the vehicle using method and device based on the intelligent key provided by the embodiment of the invention send the user identity information of the intelligent key carried in the authentication request to the virtual key server by receiving the intelligent key authentication request submitted by the client, receive the verification result returned by the virtual key server for verifying the user identity information of the intelligent key according to the pre-allocated intelligent key information, if the verification result is that the verification is passed, obtain the user authority corresponding to the intelligent key from the TSP server according to the user identity information of the intelligent key, configure the user setting of the vehicle according to the obtained user authority, automatically authenticate and confirm the identity of the current user according to the user identity certificate of the intelligent key, automatically identify the information of the current user, ensure that the relevant data of the personalized setting, the application, the authority and the like of the vehicle are matched with the information of the current user, privacy disclosure is avoided.
It should be noted that: the vehicle using device based on the smart key provided by the above embodiment is only exemplified by the division of the above functional modules when triggering the vehicle using service, and in practical application, the above function distribution can be completed by different functional modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the device is divided into different functional modules to complete all or part of the above described functions. In addition, the vehicle using device based on the intelligent key provided by the embodiment and the vehicle using method based on the intelligent key provided by the embodiment belong to the same concept, namely the device is based on the vehicle using method based on the intelligent key, and the specific implementation process is detailed in the method embodiment and is not repeated herein.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the above-mentioned storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc.

Claims (10)

1. A method for using a vehicle based on a smart key, the method comprising the steps of:
receiving an intelligent key authentication request submitted by a client, and sending user identity information of the intelligent key carried in the authentication request to a virtual key server;
receiving a result of authentication and verification of user identity information of the intelligent key according to pre-distributed intelligent key information returned by the virtual key server;
if the result is that the user passes, acquiring user permission corresponding to the intelligent key from a TSP server according to the user identity information of the intelligent key;
and configuring the user setting of the vehicle according to the acquired user permission.
2. A method for use with a smart key-based vehicle as recited in claim 1, wherein the smart key assignment process comprises:
the method comprises the steps that a virtual key server receives an intelligent key application request submitted by a client, wherein the intelligent key application request carries a vehicle identifier and user information;
and the virtual key server generates key data of the intelligent key according to the intelligent key application request, wherein the key data comprises the identity certificate and the secret key of the intelligent key.
3. A method for using a smart key based vehicle as defined in claim 2, wherein the smart key application request further includes authority information, the smart key assignment process further comprising:
and the virtual key server pushes the key data of the intelligent key and the authority information to a TSP server so that the TSP server configures corresponding user authority for the intelligent key.
4. The method for using a vehicle with a smart key according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the configuring the user settings of the vehicle according to the acquired user authority includes:
sending the user permission to a vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal multimedia system so that the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal multimedia system can identify user information corresponding to the user permission and open corresponding application and permission;
and finishing vehicle setting according to vehicle setting data which is sent by the multimedia system of the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal and acquired from the TSP server according to the user information.
5. A method for use with a smart key-based vehicle as recited in any of claims 1-3, wherein said method further comprises:
and if the result is that the verification fails, generating verification failure information and returning the verification failure information to the client.
6. A fob-based vehicle use device, the device comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving an intelligent key authentication request submitted by a client;
the data sending module is used for sending the user identity information of the intelligent key carried in the authentication request to a virtual key server;
the second receiving module is used for receiving the result of authentication and verification of the user identity information of the intelligent key according to pre-distributed intelligent key information returned by the virtual key server;
the permission obtaining module is used for obtaining the user permission corresponding to the intelligent key from a TSP server according to the user identity information of the intelligent key if the result is that the user permission passes;
and the vehicle setting module is used for configuring the user setting of the vehicle according to the acquired user authority.
7. A vehicle key fob based on claim 6, the device including a key assignment module including:
the system comprises a request receiving unit, a request receiving unit and a request sending unit, wherein the request receiving unit is used for receiving an intelligent key application request submitted by a client by a virtual key server, and the intelligent key application request carries a vehicle identifier and user information;
and the key generation unit is used for generating key data of the intelligent key by the virtual key server according to the intelligent key application request, wherein the key data comprises the identity certificate and the key of the intelligent key.
8. The key fob based vehicle use device of claim 7, wherein the key assignment module further includes:
and the information pushing unit is used for pushing the key data of the intelligent key and the authority information to the TSP server by the virtual key server so that the TSP server configures corresponding user authority for the intelligent key.
9. The key fob based vehicle use device of any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein the vehicle setup module includes:
the authority setting unit is used for sending the user authority to a vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal multimedia system so that the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal multimedia system can identify user information corresponding to the user authority and open corresponding application and authority;
and the vehicle setting unit is used for finishing vehicle setting according to vehicle setting data which is sent by the vehicle-mounted intelligent terminal multimedia system and is acquired from the TSP server according to the user information.
10. A smart key-based vehicle use device according to any of claims 6 to 8, further comprising:
and the information feedback module is used for generating verification failure information if the result is that the verification fails, and returning the verification failure information to the client.
