The working process is as follows: the working goal is to transfer the lighter shell in the material conveying groove 41 to the machine table 42, in the initial state, due to the jacking action of the elastic element 15, the sliding element 16 is in the high position and is not in contact with the abutting block 17, then the moving component is started to move to the upper part of the material conveying groove 41, then the height is lowered, so that the material taking head 13 is inserted into the lighter shell, the block body 171 of the abutting block 17 is squeezed into the space inside the shell 14 due to the action of the lighter shell, then the gas source is started to deliver gas to the gas collecting cavity 12, the gas flow simultaneously enters the material taking head 13, due to the increase of the gas pressure, the sliding element 16 is pushed to move downwards by the gas pressure, meanwhile, the elastic element 15 is compressed, and gradually contacts with the abutting block 17 in the downward movement process of the sliding element 16, so that the block body 171 of the abutting block 17 is pushed outwards to abut against the inner wall of the lighter shell, the block body 171 and the lighter case generate a squeezing force, then the gas collecting cavity 12 is lifted upwards by using the moving component, and then the lighter case moves to the position of the machine table 42, in the process, the material taking head 13 moves synchronously, because the lighter case generates a static friction force with the block body 171 of the material taking head 13, the lighter case does not fall down due to the action of the static friction force, so that the lighter case is transported along with the material taking head 13 synchronously, after the lighter case reaches the transport position, the gas source stops supplying gas, the gas in the gas collecting cavity 12 is discharged through the valve, the gas pressure in the gas collecting cavity 12 and the material taking head 13 is reduced, under the action of the elastic component 15, the sliding component 16 is lifted and switched to a state of not contacting with the abutting block 17, the abutting force between the block body 171 of the abutting block 17 and the lighter case disappears, and under the action of the lighter case, the block body 171 of the abutting block 17 enters the shell 14, the static friction between the block body 171 and the inner wall of the lighter housing disappears and the lighter housing falls onto the table 42, thereby completing one transfer of the lighter housing.
In the above process, the lighter case only contacts with the block body 171, and the block body 171 protrudes due to the extrusion of the sliding member 16, and contacts with the lighter case, and in the process of multiple transportation, the contact force is consistent, compared with the clamping mode adopted in the prior art, the clamping device has the advantages that the force is difficult to keep balanced, sometimes the force is large, sometimes the force is small, and the clamping force is very easy to be too large or too small, when the clamping force is too large, the lighter case is easy to be damaged, when the clamping force is too small, the clamping is easy to be unstable, or the clamping is not realized at all, so that the transportation fails; simultaneously, the position of contacting with the lighter casing in this scheme is located inside the casing, can not cause destruction to the outward appearance of lighter casing, and the centre gripping mode that adopts among the prior art very easily causes the damage of lighter outward appearance, finally influences the sale.
During the movement of the block body 171, the connecting edge 172 provides a deformation space for the block body 171, so that the block body 171 can protrude out of the housing 14 or enter the housing 14.
In this embodiment, the material taking head 13 is preferably configured as a rectangle-like structure having four sides, and two of the four sides in opposite positions are the first side 142 and the second side 143.
