Referring to fig. 4, which is an automatic feeding method provided in this embodiment, the method can be performed by the automatic feeder 100 shown in fig. 1-3, and the method includes the following steps:
step 401: when receiving the electronic tag signal from the electronic information reading/writing device 142, the remaining amount information of the raw material in the trough 150 is acquired.
In this step, taking a livestock feeding scene as an example, the electronic information reading and writing device 142 detects an electronic tag worn on a livestock body, the electronic information reading and writing device 142 has a detection range with a certain area, when the livestock carries the electronic tag to enter the detection range of the electronic information reading and writing device 142, the electronic information reading and writing device 142 generates an electronic tag signal, and the electronic tag signal may include biological information of the individual livestock, such as sex, breed, age, stall, and the like.
When the livestock approaches the automatic feeder 100, that is, when the controller 170 receives the electronic tag signal sent by the electronic information reading and writing device 142, it is obtained whether the raw material still exists in the trough 150, or the raw material allowance information is obtained and it is determined whether the raw material allowance is enough for the livestock to eat.
Step 402: the stirring device 120 is activated to stir the raw material and add the raw material to the trough 150 according to a preset addition value.
In this step, in the process of eating the raw material by the livestock, the raw material may be eaten by repeating the feeding many times, and the raw material in the cartridge 110 may be consumed by repeating the feeding many times, so that the foodstuff and water to be processed, which are newly added to the cartridge 110, are added to the trough 150 after being stirred by the stirring device 120.
Step 403: and judging whether to stop feeding according to the electronic tag signal.
In this step, the detection range of the electronic information reading and writing device 142 can be used to determine whether the livestock is eating before the automatic feeder 100, and when it is detected that the livestock leaves the detection range of the electronic information reading and writing device 142, it can be determined that the livestock is not eating any more, so the controller 170 controls the discharging device 140 to stop feeding.
Step 404: and if the feeding is stopped, calculating the feed intake information according to the raw material allowance information and the feeding information.
In this step, when it is determined that the individual livestock leaves the automatic feeder 100 and does not eat any more, the feed intake information during the previous feeding of the individual livestock is recorded for reference of the next discharge amount of the individual livestock when eating.
Step 405: and matching and recording the feed intake information and the electronic tag signal.
In this step, the calculated feed intake information is matched with the fed livestock individuals, that is, the feed intake information is written into the livestock individual data corresponding to the electronic tag signal and stored, and when the livestock individuals feed next time, the electronic information reading and writing device 142 can directly read the feed intake information of the livestock individuals and control the discharging device 140 to discharge the feed intake information.
Referring to fig. 5, it is an automatic feeding method provided in this embodiment, which can be used in the automatic feeder 100 shown in fig. 1-3, and the method includes the following steps:
step 501: when an external power source is connected, level information and temperature information of the raw material in the cartridge 110 are acquired.
In this step, when the automatic feeder 100 is powered on, a self-check is performed to check whether or not there is any raw material in the cartridge 110 and whether or not the temperature of the raw material satisfies a condition. Therefore, it is necessary to obtain the material level information of the raw material to determine the presence or absence of the raw material or the amount of the stored raw material, and to obtain the temperature information to determine whether the temperature of the raw material satisfies the condition.
Step 502: and judging whether the temperature information is lower than a third preset value or not. If the temperature information is lower than the third preset value, go to step 503, otherwise go to step 504.
In this step, the third preset value is a preset temperature threshold, and the third preset value is set to determine whether the temperature information of the raw material in the barrel 110 meets the preset temperature condition, and the third preset value may be set according to actual needs.
Step 503: and sending a heating signal to the heater 132 to start the heater 132 to heat until the temperature information is not lower than the third preset value, and turning off the heater 132.
In this step, when the temperature information is lower than the third preset value, it indicates that the temperature of the raw material is too low to enable the fed livestock to eat normally, and the raw material in the barrel 110 needs to be heated. After making a judgment according to the temperature information, the controller 170 sends a heating signal to the heater 132, the heater 132 starts heating according to the heating signal, and the controller 170 controls the heater 132 to stop working until the temperature information is not lower than the third preset value.
In one embodiment, the heating state, the material level information and the temperature information of the raw material in the barrel 110 are displayed in real time through the display screen.
In this step, in addition to setting the preset value to detect the temperature in the tub, temperature information may be displayed to the user by setting a display screen, and the user may manually operate the heater 132 to be turned on or off according to the displayed temperature information.
Step 504: and receiving the electronic tag signal. Please refer to the description of step 401 in the above step.
Step 505: and judging whether the duration of receiving the electronic tag signal exceeds a first preset value. If the duration time does not exceed the first preset value, the process returns to step 504, and if the duration time exceeds the first preset value, the process proceeds to step 506.
In this step, the first preset value is a time threshold, and is used to detect whether the time for continuously detecting the electronic tag information satisfies the time threshold. In order to avoid misjudging whether the livestock individuals are mistakenly fed into the detection range of the automatic feeder 100, a preset time is set for judging whether the livestock individuals are waiting for feeding.
Step 506: and acquiring the raw material allowance information.
In this step, when the duration of the electronic tag signal exceeds the first preset value, which indicates that the individual livestock is eating or is about to eat, the automatic feeder 100 enters the feeding process, and first obtains the information of the remaining amount of raw materials in the barrel 110.
Step 507: and judging whether the raw material allowance information is smaller than a second preset value. If the raw material residual amount information is less than the second preset value, the step 506 is returned, and if the raw material residual amount information is not less than the second preset value, the step 508 is entered.
In this step, the second preset value is a weight threshold, and is used to determine whether the material in the trough 150 exceeds the threshold. The material tank 150 may store the material that has not been consumed in the previous feeding, so it needs to be determined whether the remaining amount information of the material in the current material tank 150 is enough to complete the feeding.
Step 508: the stirring device 120 is activated to stir the raw materials.
In this step, if the material contained in the material tank 150 is smaller than the second preset value, it is not enough to complete the food intake, and a new material needs to be added to the material tank 150 from the material cylinder 110, and the stirring device 120 please refer to the description of step 402 in the above embodiment in detail.
Step 509: the raw materials are added to the tank 150 according to a preset charge value. Please refer to the description of step 402 in the above embodiment.
Step 510: and judging whether to stop feeding according to the electronic tag signal. Please refer to the description of step 403 in the above embodiment.
Step 511: and if the feeding is stopped, calculating the feed intake information according to the raw material allowance information and the feeding information. Please refer to the description of step 404 in the above embodiment.
Step 512: and matching and recording the feed intake information and the electronic tag signal. Please refer to the description of step 405 in the above embodiment.

In one embodiment, the controller 170 sends a stirring signal to the stirring device 120. The controller 170 transmits a heating signal to the temperature control device 130 and receives temperature information in the cartridge 110 transmitted from the temperature control device 130.
