Abstract
The invention provides an automatic film sticking device and an automatic film sticking method thereof, wherein the device comprises: the film copying and picking mechanism is used for picking up a product copying protective film and adjusting the angle of the product copying protective film so that the product copying protective film is preliminarily adhered to the special-shaped surface film pasting area of the product in a matching manner; and the profiling pressing mechanism is used for maintaining pressure of the special-shaped surface film pasting area pasted with the product profiling protective film, so that the product profiling protective film is completely pasted on the special-shaped surface film pasting area in a matching manner, and automatic film pasting of the product is completed. The invention can solve the problems that the prior injection molding part with high appearance requirement can not automatically stick a film and how to improve the product yield and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of injection molding, in particular to an automatic film pasting and sprue removing device and an automatic film pasting method for an injection molding piece.
Background
In the injection molding industry, some plastic parts directly face customers after injection molding, the quality of appearance is required to be higher, a protective film needs to be attached to a high-gloss surface after the plastic parts are just subjected to injection molding, and a runner opening of the injection molding part needs to be cut off so as to ensure the surface quality and the assembly precision of the injection molding part in the circulation process.
At present, the processes of sticking a protective film to an injection molding part and removing a sprue are completed by manual assistance, 4 manpower is needed to be configured for 1 injection molding machine to complete film sticking and sprue removing work in order to match the molding efficiency of the injection molding machine, and the product yield is low due to poor consistency of manual operation.
Therefore, how to achieve automatic protection film pasting, yield improvement and productivity saving in the production process of high-quality injection molding parts with appearance surfaces is always a problem to be overcome in the field. To solve the above problem, the present invention is needed to provide an automatic film coating device for injection molding.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide an automatic film pasting device and an automatic film pasting method thereof, so as to solve the problems that the injection molding parts with high appearance requirements cannot be automatically pasted with films, and how to improve the product yield.
The invention provides an automatic film sticking device, which comprises: a film profiling pick-up mechanism and a profiling pressing mechanism, wherein,
the film profiling picking mechanism is used for picking up the product profiling protective film and adjusting the angle of the product profiling protective film so that the product profiling protective film is preliminarily matched and stuck on the special-shaped surface film sticking area of the product;
and the profiling pressing mechanism is used for maintaining pressure of the special-shaped surface film pasting area pasted with the product profiling protective film, so that the product profiling protective film is completely pasted on the special-shaped surface film pasting area in a matching manner, and automatic film pasting of the product is completed.
In addition, it is preferable that the film copying and picking mechanism includes a copying and laminating head and a film suction nozzle embedded in the copying and laminating head, wherein the film suction nozzle is configured to suck the product copying protection film.

According to the automatic film sticking device and the automatic film sticking method thereof, provided by the invention, the film copying pick-up mechanism is used for enabling the product copying protective film to be preliminarily adhered to the film sticking area of the special-shaped surface of the product in a matching way, and then the copying press-fit mechanism is used for maintaining the pressure of the film sticking area of the special-shaped surface of the product, so that the film can be accurately stuck on the special-shaped space curved surface of the product, the problem that the injection molding part with high appearance requirement cannot be automatically stuck is solved, the production labor can be saved, the production efficiency is improved, and the product yield is increased.

Aiming at solving the problems that the injection molding part with high appearance requirement cannot be automatically pasted with a film, the yield of the product is improved and the like, the invention provides an automatic film pasting device and an automatic film pasting method thereof, so that the problems are solved.
Specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In order to illustrate the structure of the automatic film laminating device provided by the present invention, fig. 1 to 5 exemplarily show the structure of the automatic film laminating device from different angles, respectively. As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the automatic film pasting device provided by the present invention comprises: the film copying and laminating mechanism comprises a film copying and picking mechanism 1 and a copying and laminating mechanism 2, wherein the film copying and picking mechanism 1 is used for picking up a product copying protective film and adjusting the angle of the product copying protective film so that the product copying protective film is preliminarily adhered to the special-shaped surface film pasting area of the product in a matching manner; and the profiling pressing mechanism 2 is used for maintaining the pressure of the special-shaped surface film pasting area of the product on which the product profiling protective film is pasted, so that the product profiling protective film is completely pasted on the special-shaped surface film pasting area of the product in a matching way, and the automatic film pasting of the product is completed.

The film profiling picking mechanism 1 further comprises a driving cylinder 13 and a rotating block 14 arranged on the driving cylinder 13, wherein the rotating block 14 is connected with the profiling pressing head 11; and a rotating shaft 18 is arranged on the rotating block 14, and the driving cylinder 13 drives the rotating block 14 to drive the film suction nozzle 12 in the profiling pressing head 11 to rotate around the rotating shaft 14 so as to adjust the angle of the product profiling protective film, so that the product profiling protective film is completely matched with the film pasting area of the special-shaped surface of the product.
The film copying picking mechanism 1 further comprises a sliding plate 15 fixed with the driving cylinder 13, a sliding groove 16 connected with the sliding plate 15 in a sliding mode, and an up-and-down driving mechanism 17 fixed with the sliding groove 16, wherein the driving cylinder 13 drives the rotating block 14, the copying pressing head 11 and the film suction nozzle 12 to slide in the sliding groove 16 under the action of the sliding plate 15, and the driving cylinder 13 is mounted on the sliding plate 15 to form a sliding pair with the sliding groove 16 so as to achieve the purposes of picking buffering and attaching pressure maintaining.
