技术领域
本发明涉及无人搬运车技术领域,尤其涉及一种电池更换***及搬运车。
背景技术
无人搬运车(automatic guidedvehicle,AGV)已广泛地应用在具有高度自动化的生产线上。无人搬运车是一种以电池为动力,并且装配有光、磁导航装置和独立寻址***的无人驾驶自动化搬运车辆。经由电脑的监控,无人搬运车能按照指令自动驾驶且沿着设定路径到达指定地点,完成特殊环境下的作业任务。
现今,无人搬运车的动力源结构一般为内置不可拆卸的电池。对于内置不可拆卸电池的无人搬运车,其需将无人搬运车定期移动至充电站充电,待充电作业完成之后,无人搬运车才可重新回归至产线进行生产作业。也就是说,在无人搬运车充电的这段时间将会造成产线的产能下降甚至停摆。
发明内容
本发明在于提供一种电池更换***及搬运车,以避免无人搬运车因充电作业而导致的工作停摆的状况。
本发明的一实施例所提供的电池更换***,用以将一备用电池更换至一搬运车。电池更换***包含一充电台及一搬运装置。充电台包含一充电基座及多个旋转载台。这些旋转载台可转动地设置于充电基座,并用以承载备用电池与对备用电池进行充电。搬运装置包含一支架及一夹持件。支架位于充电台旁。夹持件可活动地设置于支架,并用以将搬运车上的一车用电池搬运至其中一空的旋转载台与将旋转载台上的备用电池搬运至搬运车。
本发明的另一实施例所提供的搬运车,用以通过一电池更换***更换一备用电池。搬运车包含一车体及一车用电池。车体具有一顶面。车用电池叠设于车体的顶面,并与车体电性连接。车用电池用以受电池更换***驱动而更换成备用电池。
根据上述实施例的电池更换***及搬运车,通过将车用电池置于车体的顶面,并设计用来更换车用电池的电池更换***,以通过夹持件来将电量即将耗尽的车用电池移至充电台进行充电与将充饱电的备用电池更换至搬运车的车体。如此一来,更换电池后的搬运车可即刻恢复至工作状态,进而避免无人搬运车因充电作业而导致的工作停摆的状况。

请参阅图1至图3。图1为本实施例提供的电池更换***与搬运车的立体示意图。图2为图1的局部分解示意图。图3为图2的车用电池的平面示意图。
本实施例的电池更换***10用以将一备用电池30更换至一搬运车20。电池更换***10包含一充电台100及一搬运装置200。充电台100包含一充电基座110及多个旋转载台120。这些旋转载台120可沿方向a转动地设置于充电基座110,并用以承载备用电池30与对备用电池30进行充电。
搬运装置200包含一支架210、一平移机构220、一升降机构230及一夹持件240。支架210位于充电台100旁。平移机构220设置于支架210。升降机构230设置于平移机构220。夹持件240设置于升降机构230,并用以夹持车用电池24或备用电池30。具体来说,夹持件240可相对支架210活动,并用以将搬运车20上的车用电池24搬运至其中一空的旋转载台120与将旋转载台120上的备用电池30搬运至搬运车20。
在本实施例中,电池更换***10还可以包含多个充电电极121。些充电电极121分别设置于这些旋转载台120,并用以对搬运车20进行充电。
搬运车20包含一车体22及一车用电池24。车体22具有一顶面2201及一侧面2205。侧面2205连接于顶面2201的周缘。车用电池24具有一方形底面2401及一方形顶面2405。方形顶面2405背向方形底面2401。车用电池24的方形底面2401叠设于车体22的顶面2201,并与车体22电性连接。当车用电池24的电量即将耗尽时,车用电池24用以受电池更换***10驱动而更换成备用电池30。
在本实施例中,车用电池24还可以具有二正电池电极2402及二负电池电极2403,二正电池电极2402与二负电池电极2403分别位于方形底面2401的各角隅部。车体22具有一正车体电极2202及一负车体电极2203。正车体电极2202与负车体电极2203位于顶面2201。正车体电极2202与二正电池电极2402的一电性连接。负车体电极2203与二负电池电极2403的一电性连接。需注意的是,通过车用电池24有二正电池电极2402及二负电池电极2403的设计,无论车用电池24处于哪一摆设位置,车用电池24皆有其中一正电池电极2402与其中一负电池电极2403来和车体22的正车体电极2202及负车体电极2203电性连接。如此一来,即可通过二正电池电极2402及二负电池电极2403的防呆设计,来避免使用者因误操作而造成车用电池24未正确地连接于搬运车20的车体22。
在本实施例中,二正车体电极2202分别位于方形底面2401的对角,二负车体电极2203分别位于方形底面2401的另一对角。
在本实施例中,车用电池24还可以具有二电池定位结构2404,二电池定位结构2404位于方形底面2401,且二电池定位结构2404的联机L2与方形底面2401的长边L1平行,车体22具有二车体定位结构2204,二车体定位结构2204位于顶面2201,二车体定位结构2204与二电池定位结构2404为相匹配的凹凸结构,且二车体定位结构2204分别与二电池定位结构2404相接。
在本实施例中,车用电池24还可以具有二卡扣结构2406。二卡扣结构2406凸出于方形顶面2405,并用以受电池更换***10的夹持件240夹持,以令车用电池24被搬运。
在本实施例中,车体22还可以具有一接电电极2206,接电电极2206位于侧面2205。接电电极2206用以与充电台100的一充电电极121电性连接。

如图4所示,当搬运车20的车用电池24的电量即将耗尽时,搬运车20被设定成自行移至电池更换***10所在处。如此一来,电池更换***10可先通过夹持件240夹持电量即将耗尽的车用电池24。接着,再令夹持件240沿方向b移动,并将电量即将耗尽的车用电池24放至空的充电台100,以令充电台100对电量即将耗尽的车用电池24进行充电。
此外,当电池更换***10在更换电池时,搬运车20的接电电极2206与充电台100的充电电极121电性连接,以令搬运车20维持于待机状态。
接着,如图5所示,令充电台100沿方向c旋转,以将充饱电的备用电池30移至靠近搬运车20的位置。
接着,如图6所示,电池更换***10可先通过夹持件240夹持充饱电的备用电池30。接着,再令夹持件240沿方向d移动,并将充饱电的备用电池30放至搬运车20的车体22,以令搬运车20恢复至工作状态。如此一来,更换电池后的搬运车20可即刻进行搬运工作。
上述实施例的车用电池24通过二正电池电极2402及二负电池电极2403的设计来达到防呆效果,但并不以此为限。请参阅图7与图8。图7为本实施例提供的电池更换***与搬运车的分解示意图。图8为图7的车用电池的平面示意图。
在本实施例中,车用电池24仅具有一正电池电极2402及一负电池电极2403,但车用电池24还具有一电池防呆结构2407,电池防呆结构2407位于方形底面2401,并位于二电池定位结构2404的联机L2的其中一侧。车体22另具有一车体防呆结构2207。车体防呆结构2207位于顶面2201,且车体防呆结构2207分别与电池防呆结构2407相接。如此一来,即可通过电池防呆结构2407与车体防呆结构2207的防呆设计,来避免使用者因误操作而造成车用电池24未正确地连接于搬运车20的车体22。
根据上述实施例的电池更换***10及搬运车20,通过将车用电池24置于车体22的顶面2201,并设计用来更换车用电池24的电池更换***10,以通过夹持件240来将电量即将耗尽的车用电池24移至充电台100进行充电与将充饱电的备用电池30更换至搬运车20的车体22。如此一来,更换电池后的搬运车20可即刻恢复至工作状态,进而避免无人搬运车20因充电作业而导致的工作停摆的状况。

Claims (10)

1.一种电池更换***,用以将一备用电池更换至一搬运车,其特征在于,所述电池更换***包含:
一充电台,包含一充电基座及多个旋转载台,所述多个旋转载台可转动地设置于所述充电基座,并用以承载所述备用电池与对所述备用电池进行充电;以及
一搬运装置,包含一支架及一夹持件,所述支架位于所述充电台旁,所述夹持件可活动地设置于所述支架,并用以将所述搬运车上的一车用电池搬运至其中一空的所述旋转载台与将所述旋转载台上的所述备用电池搬运至所述搬运车。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池更换***,其特征在于,还包含多个充电电极,所述些充电电极分别设置于所述多个旋转载台,并用以对所述搬运车进行充电。
3.如权利要求1所述的电池更换***,其特征在于,所述搬运装置还包含一平移机构及一升降机构,所述平移机构设置于所述支架,所述升降机构设置于所述平移机构,所述夹持件设置于所述升降机构。
4.一种搬运车,用以通过一电池更换***更换一备用电池,其特征在于,所述搬运车包含:
一车体,具有一顶面;以及
一车用电池,叠设于所述车体的所述顶面,并与所述车体电性连接,车用电池用以受所述电池更换***驱动而更换成所述备用电池。
5.如权利要求4所述的搬运车,其特征在于,所述车体具有一接电电极,所述接电电极用以与所述充电台的一充电电极电性连接。
6.如权利要求4所述的搬运车,其特征在于,所述车用电池具有一方形底面、二正电池电极及二负电池电极,所述二正电池电极与所述二负电池电极分别位于所述方形底面的各角隅部,所述车体具有一正车体电极及一负车体电极,所述正车体电极与所述负车体电极位于所述顶面,所述正车体电极与所述二正电池电极的一电性连接,所述负车体电极与所述二负电池电极的一电性连接。
7.如权利要求6所述的搬运车,其特征在于,所述二正电池电极分别位于所述方形底面的对角,所述二负电池电极分别位于所述方形底面的另一对角。
8.如权利要求6所述的搬运车,其特征在于,所述车用电池还具有二电池定位结构,所述二电池定位结构位于所述方形底面,且所述二电池定位结构的联机与所述方形底面的长边平行,所述车体具有二车体定位结构,所述二车体定位结构位于所述顶面,所述二车体定位结构与所述二电池定位结构为相匹配的凹凸结构,且所述二车体定位结构分别与所述二电池定位结构相接。
9.如权利要求6所述的搬运车,其特征在于,所述车用电池还具有一电池防呆结构,所述电池防呆结构位于所述方形底面,并位于所述二电池定位结构的联机的其中一侧,所述车体具有一车体防呆结构,所述车体防呆结构位于所述顶面,且所述车体防呆结构分别与所述电池防呆结构相接。
10.如权利要求6所述的搬运车,其特征在于,所述车用电池还具有一方形顶面及二卡扣结构,所述方形顶面背对于所述方形底面,所述二卡扣结构凸出于所述方形顶面。
