背景技术
DE 103 48 608 B4示出了一种用于主轴设备的监控***,其包括用于探测主轴设备的转速的第一传感器和用于探测主轴设备的温度的第二传感器。监控***此外包含分类装置,利用分类装置,基于传感器数据来分类主轴设备的状态。评估装置用于借助模型基于传感器数据以及预先确定的边界值和分类的状态来预测主轴设备的维护需求。

发明内容
本发明的任务是,从已知的SpiCoM***出发,提供用于监控主轴的优化的测量***,该测量***可以用于不同的主轴直径、可耗费少地整合在机床的主轴中并且始终达到足够的测量精度。
根据本发明的测量***用于监控主轴。测量***首先包括柱形的壳体,壳体可以定位在主轴壳体中并且可以与其机械固定连接。在壳体内部布置有承载环,承载环与壳体机械固定连接。测量***此外包含三个用于测量主轴的径向位移的第一传感器和三个用于测量主轴的轴向位移的第二传感器。第一和第二传感器在承载环的周边上分布布置。对于本发明来说重要的是,传感器与承载环一起被浇注。
根据本发明的测量***的重要的优点是,通过将传感器与承载环一起浇注,最佳地保护传感器以防受到环境影响,如湿气、极端的温度差异、机械和化学影响。相应定位在承载环上的传感器通过浇注固定在其位置中,由此可以达到很小的定位公差。传感器因此始终位于最佳的位置中,由此确保足够的、优选1μm的测量精度。为了匹配于不同的主轴直径,可以提供具有不同的直径的壳体和承载环,这些承载环可以与传感器相应组合。
测量***优选包括至少一个用于与传感器进行数据和能量交换的电子模块。至少一个电子模块同样与承载环一起被浇注,并且因此被安全地保护以防受到环境影响。电子模块优选与外部的数据处理单元连接。在使用多个电子模块的实施方案中证实有利的是,电子模块在承载环的周边上分布布置。电子模块优选通过柔性的电路板相互连接。
传感器优选构造为涡流传感器。在该情形下适宜的是,测量***还装备有具有轴向的测量面的第一测量环和具有径向的测量面的第二测量环。两个测量环可以与主轴机械固定连接。此外,测量环的尺寸设计为使其可以布置在承载环内并且使测量面可以被传感器检测。测量环优选相互机械固定连接,从而测量环可以作为结构单元耗费少地紧固在主轴上。备选地,测量环也可以单件式地实施为一个构件。
壳体优选具有用于让联接线缆穿过的留空部。留空部构造为可以使联接线缆径向或轴向穿过。
壳体优选由金属构成。联接线缆优选在壳体内通过导电的密封件与壳体导电连接。导电的密封件例如可以构造为纺织密封件或弹性体密封件。
根据有利的实施方式,各有一个第一传感器和第二传感器布置成对。传感器对在此优选相互错开120°地布置。

具体实施方式
根据本发明的测量***01用于监控机床的主轴。测量***首先包括柱形的壳体02,其优选由金属构成。壳体02适用于布置在主轴壳体内。壳体可以与主轴壳体机械固定连接。留空部03引入壳体02中。联接线缆04可以径向或轴向引导穿过留空部03。
在组装后,在壳体02内存在承载环05,承载环优选由塑料构成。承载环05与壳体02机械固定连接。在承载环05的周边上分布布置有三个第一传感器07和三个第二传感器08。在承载环05与传感器07、 08之间存在机械固定连接。第一传感器07用于测量主轴的径向的位移,而第二传感器08构造用于测量主轴的轴向的位移。传感器07、08优选构造为涡流传感器和/或振动传感器和/或转速识别传感器。优选地,各有一个第一传感器07和第二传感器08结合成对。传感器对相互错开大约120°地布置。
为了传感器07、08的数据和能量交换,测量***01装备有电子模块09。电子模块09借助柔性的电路板10相互连接。它们优选与外部的数据处理单元(未示出)连接。
传感器07、08和电子模块09通过浇注件12与承载环05持久且相互对准地连接。
联接线缆04通过导电的密封件13与壳体02导电连接。导电的密封件13优选实施为纺织密封件或弹性体密封件。
测量***01此外包括具有轴向的测量面的第一测量环14和具有径向的测量面的第二测量环15。测量环14、15可以与主轴固定连接。测量环的尺寸设计为使其可以布置在承载环内并且使其测量面被传感器07、08检测,即定位在传感器的检测范围内。第一和第二测量环14、 15优选机械固定地相互连接,或者也构造为一个共同的构件。
在测量***01安置在主轴上之后,主轴与主轴壳体之间的沿所有三个空间方向的相对位移和倾斜可以非接触式地被检测。

Claims (9)

1.用于监控主轴的测量***(01),所述测量***包括:
柱形的壳体(02),所述壳体能布置在主轴壳体中并且能与所述主轴壳体机械固定连接,
布置在所述壳体(02)内部的并且与所述壳体(02)机械固定连接的承载环(05),
三个用于测量所述主轴的径向位移的第一传感器(07)和三个用于测量所述主轴的轴向位移的第二传感器(08),其中,第一和第二传感器(07、08)在所述承载环(05)的周边上分布布置,并且与所述承载环(05)机械固定连接,
其特征在于,所述传感器(07、08)与所述承载环(05)一起被浇注,所述测量***还具备带有轴向的测量面的第一测量环(14)和带有径向的测量面的第二测量环(15),其中,所述测量环(14、15)能与所述主轴机械固定连接,并且其中,所述测量环(14、15)的尺寸设计为使所述测量环能布置在所述承载环(05)内并且使所述测量面能被所述传感器(07、08)检测。
2.根据权利要求1所述的测量***(01),其特征在于,所述测量***还具有至少一个用于与所述传感器(07、08)进行数据和能量交换的电子模块(09),其中,所述电子模块(09)与所述承载环(05)一起被浇注。
