Abstract
Disclosed is a method for preparing low-temperature-heating non-combustible smoker particles, wherein the method for preparing low-temperature-heating non-combustible smoker particles comprises (S1) pulverizing a corn base having a moisture content of 8% or less to 100 mesh or less; (S2) screening the crushed corn base material, the binder, the smoke agent, the auxiliary materials and the functional additive to be below 100 meshes; (S3) mixing and granulating the material treated in the step (S2) to obtain the low-temperature heating non-combustible fuming particles, wherein the particle size of the low-temperature heating non-combustible fuming particles is 20-80 meshes.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of materials for heating non-combustible smoke, in particular to smoke particles which are non-combustible by low-temperature heating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The heating of the non-combustible tobacco products is a new strategic tobacco product, and generally, the tobacco raw materials and the smoke agent are mixed, and the non-combustible tobacco products can generate smoke after being heated so as to be sucked by a smoker, and the non-combustible tobacco products do not need to be combusted so as to generate the smoke. Because the heating is provided by an external heat source, the heating temperature is below 500 ℃, and the heating temperature is greatly reduced, thereby reducing the release amount of harmful ingredients in the smoke and providing a certain smoking feeling for a smoker.
At present, most of cigarettes which are not heated and combusted are made by rolling tobacco sheets, and the tobacco sheets are still tobacco products, so that the harmfulness of smoking tobacco cannot be completely avoided. In addition, the process of preparing the tobacco sheet is also a highly polluting and energy-consuming process, and has no sustainable development. If a natural plant replacing tobacco sheets can be found for making the cigarette which is not combusted by heating, the cigarette has great significance for smoking, health, resource and saving, and nature and environment.
However, many plants require combustion to produce smoke, which presents difficulties in finding natural plants to replace tobacco sheets.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to provide a low-temperature-heating non-combustible smoker particle which can replace a tobacco sheet and can generate smoke without combustion when heated at a lower temperature, and a method for preparing the same.
An object of the present invention is to provide a low-temperature-heating non-combustible smoker particle and a preparation method thereof, wherein smoke generated by the low-temperature-heating non-combustible smoker particle can increase fragrance when heated at low temperature.
An object of the present invention is to provide a low-temperature-heating non-combustible smoker particle and a preparation method thereof, wherein the low-temperature-heating non-combustible smoker particle contains a large amount of corn leaf particles, so as to replace a tobacco sheet, and further to be more beneficial to the health of a user.
To achieve at least one of the above objects, the present invention provides a method for producing low-temperature-heating non-combustible smoker particles, wherein the method for producing low-temperature-heating non-combustible smoker particles comprises:
(S1) crushing the corn base material with the water content of less than 8 percent to be less than 100 meshes;
(S2) screening the crushed corn base material, the binder, the smoke agent, the auxiliary materials and the functional additive to be below 100 meshes;
(S3) granulating the granules treated in the step (S2) to obtain the low-temperature heating non-combustible fuming granules with the particle size of 20-80 meshes.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, in the step (S2), the material is sieved by 100 mesh, and the material below 100 mesh is helpful for uniform mixing and granulation, and the material powder above 100 mesh is not beneficial for granulation.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the preparation method of the low-temperature heating non-combustible fuming particles comprises the following steps:
(S4) drying the corn base to a moisture content of less than 8%.
According to the embodiment of the invention, when the corn base material is dried to the moisture content of below 8%, the corn base material is dried by adopting a hot air drying or freeze drying technology.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the smoke agent can be any one or more of glycerol and propylene glycol.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the auxiliary material can be any one or more of edible starch, kudzu root powder and licorice powder.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the functional additive is natural spice extract.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the corn base is embodied as fresh corn leaves and fresh corn husks.
According to another aspect of the invention, the invention provides a low-temperature-heating non-combustible smoker particle, wherein the low-temperature-heating non-combustible smoker particle is prepared by any one of the methods for preparing the low-temperature-heating non-combustible smoker particle.
Further objects and advantages of the invention will be fully apparent from the ensuing description.
The objects, features and advantages of the present smoker particles are illustrated in detail by the following examples.
Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments in the following description are given by way of example only, and other obvious variations will occur to those skilled in the art. The basic principles of the invention, as defined in the following description, may be applied to other embodiments, variations, modifications, equivalents, and other technical solutions without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
A method for preparing low-temperature heat non-combustible smoker particles according to a preferred embodiment of the invention will be described in detail below. The preparation method of the low-temperature heating non-combustible fuming particle comprises the following steps:
(S1) crushing the corn base material with the water content of less than 8 percent to be less than 100 meshes;
(S2) sieving and crushing the corn base material by 30-50%, the binder by 1-5%, the smoke agent by 25-30%, the auxiliary material by 20-30% and the functional additive by 1-3%;
(S3) granulating the granules treated in the step (S2) to obtain the low-temperature heating non-combustion fuming granules, wherein the particle size of the low-temperature heating non-combustion fuming granules is 20-80 meshes.
Preferably, in the step (S2), the material is sieved by 100 meshes, and the material below 100 meshes is beneficial to uniform mixing and granulation of the material, and the material powder above 100 meshes is not beneficial to granulation.
Preferably, the corn base is embodied as fresh corn leaves and fresh corn husks.
Preferably, the method for preparing the low-temperature heating non-combustible fuming particles comprises the following steps:
(S4) drying the corn base to a moisture content of less than 8%. It is worth mentioning that hot air drying or freeze drying technology is adopted for drying.
Preferably, the smoke agent can be any one or more of glycerol and propylene glycol.
Preferably, the auxiliary material can be any one or more of edible starch, kudzu root powder and licorice powder.
Preferably, the functional additive is natural perfume extract.
In particular, in the first embodiment of the invention, the method for preparing the low-temperature-heating non-combustible smoker particles comprises the following steps:
step (a 1): drying fresh corn long leaves and corn husks by hot air until the moisture content is below 5%;
step (a 2): crushing the long leaves and the outer skin of the corn by a universal crusher, and sieving the powder by a 100-mesh sieve;
step (a 3): and (C) mixing 150g of corn long leaf and husk powder, 25g of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 150g of glycerol, 165g of corn starch and 5g of sweet essence in the step (A2), and preparing the mixed materials into corn leaf granules with the particle size of 20-40 meshes and suitable for low-temperature heating non-combustion tobacco products by adopting a swing granulation process. The prepared corn leaf particles are applied to novel tobacco products which are not burnt under low-temperature heating, and can play roles in replacing tobacco sheets, increasing aroma and sweetening.
In a second embodiment of the invention, a method of making the low temperature heat non-combustible smoker particles comprises the steps of:
step (B1): drying fresh corn long leaves and corn husks by hot air until the moisture content is below 8%;
step (B2): crushing the long leaves and the outer skin of the corn by a universal crusher, and sieving the powder by a 100-mesh sieve;
step (B3): and (C) mixing 200g of the corn long leaf and husk powder, 15g of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 140g of propylene glycol, 142.5g of radix puerariae powder and 2.5g of corn flavor essence in the step (B2), and preparing the mixed materials into corn leaf granules with the grain diameter of 30-60 meshes and suitable for low-temperature heating non-combustion tobacco products by adopting an extrusion spheronization granulation process. The prepared corn leaf particles are applied to novel tobacco products which are not burnt under low-temperature heating, and can play roles in replacing tobacco sheets, increasing aroma and sweetening.
In a third embodiment of the invention, a method of making the low temperature heat non-combustible smoker particles comprises the steps of:
step (C1): fresh corn long leaves and corn husks are adopted and are processed by freeze drying until the moisture content is below 6 percent;
step (C2): crushing the long leaves and the outer skin of the corn by a universal crusher, and sieving the powder by a 100-mesh sieve;
step (C3): and (C2) mixing 175g of the corn long leaf and husk powder, 15g of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 125g of glycerol, 175g of licorice powder and 10g of corn flavor essence in the step (C2), and preparing the mixed materials into corn leaf particles with the particle size of 40-80 meshes and suitable for low-temperature heating non-combustion tobacco products by adopting a fluidized bed granulation process. The prepared corn leaf particles are applied to novel tobacco products which are not burnt under low-temperature heating, and can play roles in replacing tobacco sheets, increasing aroma and sweetening.

Claims (9)
1. A method for producing low-temperature-heating non-combustible smoker particles, wherein the method for producing low-temperature-heating non-combustible smoker particles comprises:
(S1) crushing the corn base material with the water content of less than 8 percent to be less than 100 meshes;
(S2) screening the crushed corn base material, the binder, the smoke agent, the auxiliary materials and the functional additive to be below 100 meshes;
(S3) mixing and granulating the material treated in the step (S2) to obtain the low-temperature heating non-combustible fuming particles, wherein the particle size of the low-temperature heating non-combustible fuming particles is 20-80 meshes.
2. The method for producing low-temperature-heating non-combustible smoker particles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step (S2) comprises sieving through a 100-mesh sieve.
3. The method for producing low-temperature-heating non-combustible smoker particles according to claim 1, wherein the method for producing low-temperature-heating non-combustible smoker particles comprises:
(S4) drying the corn base to a moisture content of less than 8%.
4. The method for preparing low-temperature-heating non-combustible smoker particles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the corn base material is dried to a moisture content of 8% or less by hot air drying or freeze drying.
5. The method for preparing low-temperature-heating non-combustible smoker particles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the smoke agent can be any one or more of glycerol and propylene glycol.
6. The method for preparing low-temperature heating non-combustible fuming particles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the auxiliary material can be any one or more of edible starch, kudzu root powder and licorice powder.
7. The method for preparing low-temperature-heating non-combustible smoker particles as claimed in claim 1, wherein the functional additive is a natural perfume extract.
8. The method of making low temperature heating non-combustible smoker particles of claim 1, wherein the corn base is implemented as fresh corn leaves and fresh corn husks.
9. A low-temperature-heat-non-combustible smoker particle produced by a process for producing a low-temperature-heat-non-combustible smoker particle according to any of claims 1 to 8.
