本发明从一种加热装置、箱安装单元、以及用于制造加热装置的方法出发。
背景技术
例如由DE102011084962已知具有加热元件和热分配体的加热装置,然而,在所述加热装置中,加热元件构造为预制或者拼接的PTC加热元件,所述PTC加热元件经由电流导轨接触。在此,与加热元件耦合的导热体用塑料层注塑包封。
由DE102015200168已知具有这样的加热装置的箱安装单元,该箱安装单元此外也可以例如具有或者说承载输送泵、传感装置,例如液位传感装置和过滤装置。这样的箱安装单元可以用法兰连接到例如在箱底部区域中的箱开口上,或布置在开口的区域中并且与箱壁焊接。这种布置仅允许箱安装单元的特定直径,该直径作为安装空间限制对所有位于箱安装单元的承载件上的构件产生影响。
发明内容
与现有技术相比,根据本发明的加热装置或箱安装单元或根据本发明的制造方法具有简化结构和提供改进的工作方式的可能性的优点。不需要未限定的压紧或夹紧过程、脆弱的绝缘陶瓷、预制的PTC元件、单独的电流导轨。
本发明提出一种用于加热液体、尤其加热在用于储存液体的箱中的液体的加热装置,所述加热装置具有至少一个加热元件和至少一个导热体,其中,所述加热元件由能导电的塑料材料构成,并且所述能导电的塑料材料与所述导热体导电且导热地耦合,其中,所述加热元件面式地布置在至少两个导热体之间,并且其中,所述加热元件将所述两个导热体机械地相互固定连接。
此外,本发明提出一种用于安装在用于储存液体的箱中的箱安装单元,在该箱安装单元中设置有根据本发明的加热装置。
本发明还提出一种用于制造加热装置的方法,所述加热装置用于加热液体、尤其加热在用于储存液体的箱中的液体,所述加热装置具有至少一个导热体和至少一个加热元件,其中,使用能导电的塑料材料用于所述加热元件,并且,所述能导电的塑料材料与所述导热体导电且导热地耦合,其中,所述加热元件面式地布置在至少两个导热体之间,并且其中,所述加热元件将所述两个导热体机械地相互固定连接。
根据一个优选的实施方式,所述能导电的塑料材料与所述导热体直接机械接触,其中,所述至少一个导热体由铝制成。
根据一个优选的实施方式,所述能导电的塑料材料包含塑料成分和导电成分,其中,所述塑料成分包含聚乙烯,尤其是高密度聚乙烯、聚氨酯和/或聚丙烯酰胺,并且所述导电成分是石墨。优选地,所述塑料材料的总质量的约百分之30至45由石墨构成。
根据一个优选的实施方式,在所述至少两个导热体上分别安装有一个接触元件,其中,所述接触元件构造为夯入式接触件。
根据一个优选的实施方式,所述加热元件和所述导热体用塑料层包围,尤其用塑料注塑包封。

具体实施方式
在图1中以立体视图示出了加热装置10。该加热装置包括面式的、在本实施例中伸长的加热元件14,该加热元件布置在两个导热体12之间。导热体12例如由铝制成。如图示那样,导热体优选是对称的相同件。沿着所述导热体的纵向延伸部,该导热体在其端部上具有凹部16,该凹部用于将加热装置定位或者说锁定在底板或类似结构上,例如通过卡扣/夹紧连接。
加热元件14由可加热的、即可导电的塑料制成。这例如可以是添加具有尤其加热元件总质量的30至45%的质量比的石墨的高密度聚乙烯(“HDPE”)。在此,两个导热体12借助该可导电的塑料材料相互粘合。在使用具有所述石墨混合物的HDPE的情况下,加热元件具有自调节特性,即在两个导热体之间施加有电压的情况下,当温度升高时或者当温度超过一定阈值时,电阻显著提高。向液体周围的散热借助两个简单构造的、由铝制成的导热体来优化。所述导热体有效且大面积地输出在它们之间产生的热。
为了持久地连接这些铝导热体,所述铝导热体在加热装置制成的状态下面向加热元件14的接触侧上相应地被预处理。为此设置粗糙表面(平均粗糙深度Rz 36...100),优选借助等离子体处理提供该粗糙表面。随后,铝导热体被夹紧在工具中。然后,接触层或随后形成加热元件14的材料被喷射。此后,铝导热体固定地相互连接。在另一步骤中,铝导热体被放入到另一工具中并且合适地定位,使得为了防腐蚀的目的可以将铝导热体在周围环绕地用(不能导电的)高密度聚乙烯注塑包封。
在制造方法的一个优选变型中,尤其呈夯入式接触件(Rammkontakt)形式的电接触件在注塑包封过程之后才被压入。由此简化了制造方法。这使注塑包封工具中的接触区域的密封变得容易。
图2示例性地示出这样的夯入式接触件18,该夯入式接触件在一端部具有双翼形的夯入夹子20,并且在弯曲的另一端部上具有连接区域22。在此,夯入夹子20的两个翼可以在导热体12的分别与一个凹部16相邻的两个侧面17(参见图1)的区域中被夯入或压入。这在每个导热体中至少分别在一个这样的侧壁对17上发生,以便在需要加热的情况下可以经由导热体穿过加热元件14激发电的、产生欧姆热的电流。
制成的加热装置10例如可以成为箱安装单元的组成部分,其中,可以将加热装置10在其凹部16的区域中与箱安装单元的底部区域焊接。
在图3中示出这样的、专门用于装配在液体箱的底部区域中的箱安装单元24。箱安装单元24与液体箱的流体密封的连接在箱安装单元的底部区域32的边缘上,例如通过与箱底部焊接实现。底部区域或者说承载件32承载不同的功能部件,例如示出输送泵26、液位传感装置30和过滤装置34。此外,还具有电接头或液压接头,用于电操控功能部件或用于输出储存在箱中的液体。加热装置10现在定位在合适的部位上,以便可以良好地加热温度关键的部位,尤其以便将受冻结危害的区域保持足够热或者解冻,以便在使用输送泵的情况下确保从箱中持续地输出液体。
加热装置尤其适用于储存容器的箱安装单元,该箱安装单元可以充注以尿素水溶液,以便提供用于选择性催化减少机动车内燃机的氮氧化物的还原剂。加热装置也可以被用于加热或解冻其它液体,也可以对于其它使用目的而设置在尤其加热液体的区域中。

Claims (17)

1.一种用于加热液体的加热装置(10),所述加热装置具有至少一个加热元件(14)和至少一个导热体(12),其特征在于,所述加热元件(14)由能导电的塑料材料构成,并且,所述能导电的塑料材料与所述导热体(12)导电且导热地耦合,其中,所述加热元件(14)面式地布置在至少两个导热体(12)之间,并且其中,所述加热元件(14)将所述两个导热体(12)机械地相互固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加热装置(10),所述能导电的塑料材料与所述导热体(12)直接机械接触。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的加热装置(10),其特征在于,所述能导电的塑料材料包含塑料成分和导电成分。
4.根据权利要求3所述的加热装置(10),其特征在于,所述塑料成分包含聚乙烯、聚氨酯和/或聚丙烯酰胺。
5.根据权利要求3所述的加热装置(10),其特征在于,所述导电成分是石墨。
6.根据权利要求5所述的加热装置(10),其特征在于,所述塑料材料的总质量的百分之30至45由石墨构成。
7.根据权利要求1、2、4、5和6中任一项所述的加热装置(10),其特征在于,在所述至少两个导热体(12)上分别安装有一个接触元件(18)。

10.根据权利要求1所述的加热装置(10),其特征在于,加热装置(10)设置为用于加热在用于储存液体的箱中的液体。
11.根据权利要求1所述的加热装置(10),其特征在于,所述至少一个导热体(12)由铝制成。
12.根据权利要求4所述的加热装置(10),其特征在于,所述聚乙烯是高密度聚乙烯。
13.根据权利要求9所述的加热装置(10),其特征在于,所述加热元件(14)和所述导热体(12)用塑料注塑包封。
14.一种用于安装在用于储存液体的箱中的箱安装单元(24),其特征在于,设置有根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的加热装置(10)。
15.根据权利要求14所述的箱安装单元(24),其特征在于,所述箱安装单元(24)设置为安装在所述箱的底部区域中。
16.一种用于制造加热装置的方法,所述加热装置用于加热液体,所述加热装置具有至少一个导热体(12)和至少一个加热元件(14),其特征在于,使用能导电的塑料材料用于所述加热元件,并且,所述能导电的塑料材料与所述导热体(12)导电且导热地耦合,其中,所述加热元件(14)面式地布置在至少两个导热体(12)之间,并且其中,所述加热元件(14)将所述两个导热体(12)机械地相互固定连接。
