步骤三、制粒
将步骤二筛选后的干粉混合物加入制粒机,并喷洒浓度为60%的酒***体搅拌1~3min(优选2min),酒***体的加入量为辣木叶粉、盐藻粉、异麦芽酮糖醇、玉米淀粉和硬脂酸镁总重量的16%;放入烘干盘置于烘干机上,在75~80℃(优选78℃)条件下烘干60~90min(优选75min),过20目筛,形成粒径一致的颗粒;
步骤四、压片
将步骤三得到的颗粒加入压片机,并按照配比加入玉米淀粉与硬脂酸镁,模压成片,压片条件为:常温条件下进行,湿度≤45%,形成辣木叶片剂。
辣木叶片富含多种矿物质、维生素、20种氨基酸、46种抗氧素和36种自然防炎体和矿物质,每100克的辣木中含有的维生素C是柑橘的7倍、铁是菠菜的3倍、维生素A是胡萝卜的4倍、钙质是牛奶的4倍、钾是香蕉的3倍、蛋白质是酸奶的2倍,根据计算只要三汤匙(约25克)的辣木叶干粉就含有幼儿每日所需270%的维生素A、42%的蛋白质、125%的钙、70%的铁及22%的维生素C,作为蔬菜和食品有增进营养、食疗保健的功能,也广泛应用于医药、保健等方面,被誉为生命之树、植物中的钻石。
辣木叶的功效与作用如下:
1、辣木叶有降血糖、降脂、降压、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、通便、利尿、驱虫、改善睡眠等功效,长期食用可增强人体免疫功能、延缓衰老、预防疾病。
2、辣木叶可增强免疫力、排毒、塑身、抗老化、抗癌、并对多种慢性及重大疾病都有极大的改善功效。

实施例1辣木叶片剂的制备
(1)混合:按照配比取辣木叶粉、盐藻粉和异麦芽酮糖醇于常温下通过二维混合机混合50min,形成干粉混合物;
(2)筛选:将步骤(1)制得的干粉混合物过110目筛;
(3)制粒:将步骤(2)筛选后的干粉混合物加入制粒机,并喷洒浓度为60%的酒***体搅拌2min,酒***体的加入量为辣木叶粉、盐藻粉、异麦芽酮糖醇、玉米淀粉和硬脂酸镁总重量的16%;放入烘干盘置于烘干机上,在78℃条件下烘干75min,过20目筛,形成粒径一致的颗粒;
(4)压片:将步骤(3)得到的颗粒加入压片机,并按照配比加入玉米淀粉与硬脂酸镁,模压成片,压片条件为:常温条件下进行,湿度≤45%,形成辣木叶片剂。
实施例2辣木叶片剂的制备
(1)混合:按照配比取辣木叶粉、盐藻粉和异麦芽酮糖醇于常温下通过二维混合机混合45min,形成干粉混合物;
(2)筛选:将步骤(1)制得的干粉混合物过120目筛;
(3)制粒:将步骤(2)筛选后的干粉混合物加入制粒机,并喷洒浓度为60%的酒***体搅拌1min,酒***体的加入量为辣木叶粉、盐藻粉、异麦芽酮糖醇、玉米淀粉和硬脂酸镁总重量的16%;放入烘干盘置于烘干机上,在80℃条件下烘干90min,过20目筛,形成粒径一致的颗粒;
(4)压片:将步骤(3)得到的颗粒加入压片机,并按照配比加入玉米淀粉与硬脂酸镁,模压成片,压片条件为:常温条件下进行,湿度≤45%,形成辣木叶片剂。
实施例3辣木叶片剂的制备
(1)混合:按照配比取辣木叶粉、盐藻粉和异麦芽酮糖醇于常温下通过二维混合机混合50min,形成干粉混合物;
(2)筛选:将步骤(1)制得的干粉混合物过100目筛;

(4)压片:将步骤(3)得到的颗粒加入压片机,并按照配比加入玉米淀粉与硬脂酸镁,模压成片,压片条件为:常温条件下进行,湿度≤45%,形成辣木叶片剂。
实施例4辣木叶片剂的制备
(1)混合:按照配比取辣木叶粉、盐藻粉和异麦芽酮糖醇于常温下通过二维混合机混合46min,形成干粉混合物;
(2)筛选:将步骤(1)制得的干粉混合物过110目筛;
(3)制粒:将步骤(2)筛选后的干粉混合物加入制粒机,并喷洒浓度为60%的酒***体搅拌3min,酒***体的加入量为辣木叶粉、盐藻粉、异麦芽酮糖醇、玉米淀粉和硬脂酸镁总重量的16%;放入烘干盘置于烘干机上,在76℃条件下烘干70min,过20目筛,形成粒径一致的颗粒;
(4)压片:将步骤(3)得到的颗粒加入压片机,并按照配比加入玉米淀粉与硬脂酸镁,模压成片,压片条件为:常温条件下进行,湿度≤45%,形成辣木叶片剂。
实施例5辣木叶片剂的制备
(1)混合:按照配比取辣木叶粉、盐藻粉和异麦芽酮糖醇于常温下通过二维混合机混合47min,形成干粉混合物;
(2)筛选:将步骤(1)制得的干粉混合物过120目筛;
(3)制粒:将步骤(2)筛选后的干粉混合物加入制粒机,并喷洒浓度为60%的酒***体搅拌2min,酒***体的加入量为辣木叶粉、盐藻粉、异麦芽酮糖醇、玉米淀粉和硬脂酸镁总重量的16%;放入烘干盘置于烘干机上,在79℃条件下烘干80min,过20目筛,形成粒径一致的颗粒;
(4)压片:将步骤(3)得到的颗粒加入压片机,并按照配比加入玉米淀粉与硬脂酸镁,模压成片,压片条件为:常温条件下进行,湿度≤45%,形成辣木叶片剂。
实施例6辣木叶片剂的制备
(1)混合:按照配比取辣木叶粉、盐藻粉和异麦芽酮糖醇于常温下通过二维混合机混合50min,形成干粉混合物;
(2)筛选:将步骤(1)制得的干粉混合物过110目筛;
(3)制粒:将步骤(2)筛选后的干粉混合物加入制粒机,并喷洒浓度为60%的酒***体搅拌1.5min,酒***体的加入量为辣木叶粉、盐藻粉、异麦芽酮糖醇、玉米淀粉和硬脂酸镁总重量的16%;放入烘干盘置于烘干机上,在80℃条件下烘干65min,过20目筛,形成粒径一致的颗粒;
(4)压片:将步骤(3)得到的颗粒加入压片机,并按照配比加入玉米淀粉与硬脂酸镁,模压成片,压片条件为:常温条件下进行,湿度≤45%,形成辣木叶片剂。

Claims (8)
1.一种辣木叶片剂,其特征在于,按照重量百分比包括以下组份:
辣木叶粉48%;
盐藻粉2%;
异麦芽酮糖醇44%;
玉米淀粉5%;
硬脂酸镁1%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种辣木叶片剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、混合
按照配比取辣木叶粉、盐藻粉和异麦芽酮糖醇于常温下混合45~50min,形成干粉混合物;
步骤二、筛选
将步骤一制得的干粉混合物过100~120目筛;
步骤三、制粒
将步骤二筛选后的干粉混合物加入制粒机,喷洒酒***体搅拌1~3min,在75~80℃条件下烘干60~90min,过20目筛,形成粒径一致的颗粒;
步骤四、压片
将步骤三得到的颗粒加入压片机,并按照配比加入玉米淀粉与硬脂酸镁,模压成片,形成辣木叶片剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种辣木叶片剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤一中,于常温下混合50min。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种辣木叶片剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤二中,过110目筛。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种辣木叶片剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤三中,将步骤二筛选后的干粉混合物加入制粒机,并喷洒浓度为60%的酒***体搅拌2min,在78℃条件下烘干75min,过20目筛,形成粒径一致的颗粒。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种辣木叶片剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤三中,所述酒***体的浓度为60%。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种辣木叶片剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤三中,所述酒***体的加入量为辣木叶粉、盐藻粉、异麦芽酮糖醇、玉米淀粉和硬脂酸镁总重量的16%。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种辣木叶片剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤四中,压片条件为:温度为常温,湿度≤45%。
