Description

Green environment-friendly hand-washing-free disinfection gel and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sanitary articles, in particular to a green environment-friendly hand-washing-free disinfection gel and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Infectious microorganisms can enter hospitals through a variety of different routes, and hospital infection is very likely to be caused due to the complexity of hospital personnel. Hands are warm and moist, and the proper conditions are provided for the growth and the propagation of bacteria. Researches show that hands of medical staff are used as transmission media of various germs and are important factors causing bacterial cross infection. The hospital infection incidence rate can be reduced to a certain extent by increasing the hand washing frequency of patients and medical care personnel, but pathogenic microorganisms cannot be completely removed by only washing hands. And various pathogenic microorganisms on the hand skin can be quickly and effectively killed by using the proper hand disinfectant. Hand disinfection is the simplest and most effective measure for controlling nosocomial infections.
The water-type hand disinfectant liquid drops are easy to splash and drip, and the gel type hand disinfectant liquid drops can effectively prevent the disinfectant from splashing and dripping. The disinfectant is prepared into a gel form, and the medical care personnel can adopt a kneading surgical washing method, so that the operation is convenient and safe. The traditional disinfectant brushing method reduces the comfortable feeling of the skin of medical workers, has great damage to the feeling, appearance and integrity of the skin of hands, easily causes the accumulation and release of the colonizing bacteria in the deep parts of the hands, and increases the probability of surgical infection. The hand washing method by rubbing the disinfection gel avoids the process that the operating personnel washes and soaks hands by using the disinfection solution, thereby not only saving the hand washing time of preoperative surgery, but also not influencing the hand disinfection effect, having smaller damage to hands and increasing the hand washing compliance of the operating personnel.
Chinese patent with application publication number CN102614113A discloses a composite no-clean disinfection gel, which is mainly characterized in that the weight percentage of the raw materials is as follows: 0.05 to 0.5 percent of quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant, 50 to 90 percent of ethanol, 1 to 5 percent of humectant, 0.1 to 0.6 percent of thickening agent and 3.9 to 48.85 percent of deionized water are mixed and stirred to obtain the disinfectant. Although the invention has the advantages of convenient use and easy application, the quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant has no added skin-care components and has large irritation to skin, side reactions such as skin allergy and the like can be caused, and the problems of rough skin, chapping skin and even peeling skin and the like can be easily caused after long-term use.
