背景技术
很多现代汽车都使用混合传动***,在该混合传动***中,内燃发动机、电机或二者的组合为车辆提供推进力。在典型的混合传动***中,来自发动机和电机的转矩供给到多个齿轮,以驱动车辆的车轮。很多典型的混合传动装置仅提供单个运行模式。此单个运行模式造成了整个***的折中。必须在在低速运行期间提供最佳转矩的传动或为在高速下运行提供最佳效率的传动装置之间作出决定。很多典型的混合传动装置不能够同时提供最佳低速转矩和最佳高速效率。典型地,在尝试纠正此问题时,必须使用大型的大功率电机。然而,大型的大功率电机较昂贵且在混合传动装置内占据更多的空间。
可替换地,一些混合传动装置提供多个运行模式,借此可以实现不同的传动齿轮比。然而,典型的现有技术的多模式混合传动装置包括很多齿轮和离合器,并且非常低效。例如,很多现有技术的混合传动装置以必须一直旋转的多个行星齿轮组为特征。这对车辆的燃料经济性有负面影响。此外,很多现有技术的混合传动装置是复杂的且尺寸较大。这增加了制造成本并且使得将混合传动装置装配在车辆内较困难。因此,期望本领域中的改进。
发明内容
在一个形式中,本公开提供混合驱动单元,该混合驱动单元包括联接到混合输入轴的第一行星齿轮组、联接到第一行星齿轮组的第二行星齿轮组以及联接到第一行星齿轮组的第一电机。混合驱动单元还包括联接到第一行星齿轮组的第二电机、构造为选择性地锁定第二行星齿轮组的第一离合器机构以及构造为将第二行星齿轮组的环形齿轮选择性地联接到混合驱动单元壳体的第二离合器机构。

具体实施方式
图1是对根据本文所公开的实施方式的混合驱动单元10的示范性的示意性图示。发动机1联接到扭振减震器2。发动机1可以是任何类型的动力源,包括内燃发动机、涡轮发动机、电机或任何其他期望的动力源。扭振减震器2通过混合输入轴6联接到混合驱动单元10。混合输入轴6将扭振减震器2联接到第一行星齿轮组20的托架24。多个行星齿轮22旋转地安装在托架24上,并且与太阳齿轮21和环形齿轮23连续地啮合。太阳齿轮21通过轴41联接到第一电机11(“EMA”)。环形齿轮23通过轴7联接到第二电机12(“EMB”)。第一电机11和第二电机12可以为电马达、发电机或任何其他类型的期望的动力源。

图2的混合驱动单元210可以在两种不同的模式:模式1和模式2中运行。为使混合驱动单元210在模式1中运行,启动第一离合器机构251,从而将轴242联接到混合组件壳体216。停用第二离合器机构252和第三离合器机构253。由此,轴207以与第一驱动齿轮239不同的每分钟转数自由地旋转,并且轴242以与太阳齿轮231不同的每分钟转数自由地旋转。因为第一离合器机构251启动,所以第二行星齿轮组230被有效地锁定,从而卸载。锁定第二行星齿轮组230及使其卸载减少了混合驱动单元210内的摩擦损失。输出到输出从动齿轮238的扭矩可以由发动机201结合第二电机212提供。第一电机211可以用于在车辆刹车期间或根据其他需要而生成电力。

为使混合驱动单元210在模式2中运行,启动第三离合器机构253,将轴242联接到太阳齿轮231。停用第一离合器机构251和第二离合器机构252。由此,轴242以与混合组件壳体216不同的每分钟转数自由地旋转,并且轴207以与第一驱动齿轮239不同的每分钟转数自由地旋转。输出到输出从动齿轮238的扭矩可以由发动机201结合第二电机212提供。第一电机211可以用于在车辆刹车期间或根据其他需要而生成电力。

13.根据权利要求11所述的混合驱动单元,其中所述第一离合器机构、所述第二离合器机构以及所述第三离合器机构从包括湿式离合器、干式离合器、爪式离合器以及多片式离合器的组中选择。
14.根据权利要求12所述的混合驱动单元,其中所述第一离合器机构和所述第二离合器机构为爪式离合器。

Claims (20)

1.混合驱动单元,包括:
第一行星齿轮组,所述第一行星齿轮组联接到混合输入轴;
第二行星齿轮组,所述第二行星齿轮组联接到所述第一行星齿轮组;
第一电机,所述第一电机联接到所述第一行星齿轮组;
第二电机,所述第二电机联接到所述第一行星齿轮组;
第一离合器机构,所述第一离合器机构构造为选择性地锁定所述第二行星齿轮组;以及
第二离合器机构,所述第二离合器机构构造为将所述第二行星齿轮组的环形齿轮选择性地联接到混合驱动单元壳体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合驱动单元,其中所述第一电机联接到所述第一行星齿轮组的太阳齿轮,并且所述第二电机联接到所述第一行星齿轮组的环形齿轮。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合驱动单元,其中,
所述第一行星齿轮组进一步包括:
太阳齿轮,所述太阳齿轮联接到所述第一电机,
托架,所述托架联接到所述混合输入轴,以及
环形齿轮,所述环形齿轮联接到所述第二电机;
其中所述第二行星齿轮组进一步包括联接到所述第一行星齿轮组的所述环形齿轮的太阳齿轮。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混合驱动单元,进一步包括:
第三离合器机构;以及
输出轴,其中:
所述第二行星齿轮组进一步包括托架,所述托架通过所述第一离合器机构选择性地联接到所述第一行星齿轮组的所述太阳齿轮;
所述第二行星齿轮组的所述托架联接到所述输出轴;并且
所述第一行星齿轮组的所述环形齿轮、所述第二行星齿轮组的所述太阳齿轮以及所述第二电机全部通过所述第三离合器机构选择性地联接到所述输出轴。
5.根据权利要求4所述的混合驱动单元,进一步包括多个齿轮,其中所述第二行星齿轮组的所述托架通过所述多个齿轮联接到所述输出轴。
6.根据权利要求3所述的混合驱动单元,进一步包括:
第三离合器机构;以及
输出从动齿轮,其中:
所述第二行星齿轮组的所述环形齿轮通过所述第三离合器机构选择性地联接到所述第一行星齿轮组的所述太阳齿轮;并且
所述第二行星齿轮组进一步包括联接到所述输出从动齿轮的托架。
7.根据权利要求6所述的混合驱动单元,进一步包括至少一个齿轮和第一多个齿轮,其中所述第二行星齿轮组的所述托架通过所述至少一个齿轮联接到所述输出轴,并且所述第二行星齿轮组的所述太阳齿轮通过所述第一多个齿轮联接到所述第一行星齿轮组的所述环形齿轮。
8.根据权利要求6所述的混合驱动单元,其中所述第二行星齿轮组的所述环形齿轮通过皮带或链条联接到所述第三离合器机构。
9.根据权利要求1所述的混合驱动单元,其中所述第一离合器机构和所述第二离合器机构从包括湿式离合器、干式离合器、爪式离合器和多片式离合器的组中选择。
10.根据权利要求1所述的混合驱动单元,其中所述第一离合器机构和所述第二离合器机构为爪式离合器。
11.混合驱动单元,包括:
混合输入轴;
第一行星齿轮组,所述第一行星齿轮组联接到所述混合输入轴,所述第一行星齿轮组包括:
第一行星齿轮组太阳齿轮,
第一行星齿轮组托架,以及
第一行星齿轮组环形齿轮;
第二行星齿轮组,所述第二行星齿轮组联接到所述第一行星齿轮组,所述第二行星齿轮组包括:
第二行星齿轮组太阳齿轮,
第二行星齿轮组托架,以及
第二行星齿轮组环形齿轮;
第一电机,所述第一电机联接到所述第一行星齿轮组太阳齿轮;
第二电机,所述第二电机联接到所述第一行星齿轮组环形齿轮;
第一离合器机构,所述第一离合器机构构造为选择性地锁定所述第二行星齿轮组;以及
第二离合器机构,所述第二离合器机构构造为将所述第二行星齿轮组环形齿轮选择性地联接到混合驱动单元壳体,其中
所述第一行星齿轮组托架联接到所述混合输入轴并且所述第二行星齿轮组太阳齿轮联接到所述第一行星齿轮组环形齿轮。
12.根据权利要求11所述的混合驱动单元,进一步包括:
第三离合器机构;以及
输出轴,其中:
所述第二行星齿轮组托架通过所述第一离合器机构选择性地联接到所述第一行星齿轮组太阳齿轮;
所述第二行星齿轮组托架联接到所述输出轴;并且
所述第一行星齿轮组环形齿轮、所述第二行星齿轮组太阳齿轮以及所述第二电机全部通过所述第三离合器机构选择性地联接到所述输出轴。
13.根据权利要求12所述的混合驱动单元,进一步包括多个齿轮,其中所述第二行星齿轮组托架通过所述多个齿轮联接到所述输出轴。
14.根据权利要求13所述的混合驱动单元,其中所述第一离合器机构、所述第二离合器机构以及所述第三离合器机构从包括湿式离合器、干式离合器、爪式离合器和多片式离合器的组中选择。
15.根据权利要求11所述的混合驱动单元,其中所述第一离合器机构和所述第二离合器机构为爪式离合器。
16.根据权利要求11所述的混合驱动单元,进一步包括:
第三离合器机构;以及
输出从动齿轮,其中:
所述第二行星齿轮组环形齿轮通过所述第三离合器机构选择性地联接到所述第一行星齿轮组太阳齿轮;并且
所述第二行星齿轮组托架联接到所述输出从动齿轮。
17.根据权利要求16所述的混合驱动单元,进一步包括至少一个齿轮和第一多个齿轮,其中所述第二行星齿轮组托架通过所述至少一个齿轮联接到所述输出从动齿轮,并且所述第二行星齿轮组太阳齿轮通过所述第一多个齿轮联接到所述第一行星齿轮组环形齿轮。
18.根据权利要求16所述的混合驱动单元,其中所述第二行星齿轮组的所述环形齿轮通过皮带或链条联接到所述第三离合器机构。
19.根据权利要求17所述的混合驱动单元,其中所述第一离合器机构、所述第二离合器机构以及所述第三离合器机构从包括湿式离合器、干式离合器、爪式离合器以及多片式离合器的组中选择。
20.根据权利要求18所述的混合驱动单元,其中所述第一离合器机构和所述第二离合器机构为爪式离合器。
