现特别详细地参见附图,特别是图1和图2,它表示了普通的矩形纸板盒10,它适用于容纳多个平面阵的封装装置,所述封装装置用于隐形眼镜、特别是可自由使用的亲水隐形眼镜的密封置放装置,正如下文所详细描述。
所述矩形纸板盒10最好用纸板制成,它包括平的顶板和底板12和14,以及前后板16、18,和相对的两端板20。(仅显示一个)通过粘接剂或胶合结构,如已知的纸板盒成型技术一样,顶板12、底板14、前板16和后板18适合通过沿适当折线将纸板盒毛坯进行折叠封闭。所述顶板12适于绕后折线向上转动将纸板盒10打开,如想象图形所示,并且它包括侧折翼12a、12b,侧折翼12a、12b可摺在纸板盒边缘之内,两侧端板20之下。所述前板16包括一下部16a,其下部16a通过端折翼(未示出)将适合与端板20胶合。顶板12包括朝下悬着的前折翼22,在前折翼22下边缘上中心产部位设有卡舌24,它适于摺入相互作用的卡槽26中,所述卡槽26处在前板16下部中心处,以便于重新将该纸板盒关闭,如图2所示。
正如已有技术中的纸板盒10,可以在其外表面设有装饰性光泽或半光泽,可以在盒上设有适当的单色或多色印记和/或压纹,以表示其内所装物品,生产和/或销售该产品的公司的识别边印,盒中物品使用说明,和其它边印、装饰记号等。
纸板盒10内适合放置多排封装置30,其细节如图3所示,且基本表达了本发明的用于包装所需数量的单个可给予的隐形眼镜。
实际上,图3表示一排封装置30,它由多个相互连接的气泡盒32组成。其中,正如图4-9所示,每个气泡盒32包括一个由基本上为矩形凸缘36构成的底部34,在该凸缘36上有一个与其成一体的悬片部分38。在偏向凸缘36的相对的边缘38处形成一空腔40,该空腔40基本上为半球形,基本上与隐形眼镜的曲线形状一致,在浸在合适的无菌水溶液中时,以密封状态储存在里面。但其它空腔形状也适合于本发明,如半球形、椭圆形等。从凸缘36悬下的悬片38的高度有点与装有隐形眼镜的空腔40的高度或深度相同,正如图2和图8所示。在凸缘36表面上形成的近似于悬片38是许多人字形凸缘41,当气泡盒32放在纸板盒10中时,它有助于支撑倒转过来重叠的气泡盒的空腔结构。与具有悬片相对的凸缘36边缘也设有向下凸起部43,它有助于将气泡盒布置在纸板盒10中,正如下面所描述。
每个所谓气泡盒的底部由注塑或热塑板材制成,举例来说,如聚丙烯,采用与美国专利US    4,691,820相似的方法,该专利授予Martinez;将其转让给本申请的共同受让人,并且在此作为参考。
在形成一排五个气泡盒的情况下,在多个气泡盒32底部上延伸布置的是一连续的软盖板44,如图3所示。该软盖板44上有许多平行间隔的弱线46,如穿孔的线、不连续的槽或类似结构,所述弱线46被设在每个相邻布置的底部34之间,以便根据使用者的要求,能够将排列整齐的单个气泡盒32拆开,每个气泡盒32有一隐形眼镜,如图4所示。所述软盖板44粘接固定在凸缘36上的面向所述盖板的表面区域上,例如通过热封、超声波密封、粘接或其它可以得到的方法,以便至少包住每个含有一个浸在无菌水溶液中的隐形眼镜的空腔40,并提供一个用于处在每个空腔中的隐形眼镜的密封装置。其它的密封位置也可以设在朝向凸缘36的软盖板44的表面之间所要求地方,以便提供足够的相互粘合的区域。同时,允许这些部件36、44之间的每个边缘部分保持不接触,便于手指抓夹部分,将分开的盖板部分与分开的底部34分离,以获得处在合适的空腔40中的隐形眼镜。
软盖板44最好由层压箔、氧化硅或其它的具有聚丙烯薄膜或PET薄膜的材料构成。至少在它的一个外表面上与凸缘36的相对表面接触,以便能够相互粘接或热封,正如上所述。构成软盖板44的层压箔可以由多层结构组成,它有合适的双面印记,例如:美国专利申请,申请号如08/106,386公布的那样。
正如这里所述,本发明封装装置适合用于可处理的亲水性隐形眼镜的包装用品,对于30天一个周期来说,每个隐形眼镜设计仅使用一天后就将其丢弃;事实上,希望处在无菌的密封条件下,每个气泡盒32的空腔中的隐形眼镜能储存30天,这样对于每个来说不是必需的。
如图3所示,一排气泡盒30包括五个底部34,每个底部有一空腔40,其内装有单个隐形眼镜,用一连续的软盖板44将底部34都聚在一起盖上并密封住,同时沿着软盖板44上间隔的弱线46将其刻上痕,以便能够将一整排气泡盒32依次分成五个单个的气泡盒,如隐形眼镜使用者所需要的那样。
为了提供紧密保护的盒,每盒10内有三十个气泡盒32,在每个气泡盒的密封腔40内有一隐形眼镜,正如图2所示一样,将六排每排有五个用普通盖板44连接在一起的气泡盒32彼此倒置套入叠在一起,这样一排上的空腔40与倒置的那排上的空腔40相邻,所述两排一上一下布置。如图2所示,气泡盒32底部34凸缘36的直立的端板38,它与相套入的倒置排30下垂的端38共同作用,形成一支撑结构,该结构保护装有隐形眼镜的空腔40。有助于支撑和保护效果的是凸起的“人字形”凸缘41,它接触支撑在重叠的气泡盒32的空腔40的位置,所述空腔40与其下面或上面的那排空腔相邻。同样,在凸缘36上靠近重叠的悬片38处,或在整排气泡盒下面设置的凸起部分43也将防止排与排之间的横向移动。各排30的这种布置,与纸板盒10的封闭壁结构结合,提供了一种将各排30隐形眼镜牢固地、安全地固定在纸板盒10内的封装装置中。
为了确保盒内的东西的移动和位移处在最低限度内,每排五个的气泡盒的外周边矩形尺寸最好与盒10内空间的内矩形尺寸相一致,这样盒10的前后板16、18、两端板20和上下板12、14提供了另外一种支撑结构,该结构将各排的气泡盒固定在纸板盒内,甚至在隐形眼镜使用者使用期间能连续地取出各个气泡盒32。
根据以上所述,对于普通技术人员来说是很清楚的,本发明提供了一种简单的包装一定数量的气泡盒,该气泡盒放置在封装装置中,该封装装置重叠紧密地放置在纸板盒中,本发明不但提供一种的包装,而且还增加了对每个气泡盒和处在其内的隐形眼镜的支撑和保护。
尽管前面所述了带有三十个隐形眼镜的数排30,但也可以带有其它数量的隐形眼镜落入本发明的范围;如5、10、15、20或其它数量的封装装置。
这里已描述和说明了本发明的最佳实施例,当然,在不脱离本发明精神的情况下,对形状和细节部分很容易作出各种各样的修改和变化。因此,本发明不受这里所示和描述的具体形式的限制,也不少于这里对本发明整体所作的描述,如后面权利要求所述。

Claims (53)

1、一种封装装置,它用于将至少一个亲水隐形眼镜密封在无菌水溶液中,它包括:
a)至少一个浇铸塑料基层,该基层有一个空腔,它用于装浸泡在所述溶液中的隐形眼镜,所述基层包括所述空腔周边向外延伸的边缘,并从边缘延伸的边,所述空腔由所述基层上的曲线凹面构成,它的形状基本上与装在其中的隐形眼镜的形状相一致;和
b)叠在所述基层上的一软盖板,它能可拆卸地密封在所述边缘表面上的凸起区域,所述软盖板在所述空腔周围密封延伸,它有一提供抓起部分的未密封的边缘部分,该部分能在所述边缘的共同配合下,能够将所述盖板从边缘上分离开,这样露出所述空腔,并便于从外部接近隐形眼镜。
2、根据权利要求1所述的封装装置,其特征在于将许多所述的基层邻接布置,并用所述软盖板将它们彼此连成一排,所述软盖板用于一定数量的隐形眼镜,每个基层上有一空腔。
3、根据权利要求2所述的封装装置,其特征在于所述软盖板在所述多个基层上延伸,并与每个基层的每个边缘密封连接。
4、根据权利要求3所述的封装装置,其特征在于所述的软盖板将所述许多基层连接在同一排。
5、根据权利要求2所述的封装装置,其特征在于将所述多个基层分成单个的气泡盒,每个气泡盒中有一个隐形眼镜。
6、根据权利要求3所述的封装装置,其特征在于在软盖板上两基层之间设有一弱线,以便能够将多个所述基层分成单个封装装置,每个封装装置有一单个基层。
7、根据权利要求6所述的封装装置,其特征在于在所述软盖板上的弱线包括孔状接缝,它至少部分穿过所述盖板延伸。
8、根据权利要求2所述的封装装置,其特征在于所述排基层包括直线布置的基层,所述软盖板有一基本上为矩形结构。
9、根据权利要求2所述的封装装置,其特征在于一般刚性自身支撑的纸板盒包括一个用于多个所述排的置放装置。
10、根据权利要求2所述的封装装置,其特征在于许多所述排彼此倒置套入叠在刚性自身支撑纸板盒中。
11、根据权利要求10所述的封装装置,其特征在于每个所述注塑基层上的每个空腔偏向所述边缘的一边,所述重叠的排被倒置,以便能够紧密套入在所述纸板盒中。
12、根据权利要求11所述的封装装置,其特征在于每个所述的边缘为矩形,其中悬片部分沿远离边部的一边设置,所述空腔偏向该边,所述悬片部分的高度基本上与形成每个空腔的每个基层的高度相同。
13、根据权利要求12所述的封装装置,其特征在于所述纸板盒为矩形结构。
14、根据权利要求13所述的封装装置,其特征在于所述纸板盒包括前后板、与前后板连接的顶板和底板,以及端板,边部结构彼此固定并固定到所述前、后、上和下板上,以形成一封闭的纸板盒结构,所述前板和顶板包括可打开的上下盖部分,以便将所述纸板盒打开,彼此共同锁住结构,用于所述纸板盒处于封闭位置。
15、根据权利要求10所述的封装装置,其特征在于所述纸板盒由纸板构成。
16、根据权利要求15所述的封装装置,其特征在于标记和内容显示标记印制在所述纸板盒的至少一外表面上。
17、根据权利要求1所述的封装装置,其特征在于所述边缘有一平面表面结构,它与所述重叠的盖板接触。
18、根据权利要求17所述的封装装置,其特征在于所述边缘有一悬片部分,它处在所述平面表面的一端,形成所述的边缘在远离所述重叠在盖板的方向上延伸。
19、根据权利要求18所述的封装装置,其特征在于所述边缘为矩形,所述悬片在所述边缘的一边与所述边缘形成一整体。
20、根据权利要求17所述的封装装置,其特征在于在所述盖板和所述边缘之间形成一密封,所述密封环绕在所述空腔的周边。
21、根据权利要求18所述的封装装置,其特征在于所述密封包括热封。
22、根据权利要求1所述的封装装置,其特征在于所述注塑基层由能热成型的聚合物材料构成。
23、根据权利要求1所述的封装装置,其特征在于所述软盖板为多层层压结构,所述层压结构外层由聚丙烯薄膜构成,该薄膜与所述注塑基层的边缘表面接触。
24、根据权利要求23所述的封装装置,其特征在于所述聚丙烯薄膜热封到所述注塑基层的所述边缘表面上,以便将装有隐形眼镜的空腔密封住。
25、根据权利要求1所述的封装装置,其特征在于所述注塑基层和所述软盖共同形成用于放在空腔内的隐形眼镜的防潮和蒸汽穿不透的密封的置放装置。
26、根据权利要求18所述的封装装置,其特征在于在所述边缘一端形成***物,在另一端有所述的悬片部分,所述***物在远离所述重叠的盖板的方向上延伸。
27、根据权利要求18所述的封装装置,其特征在于所述凸出***物在所述边缘表面上形成,相对的所述平面表面靠近所述悬片部分。
28、根据权利要求27所述的封装装置,其特征在于所述***物包括许多间隔的人字形***物。
29、根据权利要求23所述的封装装置,其特征在于所述软盖板包括一箔叠层。
30、根据权利要求23所述的封装装置,其特征在于所述软盖板包括一氧化硅屏障层,它处于所述外塑料薄膜层的中间。
31、一种复合的包装,它包括一个用于多个封装装置的置放装置的刚性纸板盒,每个封装装置装有亲水隐形眼镜,该眼镜放入无菌水溶液中;所述封装装置包括:
a)多排注塑基层,每个基层上有一个用于装浸在所述溶液中的隐形眼镜的空腔,每个基层包括在所述空腔周边向外延伸的边缘,所述空腔由处在所述基层上的曲形凹面构成,它的形状基本上与放置在空腔中的隐形眼镜的形状相一致;和
b)一个叠在所述多个基层上并在其上延伸的软盖板,所述软盖板可拆装地密封到每个所述边缘上,所述盖板在每个所述空腔周边密封延伸,且有一未密封的边部分,提供抓住部分,以便能够将所述盖板从所述边缘上分离开,以露出所述空腔,并便于从外面接近所述隐形眼镜。
32、根据权利要求31所述的复合包装,其特征在于每个所述边缘有一平面表面结构,它接触地朝着所述重叠的盖板。
33、根据权利要求31所述的复合包装,其特征在于每个所述边缘有一悬片部分,它处在所述平面表面的一端,该表面在远离所述重叠的盖板的方向上延伸。
34、根据权利要求32所述的复合包装,其特征在于所述边缘是矩形,所述悬片部分在所述边缘一端边上与所述边缘形成一整体。
35、根据权利要求31所述的复合包装,其特征在于在所述盖板和每个边缘的平面表面之间形成一能分离的密封,该密封密封在每个空腔的周边。
36、根据权利要求35所述的复合包装,其特征在于所述密封包括一热封。
37、根据权利要求31所述的复合包装,其特征在于每个注塑基层由能热成型的聚合物制成。
38、根据权利要求31所述的复合包装,其特征在于所述软盖板为多层的箔或氧化硅叠层,所述叠层的外层由聚丙烯薄膜构成,该薄膜与每个注塑基层边缘表面接触。
39、根据权利要求38所述的复合包装,其特征在于聚丙烯薄膜热封在每个注塑基层边缘表面上,以便将装有隐形眼镜的每个空腔密封住。
40、根据权利要求31所述的复合包装,其特征在于所述注塑基层和所述软盖板一起构成防潮和蒸汽透不过去的密封装置,它用于将所述隐形眼镜密封在所述的每个空腔中。
41、根据权利要求31所述的复合包装,其特征在于用软盖板将所述的多个基层连续地连接成一排,所述软盖板用于将一定数量的隐形眼镜密封起来。
42、根据权利要求41所述的复合包装,其特征在于所述软盖板将所述的多个基层连成同一平面。
43、根据权利要求42所述的复合包装,其特征在于在软盖板上每个基层之间有一弱线,它能将多个基层分成单个的封装装置,每个封隔装置包括一个基层。
44、根据权利要求31所述的复合包装,其特征在于所述的多个基层能被分成单个的气泡盒,每个气泡盒中有一个隐形眼镜,它不破坏所述包装的整体性。
45、根据权利要求43所述的复合包装,其特征在于在所述软盖板上的弱线包括多孔缝,它至少部分穿过所述盖板。
46、根据权利要求31所述的复合包装,其特征在于所述的基层排为线性排列,所述软盖板基本上为矩形。
47、根据权利要求31所述的复合包装,其特征在于所述纸板盒包括前后板、与所述前后板连接的顶板和底板、以及端板,并将折翼既相互连接,也连接到所述前、后、顶和底板上,从而形成一封闭的纸板盒,所述的前板和顶板包括能打开的上下折翼以便能将纸板盒打开,和彼此相互作用的用于将所述纸板盒锁在封闭状态下的锁结构。
48、根据权利要求31所述的复合包装,其特征在于所述纸板盒为矩形。
49、根据权利要求31所述的复合包装,其特征在于将多个所述包装彼此到置套入放置在纸板盒中。
50、根据权利要求49所述的复合包装,其特征在于每个基层上的空腔偏置在所述边缘的一延长边,所述叠起来的排彼此倒置,使它们在纸板盒内处于紧紧地套在一起的状态。
51、根据权利要求50所述的复合包装,其特征在于每个所述的折翼有一悬片部分,该部分设在远离所述空腔偏置的那边的边上,所述悬片的高度与基层上形成空腔的凹槽的高度相同。
52、根据权利要求31所述的复合包装,其特征在于所述纸板盒由纸板制成。
53、根据权利要求31所述的复合包装,其特征在于至少在所述纸板盒外表面的一个表面上印上标记和内容标记。
