the expansion water collecting device (3) comprises a first supporting arm (16), a second supporting arm (17), a third supporting arm (18), a sliding rod (19), a fixing device (20) and a water-proof soft water collecting tank (21), wherein the first supporting arm (16) is fixedly connected with a plurality of frameworks (1) through a plurality of fixing devices (20), the second supporting arm (17) and the first supporting arm (16) are positioned on the same horizontal plane, the second supporting arm (17) and the first supporting arm (16) are arranged in parallel, two ends of the sliding rod (19) are fixed with the first supporting arm (16) and the second supporting arm (17) respectively, at least two sliding rods (19) are arranged on the third supporting arm (18), through holes matched with the sliding rod (19) are formed in the third supporting arm (18), the third supporting arm (18) is sleeved on the sliding rod (19) in a sliding mode through the through holes, the first supporting arm (16) and the third supporting arm are fixed at two ends of the water collecting tank (21), the soft water collecting tank (21) is communicated with the water collecting tank (4) through a water pipe, and an adjusting device for driving the third supporting arm (18) to slide is arranged on the second supporting arm (17);
