through the arrangement of the driving frame, the common feed of the two drill bits is realized, and the problem that the bamboo stick is broken due to the fact that the feed of a single drill bit is too deep is avoided; when the bamboo stick cutting machine works, the bamboo sticks are clamped by the clamping rollers and are driven to rotate, conical heads sleeved at two ends of the bamboo sticks rotate along with the bamboo sticks, the drill bits on two sides feed through the cutter feeding holes of the conical sleeves at the same time, when the two drill bits are close to the middle point of the bamboo stick, one drill bit retracts, the other drill bit drills through the inner hole of the bamboo stick, and then the other drill bit retracts;
through the arrangement of the chip-removing grooves, the drill bit can discharge the bamboo chips in time in the process of drilling the bamboo sticks, and the problem that the bamboo chips are blocked inside the bamboo sticks to cause the bamboo sticks to burst is avoided.

Claims (8)
1. A bamboo stick clamping and drilling device for manufacturing a bamboo suction pipe is characterized by comprising a clamping device and a drilling device which are arranged on a rack, wherein the drilling device is used for drilling the bamboo stick clamped by the clamping device;
the clamping mechanism clamps the bamboo sticks and drives the bamboo sticks to rotate along the axis direction of the bamboo sticks;
drilling mechanism includes drill bit and two taper sleeves, two the taper sleeve rotates to set up in the frame and sets up relatively, two the both ends that the bamboo stick was located to the taper sleeve cover respectively and rotate along with the bamboo stick is together, two the conical head portion of taper sleeve all is provided with the feed hole of drill bit, two one side of taper sleeve respectively is equipped with a drill bit, the feed hole diameter is less than the bamboo stick diameter.
2. The bamboo stick clamping and drilling equipment for manufacturing the bamboo suction pipe as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a conveying device for feeding the clamping device, the conveying device comprises a storage hopper, a material stirring mechanism arranged on the storage hopper and a material conveying mechanism arranged below the storage hopper, the storage hopper comprises a front plate, an inclined plate and two side plates, the front plate is vertically arranged, the two side plates are respectively arranged at two sides of the front plate and are mutually vertical to the front plate, the inclined plate is arranged between the two side plates and forms a discharge hole together with the front plate, the discharge hole is only used for one bamboo rod to pass through once, the material stirring mechanism is arranged on a front plate of the storage hopper close to the discharge port, the material stirring mechanism stirs bamboo sticks stacked in the storage hopper to prevent the storage hopper from discharging and blocking, and the material conveying mechanism reciprocates between the discharge port and the clamping device.

The bamboo stick clamping and drilling device for manufacturing the bamboo suction pipe as claimed in claim 2, wherein the material stirring mechanism comprises a rotating rod and two stirring wheels, the rotating rod is driven by a motor to rotate and is rotatably arranged on the front plate through a rotating sleeve, the two stirring wheels are fixedly arranged on the rotating rod, stirring teeth are uniformly arranged on the circumference of each stirring wheel, and the stirring teeth extend into the storage hopper to stir the bamboo sticks.

The bamboo stick clamping and drilling device for manufacturing the bamboo suction pipe as claimed in claim 3, wherein the material conveying mechanism comprises a material conveying plate pushed by a cylinder, a bottom plate is connected below the material storage hopper, the material conveying plate is slidably arranged on the top surface of the bottom plate, a material conveying groove is formed in one end of the material conveying plate away from the cylinder, the material conveying groove is the same as the material outlet of the material storage hopper, two material stirring claws are symmetrically arranged at one end of the material conveying plate away from the cylinder, the material stirring claws are rotatably arranged on the material conveying plate, an elastic component and a limiting component are connected to the material stirring claws, and the material stirring claws can rotate only in one direction and can reset under the action of the limiting component and the elastic component.

The bamboo stick clamping and drilling equipment for manufacturing the bamboo suction pipe as claimed in claim 1, wherein the clamping device comprises a pressing clamping roller and two driving clamping rollers, the two driving clamping rollers are arranged on the frame side by side and driven by a motor, the pressing clamping roller is arranged above the two driving clamping rollers and driven by an air cylinder to move up and down, the bamboo stick is placed in a gap between the two driving clamping rollers, and the pressing clamping roller and the two driving clamping rollers press and straighten the bamboo stick downwards together.

The bamboo stick clamping and drilling device for manufacturing the bamboo suction pipe as claimed in claim 1, wherein the two taper sleeves are rotatably arranged on respective fixing plates respectively, the two fixing plates are slidably arranged on a sliding rod respectively through sliding sleeves, the sliding rod is fixedly arranged on a rack, a cylinder is arranged between the two fixing plates, and the cylinder controls the taper sleeves to clamp two ends of the bamboo stick through the two fixing plates.

The bamboo stick clamping and drilling device for manufacturing the bamboo suction pipe as claimed in claim 6, wherein guide rods are respectively arranged on two sides of the machine frame, a driving frame is slidably arranged on the guide rods, the drill bit is arranged on the driving frame and driven by a motor, and the driving frame is controlled by a cylinder to reciprocate on the guide rods.
8. The bamboo stick clamping and drilling device for manufacturing the bamboo suction pipe as claimed in claim 1, wherein the drill is provided with a chip removing groove.
