背景技术
随着能源危机的不断加剧和生态环境的日益恶化,节能与环保已成为当前国际社会重点关注的两大主题。各国政府纷纷出台相关政策,鼓励和推动新能源汽车的研发。这其中,燃料电池汽车和纯电动汽车由于技术原因,短期内难以普及。因此作为过渡产品的混合动力汽车越来越受到重视。作为目前最有效的节能汽车方案,混合动力汽车的动力总成***具有较好的燃油经济性,所以更受到各大厂家的青睐。
授权公告号为CN208198094U的中国专利公开了一种用于混合动力车辆的动力传动***,该结构基于CVT变速器进行混动传输,驱动电机避开CVT而通过独立的传动路径进行驱动,可满足汽车的纯电动需求。
上述混动结构仍存在不足之处:汽车进入高速行驶状态时,普通电机的转速难以满足驱动要求,仅能依靠发动机参与传递扭矩。本领域的一般技术人员为解决上述问题容易考虑:1、装配使用高转速的特殊电机;2、设置额外的电机和独立的增速传动路径并与发动机联合输出,在不同工况下切换电机工作;3、增大第一传动轮与第二传动轮的直径比例,实现电机传动路径的增速效果。
发明内容
本发明针对现有的技术存在的上述问题,提供一种汽车CVT的混动传动结构,本发明所要解决的技术问题是:如何扩大混动传动结构中电机参与汽车驱动的适用范围。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:
一种汽车CVT的混动传动结构,包括壳体和用于传递发动机动力的传动轴,所述壳体内设有电机、内齿圈、输出齿轮、主动带轮和从动带轮,所述传动轴与所述主动带轮同轴布置,所述电机的转子上同轴固连有太阳齿轮,所述太阳齿轮与所述内齿圈同轴布置,所述输出齿轮与主动带轮同轴布置,该输出齿轮上固连有行星架,所述行星架上转动连接有行星齿轮,所述行星齿轮同时与所述内齿圈和所述太阳齿轮啮合,所述内齿圈与所述壳体之间设有能将该内齿圈与壳体接合固连的制动器,其特征在于,所述行星架、内齿圈和太阳齿轮中任意两个之间设有用于接合固连的离合器一,混动传动结构还包括能将所述主动带轮、传动轴及太阳齿轮均接合固连的离合器二,所述从动带轮上同轴固连有减速齿轮,所述壳体上还转动连接有惰轮,所述输出齿轮和所述减速齿轮同时与所述惰轮啮合。
壳体将可电机及整个CVT及传动机构保护在内,传动轴能与发动机联接来传输发动机的动力,主动带轮为CVT的输入轮,从动带轮为CVT的输出轮,主动带轮和从动带轮之间会通过钢带实现传动,当汽车起步时,使内齿圈和壳体接合固连,电机的转子转动带动太阳齿轮转动,太阳齿轮带动行星齿轮沿内齿圈的内缘转动,这样带动整个行星架及输出齿轮做减速增扭的同向转动,输出齿轮避开主动带轮和从动带轮而通过独立的传动机构驱动车辆行驶,这样实现电机驱动汽车起步,有效避免通过CVT起步时扭矩过大导致钢带断裂的现象。在行星架、内齿圈和太阳齿轮任意两个之间设置离合器一,这样在汽车起步后可分离使内齿圈和壳体分离并使离合器一接合,此时电机输出的转速提高实现电机二档驱动,可满足中低速的行驶需求;通过设置能将主动带轮、传动轴及太阳齿轮均接合固连的离合器二,并在从动带轮上设置同轴固连的减速齿轮,使输出齿轮和减速齿轮同时与两者之间布置的惰轮啮合,这样汽车起步后受惰轮和减速齿轮的传动作用主动带轮已有一定的初速度,可启动发动机并分离离合器一且控制离合器二接合,离合器二接合时主动带轮、传动轴及太阳齿轮均具有一定速度且转向一致,可减小接合顿挫感,发动机和电机的转速相同便于顺畅切换至共同工作状态,此时即使为高速行驶状态下,由于动力扭矩通过CVT输出为增速过程,因而仅需电机的转速范围与发动机的转速范围相当即可满足要求,从而使低转速的电机可同时满足汽车起步乃至轻混高速行驶的需求。

如图1所示,本汽车CVT的混动传动结构包括壳体1和用于传递发动机动力的传动轴2,壳体1内设有电机3、内齿圈4、输出齿轮5、主动带轮6和从动带轮7,传动轴2与主动带轮6同轴布置,电机3的转子上同轴固连有太阳齿轮8,太阳齿轮8与内齿圈4同轴布置,输出齿轮5与主动带轮6同轴布置,输出齿轮5上固连有行星架9,行星架9上转动连接有行星齿轮10,行星齿轮10同时与内齿圈4和太阳齿轮8啮合,内齿圈4与壳体1之间设有能将内齿圈4与壳体1接合固连的制动器11,行星架9、内齿圈4和太阳齿轮8中任意两个之间设有用于接合固连的离合器一12,混动传动结构还包括能将主动带轮6、传动轴2及太阳齿轮8均接合固连的离合器二13,从动带轮7上同轴固连有减速齿轮14,壳体1上还转动连接有惰轮15,输出齿轮5和减速齿轮14同时与惰轮15啮合。壳体1将可电机3及整个CVT及传动机构保护在内,传动轴2能与发动机联接来传输发动机的动力,主动带轮6为CVT的输入轮,从动带轮7为CVT的输出轮,主动带轮6和从动带轮7之间会通过钢带实现传动,当汽车起步时,制动器11工作将内齿圈4和壳体1接合固连,电机3的转子转动带动太阳齿轮8转动,太阳齿轮8带动行星齿轮10沿内齿圈4的内缘转动,这样带动整个行星架9及输出齿轮5做减速增扭的同向转动,输出齿轮5避开主动带轮6和从动带轮7而通过独立的传动机构驱动车辆行驶,这样实现电机3驱动汽车起步,有效避免通过CVT起步时扭矩过大导致钢带断裂的现象;在行星架9、内齿圈4和太阳齿轮8任意两个之间设置离合器一12,这样在汽车起步后可分离制动器11并使离合器一12接合,此时电机3输出的转速提高实现电机3二档驱动,可满足中低速的行驶需求。通过设置能将主动带轮6、传动轴2及太阳齿轮8均接合固连的离合器二13,并在从动带轮7上设置同轴固连的减速齿轮14,使输出齿轮5和减速齿轮14同时与两者之间布置的惰轮15啮合,这样汽车起步后受惰轮15和减速齿轮14的传动作用主动带轮6已有一定的初速度,可启动发动机并分离离合器一12且控制离合器二13接合,离合器二13接合时主动带轮6、传动轴2及太阳齿轮8均具有一定速度且转向一致,可减小接合顿挫感,发动机和电机3的转速相同便于顺畅切换至共同工作状态,此时即使为高速行驶状态下,由于动力扭矩通过CVT输出为增速过程,因而仅需电机3的转速范围与发动机的转速范围相当即可满足要求,从而使低转速的电机3可同时满足汽车起步乃至轻混高速行驶的需求。进一步来讲,太阳齿轮8上具有支架部81,离合器一12设于内齿圈4与支架部81之间。通过在太阳齿轮8上设置支架部81,将离合器一12设置在支架部81和内齿圈4之间,这样当离合器一12接合时可将太阳齿轮8、行星架9及内齿圈4锁定为一体,从而实现电机3的二档驱动模式,满足低速行驶要求。作为优选,输出齿轮5的直径小于减速齿轮14的直径。通过设置输出齿轮5的直径小于减速齿轮14的直径,这样在起步阶段输出齿轮5传动至减速齿轮14也为减速增扭的过程,这样即使所选用的电机3扭矩规格较小也能够满足汽车的起步要求,进一步降低对电机3的要求。主动带轮6的端面中心具有沿轴向延伸的输入轴61,输入轴61贯穿输出齿轮5并与离合器二13连接。通过在主动带轮6的端面中心固设输入轴61,使输入轴61穿过输出齿轮5并与离合器二13连接,这样可避免布局干涉,便于离合器二13的位置排布,保证结构紧凑性。行星齿轮10有若干个且绕太阳齿轮8的外周均匀布置。通过设置若干个行星齿轮10布置在太阳齿轮8的外周,这样可有效避免传动偏载,提高动力传输的稳定性。
实施例二:
如图2所示,本实施例与实施例一基本相同,不同之处在于:太阳齿轮8上具有支架部81,离合器一12设于支架部81与行星架9之间。通过在太阳齿轮8上设置支架部81,将离合器一12设置在支架部81和行星架9之间,这样当离合器一12接合时可将太阳齿轮8、行星架9及内齿圈4锁定为一体,从而实现电机3的二档驱动模式,满足低速行驶要求。
实施例三:
如图3所示,本实施例与实施例一基本相同,不同之处在于:离合器一12设于内齿圈4与行星架9之间。通过将离合器一12设置在行星架9和内齿圈4之间,这样当离合器一12接合时可将太阳齿轮8、行星架9及内齿圈4锁定为一体,从而实现电机3的二档驱动模式,满足低速行驶要求。

Claims (7)

1.一种汽车CVT的混动传动结构,包括壳体(1)和用于传递发动机动力的传动轴(2),所述壳体(1)内设有电机(3)、内齿圈(4)、输出齿轮(5)、主动带轮(6)和从动带轮(7),所述传动轴(2)与所述输出齿轮(5)及主动带轮(6)同轴布置,所述电机(3)的转子上同轴固连有太阳齿轮(8),该输出齿轮(5)上固连有行星架(9),所述行星架(9)上转动连接有同时与所述内齿圈(4)和所述太阳齿轮(8)啮合的行星齿轮(10),其特征在于,所述行星架(9)、内齿圈(4)和太阳齿轮(8)中任意两个之间设有用于接合固连的离合器一(12),混动传动结构还包括能将所述主动带轮(6)、传动轴(2)及太阳齿轮(8)均接合固连的离合器二(13),所述从动带轮(7)上同轴固连有减速齿轮(14),所述壳体(1)上还转动连接有惰轮(15),所述输出齿轮(5)和所述减速齿轮(14)同时与所述惰轮(15)啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车CVT的混动传动结构,其特征在于,所述太阳齿轮(8)上具有支架部(81),所述离合器一(12)设于所述内齿圈(4)与所述支架部(81)之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车CVT的混动传动结构,其特征在于,所述太阳齿轮(8)上具有支架部(81),所述离合器一(12)设于所述支架部(81)与所述行星架(9)之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车CVT的混动传动结构,其特征在于,所述离合器一(12)设于所述内齿圈(4)与所述行星架(9)之间。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的汽车CVT的混动传动结构,其特征在于,所述主动带轮(6)的端面中心具有沿轴向延伸的输入轴(61),所述输入轴(61)贯穿所述输出齿轮(5)并与所述离合器二(13)连接。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的汽车CVT的混动传动结构,其特征在于,所述行星齿轮(10)有若干个且绕所述太阳齿轮(8)的外周均匀布置。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的汽车CVT的混动传动结构,其特征在于,所述内齿圈(4)与所述壳体(1)之间设有能将该内齿圈(4)与壳体(1)接合固连的制动器(11)。
