The front end lift-up block 411 corresponds to the front end turn-over follow-up plate 422, the rear end lift-up block 412 corresponds to the rear end turn-over follow-up plate 423, the left side lift-up block 413 corresponds to the left side turn-over follow-up plate 424, and the right side lift-up block 414 corresponds to the right side turn-over follow-up plate 425.
The operation of the tipping bucket 420 is explained below (please refer to fig. 1, 2 and 6 together):
when the turnover type cargo bucket 420 is turned over towards the front end, the front end jacking block 411 penetrates through the front end through hole 426 and is pressed on the front end turnover follow-up plate 422, so that the front end turnover follow-up plate 422 is subjected to jacking acting force of the front end jacking block 411, the front end turnover follow-up plate 422 rotates for an angle around the cargo bucket body 421, and the rotated front end turnover follow-up plate 422 fills up the height difference between the cargo bucket body 421 and the blocking edge 401, so that cargo on the cargo bucket body 421 can be unloaded through the front end turnover follow-up plate 422 without being blocked by the blocking edge 401, and the cargo unloading smoothness is improved; when unloading of the goods is finished and the turnover type goods bucket 420 is reset, the front end turnover follow-up plate 422 is separated from the front end jacking block 411, and the front end jacking block 411 does not apply force to the front end turnover follow-up plate 422 any more; at this time, the front end turning follow-up plate 422 performs self-reset under the action of its own gravity, and does not need to additionally arrange a reset mechanism (such as a reset spring and the like) for resetting; the front end turning follow-up plate 422 returns to a state parallel to the corresponding blocking edge 401, so that the front end turning follow-up plate 422 does not influence the loading of goods by the turning type goods bucket 420;
similarly, when the turnover type cargo bucket 420 is turned over towards the rear end, the rear end turning follow-up plate 423 also fills the height difference between the cargo bucket body 421 and the blocking edge 401, so that the cargo can be smoothly unloaded; when the unloading of the goods is finished and the turnover type goods bucket 420 is reset, the rear end turnover follow-up plate 423 automatically resets under the action of the gravity of the rear end turnover follow-up plate 423;
similarly, when the turnover type cargo bucket 420 is turned to the left side, the left turning follow-up plate 424 also fills up the height difference between the cargo bucket body 421 and the blocking edge 401, so that the cargo can be smoothly unloaded; when the unloading of the goods is finished and the turnover type goods bucket 420 is reset, the left turnover follower plate 424 automatically resets under the action of the gravity of the left turnover follower plate 424;
similarly, when the turnover type cargo bucket 420 is turned over to the right, the right turning follow-up plate 425 also fills up the height difference between the cargo bucket body 421 and the blocking edge 401, so that the cargo can be smoothly unloaded; when the unloading of the cargo is completed and the flip bucket 420 is reset, the right flip follower plate 425 resets itself by its own weight.
