cover) and the detecting members (e.g. sensors) mounted on the base 11 sense whether there are any clothes between the opening of the outer drum 31 and the base 11 and the clothes do not fall into the drawer 12 completely, if yes, a signal is sent to the controller, the controller controls the second driver 52 to drive the drum assembly 30 to swing back and forth at a downward position, so that the clothes fall into the drawer 12 completely, and if not, the two sensors send a signal to the controller, and the second driver 52 is controlled to turn the drum assembly 30 to a to-be-washed position, namely, the openings of the outer drum 31 and the inner drum 32 face upward; and the drawer 12 is shown to draw out the clothes.

Claims (12)

1. A laundry treating apparatus (100), comprising:
the base assembly (10), the base assembly (10) includes a base (11) and a drawer (12) which is arranged in the base (11) in a push-and-pull manner;
the clothes storage box comprises a machine body (20), wherein the machine body (20) is arranged at the top of a base (11) and defines an accommodating cavity, and the machine body (20) is provided with a clothes throwing-in opening (301);
the barrel component (30) is arranged in the accommodating cavity and comprises an outer barrel (31) and an inner barrel (32) which is rotatably arranged in the outer barrel (31);
a driver for driving the cartridge assembly (30) to rotate within the receiving cavity;
wherein the top of the base (11) is provided with an opening communicated with the accommodating cavity, after the washing program is finished, the driver drives the cylinder body assembly (30) to rotate to a position that the opening of the inner cylinder (32) is opposite to the top opening of the base (11) so as to enable the clothes in the inner cylinder (32) to fall into the drawer (12),
the periphery of the opening of the base (11) and/or the outer cylinder (31) is provided with a detection piece for detecting whether all the clothes in the inner cylinder (32) fall into the drawer (12), and when the clothes in the inner cylinder (32) are detected to be still in the clothes, the driver drives the cylinder assembly (30) to swing within a preset angle range; when the inner drum (32) is detected to be free of clothes, the driver drives the drum body assembly (30) to rotate to a position where the opening of the inner drum (32) is opposite to the clothes throwing opening (301).
2. The laundry processing apparatus (100) according to claim 1, wherein the opening of the inner drum (32) is directly opposite to the laundry input opening (301) before the laundry washing procedure is performed.
3. The laundry processing apparatus (100) according to claim 1, wherein the laundry input opening (301) is provided at a top portion of the machine body (20), an axis of the inner drum (32) extends in a longitudinal direction and a drum opening of the inner drum (32) faces the laundry input opening (301) before the washing process is performed.
4. The laundry processing apparatus (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that the drum assembly (30) is disposed in the accommodating cavity through a bracket assembly (40), and the driver is disposed in the bracket assembly (40).
5. The laundry treatment apparatus (100) according to claim 4, characterized in that the rack assembly (40) comprises:
a first bracket (41), the first bracket (41) being mounted to the body (20);
a second bracket (42), the second bracket (42) is installed on the body (20) and is arranged opposite to the first bracket (41), and the cylinder assembly (30) is located between the first bracket (41) and the second bracket (42) and is rotatably connected with the first bracket (41) and the second bracket (42).
6. The laundry processing apparatus (100) according to claim 5, characterized in that one of the first bracket (41) and the second bracket (42) is engaged with the drum assembly (30) through a bearing (312), and the other of the first bracket (41) and the second bracket (42) is connected with the drum assembly (30) through a power output end of the driver to rotate the drum assembly (30).

The laundry processing apparatus (100) according to claim 6, wherein the bearing (312) is provided on the outer peripheral wall of the outer tub (31), a side of the outer peripheral wall of the outer tub (31) opposite to the bearing (312) is provided with a rotating shaft (311) connected to the power output end, and an imaginary connecting line of the rotating shaft (311) and the bearing (312) is perpendicular to the central axis of the outer tub (31).

The laundry processing apparatus (100) according to claim 5, characterized in that the drum assembly (30) is suspended in the accommodating chamber by the first bracket (41) and the second bracket (42), and a shock absorbing member (43) is provided between each of the first bracket (41) and the second bracket (42) and the machine body (20).
9. The laundry processing apparatus (100) according to claim 5, characterized in that an imaginary connecting line of the joints of the first bracket (41) and the second bracket (42) with the drum assembly (30) and the central axis of the tub (31) are perpendicular to each other.

The laundry processing apparatus (100) according to claim 5, wherein the first bracket (41) and the second bracket (42) respectively comprise two cross-arranged struts, both ends of each of the struts are respectively connected with the machine body (20), and the drum assembly (30) is rotatably connected with a cross-connection of the two cross-arranged struts.
11. The laundry processing apparatus (100) according to any one of claims 1-10, characterized in that the top of the base (11) has a positioning frame (111), the positioning frame (111) surrounds the top opening of the base (11), and the machine body (20) is sleeved outside the positioning frame (111).
12. The laundry processing apparatus (100) according to any one of claims 1-10, characterized in that the main body (20) comprises:
the machine shell (21) extends along the longitudinal direction and is provided with a top end opening and a bottom end opening, the machine shell (21) is arranged at the top of the base (11), and the bottom end opening of the machine shell (21) is communicated with the top opening of the base (11);
the workbench (22), the workbench (22) is arranged at the top end opening of the machine shell (21) and defines the clothes input opening (301);
