The wet garbage crushing device of the embodiment comprises a crushing device 2 which is positioned below the water outlet of the water tank 1 and used for crushing wet garbage, and the feed inlet of the crushing device 2 is communicated with the water outlet of the water tank 1. Specifically, the crushing device 2 comprises a crushing drainage shell 19 and a crusher which is arranged in the crushing drainage shell 19 and is used for crushing wet garbage; the pulverizer comprises a pulverizing working bin 20, a pulverizing mechanism 21 arranged in the pulverizing working bin 20 and a pulverizing motor 22 for driving the pulverizing mechanism 21, wherein the bottom of the pulverizing working bin 20 is provided with an overflowing hole 23 for water flow and pulverized wet garbage to pass through, and the side wall of the pulverizing working bin 20 is provided with an overflowing hole 24; the blanking pipe 14 is connected with the discharge port of the crushing drainage shell 19. The multi-station wet garbage disposal mechanism of the embodiment comprises a fixed disc 3 which is fixedly installed, a rotating disc 4 which is positioned above the fixed disc 3 and is in running fit with the fixed disc 3, and a rotary driving mechanism which is used for driving the rotating disc 4 to rotate relative to the fixed disc 3. A material receiving station 5, at least one extrusion station 6, at least one drying station 7 and a blanking station 8 are annularly and uniformly distributed on the fixed disc 3; connect the material station 5 to be equipped with in and to prevent that the wet rubbish after smashing from passing through connect the material filter screen 9, be equipped with in the extrusion station 6 and to prevent the extrusion filter screen 10 that the wet rubbish after smashing from passing through, be equipped with in the stoving station 7 and be used for drying through the drying device 11 that the extrusion station compressed tightly the wet rubbish after the drainage, be equipped with blanking through-hole 12 in the blanking station 8. The fixed disc 3 of this embodiment is provided with a material receiving station 5, an extrusion station 6, a drying station 7 and a blanking station 8 in an annular and uniform manner. The rotating disc 4 of this embodiment is provided with a garbage disposal bin 13 with a hollow bottom in one-to-one correspondence with the material receiving station 5, the extrusion station 6, the drying station 7 and the blanking station 8. A blanking pipe 14 communicated with a discharge hole of the crushing device 2 is arranged above the material receiving station 5; an extrusion device 15 for extruding the crushed wet garbage is arranged above the extrusion station 6; a water receiving and drainage bin 16 is arranged below the material receiving station 5 and the extrusion station 6, and a drainage pipe 17 is arranged at the bottom of the water receiving and drainage bin 16; a wet garbage can 18 for storing the processed wet garbage is arranged below the blanking station 8.
The angle at which the rotary drive mechanism of the present embodiment drives the rotary disk 4 to rotate satisfies:
α=360°*n+β
α is the angle of the rotary driving mechanism driving the rotary disc 4 to rotate, n is an integer greater than or equal to zero, and β is the included angle between two adjacent stations on the fixed disc 3.
Specifically, the rotary driving mechanism of the embodiment adopts a geneva mechanism, the geneva mechanism includes a geneva wheel 32 and a dial 33, the geneva wheel 32 and the rotary disk 4 rotate synchronously, the dial 33 is connected with the step motor in a transmission way, radial grooves 34 are annularly distributed on the geneva wheel 32, the number of the radial grooves 34 is equal to the number of all stations arranged on the fixed disk 3, therefore, the geneva wheel 32 can be driven to rotate for β by one circle of rotation of the dial 33, and the garbage disposal barrel 13 can be sequentially transferred at each station position.
According to the wet garbage treatment device, the smashing device is arranged below the water outlet of the water tank, the smashing device can be washed by water for cleaning wet garbage such as fruits and vegetables in the water tank, the smashed wet garbage can flow along with water flow, and the smashed wet garbage can be prevented from being adhered to the smashing device; the multi-station wet garbage treatment mechanism is arranged below the crushing device, wet garbage crushed by the crushing device flows into the garbage treatment barrel positioned above the material receiving station, and natural water filtration is carried out by using the material receiving filter screen; when the wet garbage in the garbage disposal barrel reaches a set amount, rotating the disc to rotate so that the garbage disposal barrel is positioned at an extrusion station, and then extruding the crushed wet garbage downwards by using an extrusion device, so that the crushed wet garbage is compacted to realize the reduction treatment of the wet garbage on one hand, and the moisture contained in the wet garbage is extruded and filtered on the other hand; then the rotary disc rotates, the garbage disposal bin is positioned at a drying station, and residual moisture contained in wet garbage is dried by using a drying device; then the rotating disc rotates, the garbage disposal bin is positioned at the blanking station, and the dried wet garbage positioned in the garbage disposal bin falls into the wet garbage bin through the blanking through hole; the above steps are repeated, and the wet garbage in all the garbage treatment barrels is sequentially and step-by-step processed, so that the wet garbage is crushed, filtered, reduced, compressed and dried.
Further, the drying device 11 of the present embodiment includes an electric heating device 25 located above and a fan 26 located below, and the fan 26 blows hot air into the corresponding garbage can 13 to dry the wet garbage in the garbage can 13. In order to discharge the water vapor generated by drying the wet garbage, the wet garbage treatment device of the embodiment further comprises an exhaust device, the exhaust device comprises an exhaust pipeline 27, and an exhaust fan 28 is arranged on the exhaust pipeline 27; an exhaust drainage cover 29 is arranged at the air inlet end of the exhaust pipeline 27, or an exhaust negative pressure bin is arranged outside the multi-station wet garbage treatment mechanism, and the exhaust pipeline 27 is connected with the exhaust negative pressure bin. The intake end of the exhaust pipe 27 of the present embodiment is provided with an exhaust draft hood 29. Through setting up exhaust apparatus, not only can discharge the steam that produces because of the moisture in the dry wet rubbish, can make and produce certain negative pressure in the wet rubbish storehouse 37 moreover, prevent that wet rubbish storehouse 37 from to outside gas leakage, avoid polluting the outside air.
Further, the squeezing device 15 of the present embodiment includes a fixedly installed electric cylinder 30, and a squeezing tray 31 for squeezing the wet garbage after being crushed is provided on a telescopic rod of the electric cylinder 30. The external diameter of extrusion disk 31 equals with garbage disposal bucket 13's internal diameter, can compress wet rubbish through electronic jar 30 to extrude the moisture that contains in the wet rubbish, reduce the water content of wet rubbish, and then can dry wet rubbish high-efficiently in stoving station 7.
Further, a dry garbage bin 38, a recyclable garbage bin 39 and a harmful garbage bin 40 are also arranged in the shell 35 of the embodiment; a dry garbage bin 41 and a dry garbage feeding port 42 positioned above the dry garbage bin 41 are arranged in the dry garbage bin 38; a recyclable garbage bin 43 and a recyclable garbage feeding port 44 positioned above the recyclable garbage bin 43 are arranged in the recyclable garbage bin 39; the harmful garbage bin 40 is provided with a harmful garbage can 45 and a harmful garbage feeding port 46 positioned above the harmful garbage can 45.
Further, the household integrated multifunctional garbage classification device of the embodiment further comprises an intelligent recognition control system, the intelligent recognition control system comprises a controller 47, a power supply 56, a camera 48 for scanning garbage and a loudspeaker 49 for sending voice, and the controller 47 receives scanning data of the camera 48, judges the garbage category according to the scanning data and controls the loudspeaker 49 to send voice broadcast. The controller 47 is connected with the control panel and the communication module, the communication module comprises a Bluetooth module, a WiFi module and the like, can play music and films, has the functions of a radio and the like, can play when cooking in a kitchen, and increases entertainment. The intelligent recognition control system of this embodiment still includes the mistake starting drive that prevents that is connected with controller 47 electricity and is used for preventing camera 48 and speaker 49 mistake start, and the mistake starting drive that prevents of this embodiment adopts the setting to kick formula button 57 in the shell 35 bottom, before starting camera 48 and speaker 49 discernment rubbish kind, need open kick formula button 57, so can avoid the mistake to start.

The wet garbage bin 37, the dry garbage bin 38, the recyclable garbage bin 39 and the harmful garbage bin 40 of the embodiment are respectively provided with a sterilizing device, and the sterilizing device of the embodiment adopts an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 55 to achieve the technical purpose of sterilization and deodorization.
The household integrated multifunctional garbage classification device of the embodiment can realize classification storage of various types of garbage by arranging the wet garbage bin, the dry garbage bin, the recyclable garbage bin and the harmful garbage bin; by arranging the camera for scanning garbage, the garbage types can be realized by utilizing the scanning data, so that the garbage can be conveniently used by the old, the young and other people who cannot respectively use the garbage types; the gravity sensors are respectively arranged below the wet garbage bin, the dry garbage bin, the recyclable garbage bin and the harmful garbage bin, so that the real-time monitoring on the garbage amount can be realized, the garbage is prevented from being excessive, and a user is timely reminded to dump the garbage in time.

a material receiving station (5), at least one extrusion station (6), at least one drying station (7) and a blanking station (8) are annularly distributed on the fixed disc (3); a material receiving filter screen (9) capable of preventing crushed wet garbage from passing through is arranged in the material receiving station (5), an extrusion filter screen (10) capable of preventing crushed wet garbage from passing through is arranged in the extrusion station (6), a drying device (11) for drying the wet garbage compacted and filtered by the extrusion station is arranged in the drying station (7), and a blanking through hole (12) is arranged in the blanking station (8);
garbage disposal barrels (13) with hollow bottoms are arranged on the rotating disc (4) in one-to-one correspondence with the material receiving station (5), the extrusion station (6), the drying station (7) and the blanking station (8);
a blanking pipe (14) communicated with a discharge hole of the crushing device (2) is arranged above the material receiving station (5); an extrusion device (15) for extruding the crushed wet garbage is arranged above the extrusion station (6); a water receiving and drainage bin (16) is arranged below the material receiving station (5) and the extrusion station (6), and a drainage pipe (17) is arranged at the bottom of the water receiving and drainage bin (16); a wet garbage can (18) for storing the processed wet garbage is arranged below the blanking station (8);
the angle of the rotary driving mechanism for driving the rotary disc (4) to rotate satisfies the following requirements:
α=360°*n+β
α is the angle of the rotary driving mechanism driving the rotary disc (4) to rotate, n is an integer larger than or equal to zero, and β is the included angle between two adjacent stations on the fixed disc (3).

The wet waste management device of claim 1, wherein: the crushing device (2) comprises a crushing drainage shell (19) and a crusher which is arranged in the crushing drainage shell (19) and is used for crushing wet garbage; the pulverizer comprises a pulverizing working bin (20), a pulverizing mechanism (21) arranged in the pulverizing working bin (20) and a pulverizing motor (22) for driving the pulverizing mechanism (21), wherein the bottom of the pulverizing working bin (20) is provided with an overflowing hole (23) for water flow and pulverized wet garbage to pass through, and the side wall of the pulverizing working bin (20) is provided with an overflowing hole (24); the blanking pipe (14) is connected with a discharge hole of the crushing drainage shell (19).
