The vehicle-type dust-collecting vehicle is vehicle-type equipment suitable for all-around cleaning work of pavements such as factories, highways, parks, squares and the like, does not meet the requirement of a simple dust-collecting vehicle along with development and progress of the society, and can provide more requirements from the aspects of multiple functions, environmental protection, economy and the like.
At present, current municipal road surface rubbish cleans treatment facility when carrying out rubbish and cleans, has following defect usually: 1. the existing municipal road surface garbage cleaning treatment equipment is generally adopted to clean garbage into a garbage container, so that the garbage container is in an open state, odor is generated, and the garbage is easy to spill for the second time; 2. present municipal road surface rubbish cleans treatment facility adopts single rotatory mode of cleaning usually, can not clean totally to subaerial tiny dust and rubbish, leads to cleaning the back ground that finishes and still has dust and rubbish, reduces and cleans the quality.

Technical problem to be solved
The invention can solve the problems that the existing municipal road surface garbage cleaning and processing equipment usually adopts a single rotary cleaning mode to clean the tiny dust and garbage on the ground, so that the dust and garbage still exist on the ground after the cleaning is finished, the cleaning quality is reduced and the like, and the garbage container is in an open state to generate odor and the garbage is easy to spill for the second time.

The supporting device comprises a bottom plate, tires, a cockpit, a reciprocating through groove, a vertical plate, a sliding rod, an electric sliding block, a fixing frame and a working groove, wherein the tires are uniformly arranged on the lower end face of the bottom plate, the cockpit is arranged on the left side of the upper end face of the bottom plate, the reciprocating through groove is formed in the right side of the bottom plate, the vertical plate is symmetrically arranged on the reciprocating through groove in the upper end face of the bottom plate, the through groove is formed in the inner end face of the vertical plate, the sliding rod is arranged in the through groove, the electric sliding block is arranged on the sliding rod in a sliding fit mode, the fixing frame is arranged between the electric sliding blocks, and the working groove is formed in the right side of the lower end face of the fixing frame; the fixing frame is driven to reciprocate along the sliding rod through the electric sliding block, so that the purpose that the fixing frame is close to the ground and far away from the ground is achieved.
The cleaning device comprises a dust removing mechanism, a cleaning limiting rod, a cleaning electric sliding block, a cleaning plate, a cleaning sliding block, a cleaning spring, a rotating motor and a cleaning head mechanism, wherein the cleaning limiting rod is symmetrically arranged on the front side and the back side of the right side in the fixing frame; the cleaning plate is driven to move downwards along the cleaning limiting rod through the cleaning electric sliding block, the cleaning head mechanism is made to be tightly attached to the ground, the rotating motor drives the cleaning head mechanism to rotate to clean the ground, and meanwhile, the ground after cleaning is subjected to dust removal treatment through water mist sprayed by the dust removal mechanism.
The conveying device comprises a garbage container, a transverse plate, an air cylinder, a lifting plate, a rotating rod, a rotating motor, a connecting plate, a sliding frame and a dustpan mechanism, wherein the garbage container is arranged on the left side of the lower end face in the fixing frame; the air cylinder drives the rotating rod to ascend through the lifting plate, the rotating rod drives the dustpan mechanism to ascend along the sliding frame through the connecting plate, and when the rotating rod ascends to the top end of the sliding frame, the dustpan mechanism is driven to rotate to topple upwards through rotation of the rotating motor.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the dust removal mechanism comprises a water tank, a water pipe, an atomizer and a water mist spray head, the water tank is arranged on the right side in the fixed frame, the atomizer is arranged on the left side of the cleaning plate, the water pipe is arranged between the atomizer and the water tank, and the water mist spray head is uniformly arranged on the lower end face of the atomizer; the atomizer atomizes water in the water tank and sprays the atomized water out through the water mist spray head.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the cleaning head mechanism comprises a central rod, a rotary connecting plate, a torsional spring, a rotary cleaning plate, a cleaning slider, a small-sized rotary motor, a brush head frame, bristles and a clinging spring, wherein the central rod is installed on an output shaft of the rotary motor; through torsional spring, rotation connecting plate and rotatory cleaning plate cooperation, prevent that the rotatory surface of cleaning plate is impaired, the rotating electrical machines drives rotatory cleaning plate and rotates and sweep rubbish into dustpan mechanism, and small-size rotating electrical machines drives the brush head frame rotatory simultaneously, and the brush hair cleans tiny dust and rubbish totally.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the dustpan mechanism comprises a dustpan frame, a conveying limiting rod, a conveying electric sliding block, a conveying push plate, an extension plate and an extension spring, wherein the left side and the upper side of the dustpan frame are of an open structure, the conveying limiting rod is arranged in the front and at the back of the right side surface in the dustpan frame, the conveying electric sliding block is arranged on the conveying limiting rod, the conveying push plate is arranged on the inner side surface of the conveying electric sliding block, the extension plate is arranged on the conveying push plate in a sliding fit manner, and the extension spring is arranged between the extension plate and the conveying push plate; the conveying electric slide block drives the conveying push plate to push the garbage in the dustpan rack into the garbage container.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bristles are inclined in the left-right direction, and the center rod rotating direction is inward.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the right side of the garbage container is provided with an inclined opening.

1. According to the improved municipal road surface garbage cleaning and processing equipment provided by the invention, the air cylinder drives the rotating rod to ascend through the lifting plate, the rotating rod drives the dustpan mechanism to ascend along the sliding frame through the connecting plate, when the rotating rod ascends to the top end of the sliding frame, the dustpan mechanism is driven to rotate and tilt upwards through the rotation of the rotating motor, and the conveying push plate is matched, so that after a certain amount of garbage is collected, the garbage is conveyed into the garbage container, the garbage container can be in a closed state, the odor is avoided, and the garbage is not easy to tilt secondarily;
2. according to the improved municipal road surface garbage cleaning treatment equipment provided by the invention, the rotary motor drives the rotary cleaning plate to rotate so as to clean garbage into the dustpan mechanism, and meanwhile, the small rotary motor drives the brush head frame to rotate.

Detailed Description
The embodiments of the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings, but the invention can be implemented in many different ways as defined and covered by the claims.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, an improved municipal road surface garbage cleaning and treating device comprises a supporting device 1, a cleaning device 2 and a conveying device 3, wherein the cleaning device 2 is installed on the right side of the upper end surface of the supporting device 1, the conveying device 3 is installed on the left side of the upper end surface of the supporting device 1, and the conveying device 3 is located on the left side of the cleaning device 2.
The supporting device 1 comprises a bottom plate 11, tires 12, a cockpit 13, a reciprocating through groove 14, vertical plates 15, sliding rods 16, electric sliders 17, a fixing frame 18 and a working groove 19, wherein the tires 12 are uniformly installed on the lower end face of the bottom plate 11, the cockpit 13 is installed on the left side of the upper end face of the bottom plate 11, the reciprocating through groove 14 is formed in the right side of the bottom plate 11, the vertical plates 15 are symmetrically installed on the reciprocating through groove 14 in the upper end face of the bottom plate 11 in a bilateral mode, the through groove is formed in the inner end face of each vertical plate 15, the sliding rods 16 are installed in the through grooves, the electric sliders 17 are installed on the sliding rods 16 in a sliding fit mode, the fixing frame 18 is installed between the electric sliders 17, and the working groove 19 is formed in the right side of the lower end face of the fixing frame 18; the electric slide block 17 drives the fixed frame 18 to reciprocate along the slide rod 16, so that the fixed frame 18 can be close to the ground and far away from the ground.
The cleaning device 2 comprises a dust removing mechanism 21, a cleaning limiting rod 22, a cleaning electric sliding block 23, a cleaning plate 24, a cleaning sliding block, a cleaning spring, a rotating motor and a cleaning head mechanism 28, wherein the cleaning limiting rod 22 is symmetrically arranged on the front and back of the right side in the fixing frame 18, the cleaning electric sliding block 23 is arranged on the cleaning limiting rod 22 in a sliding fit mode, the cleaning plate 24 is arranged on the outer end face of the cleaning electric sliding block 23, the dust removing mechanism 21 is arranged on the right side of the cleaning plate 24, a circular groove is formed in the left side of the cleaning plate 24, the cleaning sliding block is arranged in the circular groove in a sliding fit mode, the cleaning spring is arranged between the cleaning sliding block and the cleaning plate 24, the rotating motor is arranged in the middle of the cleaning sliding block, and the cleaning head mechanism 28 is arranged on the movable end of the rotating motor; the cleaning electric slide block 23 drives the cleaning plate 24 to move downwards along the cleaning limiting rod 22, so that the cleaning head mechanism 28 is tightly attached to the ground, the rotating motor drives the cleaning head mechanism 28 to rotate to clean the ground, and meanwhile, the cleaned ground is subjected to dust removal treatment through water mist sprayed by the dust removal mechanism 21.
The conveying device 3 comprises a garbage container 31, a transverse plate 32, a cylinder 33, a lifting plate 34, a rotating rod 35, a rotating motor 36, a connecting plate 37, a sliding frame 38 and a dustpan mechanism 39, wherein the garbage container 31 is installed on the left side of the lower end face inside the fixed frame 18, the right side of the garbage container 31 is provided with an inclined plane opening, the transverse plate 32 is installed on the right side of the garbage container 31, the cylinder 33 is installed on the left side of the upper end face of the transverse plate 32, the sliding frame 38 is installed on the right side of the upper end face of the transverse plate 32, the cross section of the sliding frame 38 is of a J-shaped structure, the lifting plate 34 is installed on the upper end face of the cylinder 33, the rotating motor 36 is installed in the middle of the upper end face of the lifting plate 34, the rotating rod 35 is symmetrically installed in front and back of the rotating motor 36 through a coupler, the connecting plate 37 is installed on the side face of the rotating rod 35, the connecting plate 37 penetrates through a chute in the middle of the sliding frame 38, and the dustpan mechanism 39 is installed on the right side of the connecting plate 37; the air cylinder 33 drives the rotating rod 35 to ascend through the lifting plate 34, the rotating rod 35 drives the dustpan mechanism 39 to ascend along the sliding frame 38 through the connecting plate 37, and when the rotating rod ascends to the top end of the sliding frame 38, the rotating motor 36 rotates to drive the dustpan mechanism 39 to rotate and tilt upwards.
The dust removing mechanism 21 comprises a water tank 211, a water pipe 212, an atomizer 213 and a water mist spray head 214, the water tank 211 is arranged on the right side inside the fixed frame 18, the atomizer 213 is arranged on the left side of the cleaning plate 24, the water pipe 212 is arranged between the atomizer 213 and the water tank 211, and the water mist spray head 214 is uniformly arranged on the lower end surface of the atomizer 213; the atomizer 213 atomizes the water in the water tank 211 and sprays the atomized water through the water spray nozzle 214.
The cleaning head mechanism 28 comprises a central rod 281, a rotary connecting plate 282, a torsion spring 283, a rotary cleaning plate 284, a cleaning slider 285, a small-sized rotary motor 286, a brush head frame 287, bristles 288 and a close-fitting spring 289, wherein the output shaft of the rotary motor is provided with the central rod 281, the rotary connecting plate 282 is uniformly arranged on the central rod 281 along the circumferential direction thereof through a pin shaft, the torsion spring 283 is arranged between the rotary connecting plate 282 and the central rod 281, the rotary cleaning plate 284 is arranged on the outer side of the rotary connecting plate 282, a square through groove is uniformly arranged on the lower end surface of the rotary cleaning plate 284, the cleaning slider 285 is arranged in the square through groove in a sliding fit manner, the close-fitting spring 289 is arranged between the cleaning slider 285 and the rotary cleaning plate 284, the small-sized rotary motor 286 is arranged on the lower end surface of the cleaning slider 285, the brush head frame 287 is arranged on the output shaft of the small-sized rotary motor 286, and the bristles 288 are uniformly arranged on the lower end surface of the brush head frame 287, the bristles 288 are inclined in the left-right direction, and the rotating square of the center rod 281 rotates inwards; the torsion spring 283, the rotation connecting plate 282 and the rotation cleaning plate 284 are matched to prevent the surface of the rotation cleaning plate 284 from being damaged, the rotation motor 36 drives the rotation cleaning plate 284 to rotate to clean the garbage into the dustpan mechanism 39, meanwhile, the small-sized rotation motor 286 drives the brush head holder 287 to rotate, and the bristles 288 clean the fine dust and the garbage.
The dustpan mechanism 39 comprises a dustpan frame 391, a conveying limiting rod 392, a conveying electric sliding block 393, a conveying push plate 394, an extension plate 395 and an extension spring 396, wherein the left side and the upper side of the dustpan frame 391 are of an open structure, the conveying limiting rod 392 is arranged in the front and at the back of the right side face in the dustpan frame 391, the conveying electric sliding block 393 is arranged on the conveying limiting rod 392, the conveying push plate 394 is arranged on the inner side face of the conveying electric sliding block 393, the extension plate 395 is arranged on the conveying push plate in a sliding fit mode, and the extension spring 396 is arranged between the extension plate 395 and the conveying push plate 394; the conveying electric slide block 393 drives the conveying push plate 394 to push the garbage in the dustpan frame 391 into the garbage container 31.
The invention comprises the following steps:
the first step is as follows: the electric slide block 17 drives the fixed frame 18 to move downwards along the slide rod 16, so that the aim that the fixed frame 18 is close to the ground is fulfilled;
the second step is that: the sweeping electric slide block 23 drives the sweeping plate 24 to move downwards along the sweeping limiting rod 22, so that the sweeping head mechanism 28 is tightly attached to the ground, and the rotary motor drives the sweeping head mechanism 28 to rotate to sweep the ground;
the third step: the torsion spring 283, the rotary connecting plate 282 and the rotary sweeping plate 284 are matched to prevent the surface of the rotary sweeping plate 284 from being damaged, the rotary motor 36 drives the rotary sweeping plate 284 to rotate to sweep garbage into the dustpan mechanism 39, meanwhile, the small rotary motor 286 drives the brush head holder 287 to rotate, and the bristles 288 sweep fine dust and garbage;
the fourth step: the ground after cleaning is dedusted by the water mist sprayed by the dedusting mechanism 21, the air cylinder 33 drives the rotating rod 35 to ascend through the lifting plate 34, the rotating rod 35 drives the dustpan mechanism 39 to ascend along the sliding frame 38 through the connecting plate 37, when the rotating rod ascends to the top end of the sliding frame 38, the rotating motor 36 rotates to drive the dustpan mechanism 39 to rotate and topple upwards, and the conveying electric slide block 393 drives the conveying push plate 394 to push the garbage in the dustpan frame 391 into the garbage container 31.
