本发明公开了一种环保油墨,包括聚丙烯35‑42份、颜料10‑21份、SBS树脂10‑19份、抗静电颗粒1‑3份、抗粘颗粒1‑3份、丙烯酸胶黏剂5‑9份,水性聚氨酯树脂12‑15份,聚乙烯醇水溶液8‑13份,余量水。本发明通过优化所述环保油墨的助剂组分及各组分的配比,使油墨的稳定性增强,油墨中不含有挥发性的有机物,对环境友好,对人体无害,几乎没有挥发性有机溶剂的排放,避免了在使用过程中对人的身体健康造成不良的影响和对周围环境造成大气污染。

技术领域
本发明公开了一种环保油墨。
背景技术
水性油墨Water-based ink水性油墨简称为水墨,柔性版水性墨也称液体油墨,它主要由水溶性树脂、有机颜料、溶剂及相关助剂经复合研磨加工而成。水性油墨特别适用于烟、酒、食品、饮料、药品、儿童玩具等卫生条件要求严格的包装印刷产品。
相关技术中,因油墨配方的不合理,在使用过程中,容易挥发大量的苯、甲苯、二甲苯、等有毒有害物质,其挥发期有的长达十几年。
与其他印刷油墨相比,水性油墨的主体溶剂是水,由于其不含挥发性有毒有机溶剂,水挥发后清洁无污染,印刷操作者在使用过程中安全健康无毒害,而且水具有导电性不会积聚静电,可消除印刷车间内易燃易爆的隐患,有利于安全生产。水性油墨相对于溶剂型油墨在环保、健康、安全上具有无可比拟的优势。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述不足,而提供一种环保油墨,其能够不挥发有害物质。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种环保油墨,其包括以下质量份数的各组分:聚丙烯35-42份、颜料10-21份、SBS树脂10-19份、抗静电颗粒1-3份、抗粘颗粒1-3份、丙烯酸胶黏剂5-9份,水性聚氨酯树脂12-15份,聚乙烯醇水溶液8-13份,余量水。
进一步地,包括以下质量份数的各组分:聚丙烯35份、颜料10份、SBS树脂10份、抗静电颗粒1份、抗粘颗粒1份、丙烯酸胶黏剂5份,水性聚氨酯树脂12份,聚乙烯醇水溶液8份,余量水。
进一步地,包括以下质量份数的各组分:聚丙烯42份、颜料21份、SBS树脂19份、抗静电颗粒3份、抗粘颗粒3份、丙烯酸胶黏剂9份,水性聚氨酯树脂15份,聚乙烯醇水溶液13份,余量水。
进一步地,包括以下质量份数的各组分:聚丙烯38份、颜料15份、SBS树脂15份、抗静电颗粒2份、抗粘颗粒2份、丙烯酸胶黏剂7份,水性聚氨酯树脂13份,聚乙烯醇水溶液10份,余量水。
进一步地,所述的颜料为二氧化钛。
进一步地,所述的水性聚氨酯树脂原料为异氰酸酯、聚酯多元醇和异氟尔酮二胺。
进一步地,所述异氰酸酯、聚酯多元醇和异氟尔酮二胺的质量比为3:2:1。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过优化所述环保油墨的助剂组分及各组分的配比,使油墨的稳定性增强,油墨中不含有挥发性的有机物,对环境友好,对人体无害,几乎没有挥发性有机溶剂的排放,避免了在使用过程中对人的身体健康造成不良的影响和对周围环境造成大气污染。

实施例2,一种环保油墨,包括聚丙烯38份、颜料10份、SBS树脂10份、抗静电颗粒1份、抗粘颗粒1份、丙烯酸胶黏剂5份,水性聚氨酯树脂12份,聚乙烯醇水溶液8份,水15份。

室温下测试实施例1和实施例2的各项性能:

上述实验数据中,附着力的测试方法如下:用3M胶带拉扯基材上的墨层,根据基材上墨层残余量的多少确定油墨附着力的好坏,其中基材选用聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(Polyethylene terephthalate,PET)基材。
剥离强度强度测试方法,同样采用将油墨附着在P E T基材上,采用聚乙烯(Polyethylene,PE)基材进行剥离实验,油墨部分转移到PE基材上需要的力的大小。
通过上述分析可以得知,本发明提供的环保油墨溶剂残留量小,具有环保无污染的效果。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种环保油墨,其特征在于,包括以下质量份数的各组分:聚丙烯35-42份、颜料10-21份、SBS树脂10-19份、抗静电颗粒1-3份、抗粘颗粒1-3份、丙烯酸胶黏剂5-9份,水性聚氨酯树脂12-15份,聚乙烯醇水溶液8-13份,余量水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保油墨,其特征在于,包括以下质量份数的各组分:聚丙烯35份、颜料10份、SBS树脂10份、抗静电颗粒1份、抗粘颗粒1份、丙烯酸胶黏剂5份,水性聚氨酯树脂12份,聚乙烯醇水溶液8份,余量水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保油墨,其特征在于,包括以下质量份数的各组分:聚丙烯42份、颜料21份、SBS树脂19份、抗静电颗粒3份、抗粘颗粒3份、丙烯酸胶黏剂9份,水性聚氨酯树脂15份,聚乙烯醇水溶液13份,余量水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保油墨,其特征在于,包括以下质量份数的各组分:聚丙烯38份、颜料15份、SBS树脂15份、抗静电颗粒2份、抗粘颗粒2份、丙烯酸胶黏剂7份,水性聚氨酯树脂13份,聚乙烯醇水溶液10份,余量水。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一所述的一种环保油墨,其特征在于,所述的颜料为二氧化钛。
6.根据权利要求1~4任一所述的一种环保油墨,其特征在于,所述的水性聚氨酯树脂原料为异氰酸酯、聚酯多元醇和异氟尔酮二胺。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种环保油墨,其特征在于,所述异氰酸酯、聚酯多元醇和异氟尔酮二胺的质量比为3:2:1。
