Example one
The invention provides a brand-new intelligent control system for automobile value-added services, aiming at the problems that the prior art is inconvenient and inflexible, can cause resource waste and has low applicability. As shown in fig. 1, the intelligent control system for the value-added service of the automobile of the invention mainly comprises seven parts: the system comprises a permission management module, a service control module, a vehicle control bus, a value added service module, a vehicle-mounted near field communication module, a smart phone and a cloud server.
The authority management module realizes information interaction between an automobile and a smart phone through near field communication, realizes information interaction between the automobile and a cloud server through a mobile network, performs user identity verification according to the interactive information, identifies the authority of the user for using the automobile value-added service, synchronizes the authority of the value-added service with the cloud server, performs automobile value-added service authority change inquiry and change decision, stores the mapping relation between the user and the automobile value-added service used by the user, generates an automobile value-added service change instruction, provides authority management interfaces for the user, such as new increase, change or deletion of the automobile value-added service and the like, and finally realizes the random opening and closing of the value-added service through the service control module.
As shown in fig. 2, the right management module of the present invention specifically includes six units, namely, a near field information unit, an identity authentication unit, a user right maintenance unit, a right synchronization unit, a right change unit, and a right local database.
The near field information unit transmits information with the smart phone through the vehicle-mounted near field communication module, and interaction of user identity authentication information and vehicle information is mainly achieved.
The identity verification unit is used for transmitting user verification information through near field communication with the smart phone, performing user identity authentication through connecting the cloud server, and transmitting the identified and authenticated user identity information to the user authority maintenance unit.
And the permission synchronization unit is communicated with the cloud server through a mobile network, inquires and synchronizes the permission change condition of the user on the corresponding automobile, provides the inquired information to the user permission maintenance unit and finally stores the information in a permission local database. The information synchronized to the cloud server by the permission synchronizing unit includes but is not limited to automobile value-added function permission owned by the user, the use range of the corresponding permission, applicable automobile types and effective time.
The user authority maintenance unit acquires the identity authentication information through the identity verification unit, inquires the value added service authority of the user existing in the local database through the authority local database, inquires the latest user value added service authority and related information of the cloud server through the authority synchronization unit, compares the latest user value added service authority and related information with the value added service supported by the vehicle, and obtains the value added service authority which can be used by the user in the vehicle.
Each value-added service use authority owned by the user of the invention has a use range set or selected by the user, and the use range comprises but is not limited to a use area range, an effective time period range, a vehicle model range, a vehicle remaining capacity or oil quantity range and the like.
The user authority maintenance unit compares the environment (including area, time interval, residual capacity and the like) of the automobile at the use time with the use range of the value-added service owned by the user, and takes the intersection of the two as the effective use value-added service authority of the automobile. In addition, the user authority maintenance unit also has timing logic, and the value added service authority changes synchronously in a certain period, and the changes of the value added service authority in each period are obtained by comparison, so that the change of the value added service use authority is realized.
And the authority local database stores the mapping relation between the value-added service used by the user and the value-added service authority use range of the user, and can still manage the value-added service authority under the condition of poor network environment.
And the permission changing unit sends a service changing instruction to the value-added service control module after the user permission maintaining unit makes a permission changing decision, so that the functions of starting, changing, closing and the like of the automobile value-added service are realized.
As shown in fig. 4, the invention obtains the user identity authentication information and the vehicle information through the near field communication subsystem formed by the vehicle-mounted near field communication module and the smart phone.
The smart phone is a device with a Near Field Communication (NFC) function, a login function is arranged in the smart phone, and identity authentication information is obtained by logging in a user account.
The vehicle-mounted near field communication module sends the attribute information of the automobile to the smart phone close to the vehicle-mounted near field communication module through a radio frequency signal through a near field communication (namely NFC) technology, and acquires the identity authentication information provided by the smart phone. When an automobile user enters a radio frequency signal area and prepares to use the automobile, the invention starts an information verification process and enables the smart phone to be close to the near field communication antenna of the vehicle-mounted near field communication module. The vehicle-mounted near field communication module sends an induction signal to the smart phone, and information carried by the induction signal comprises vehicle attribute information and a user information query request. After receiving the induction signal, the smart phone stores the vehicle attribute information and provides the identity authentication information to the vehicle-mounted near field communication module. And after the vehicle-mounted near field communication module acquires the identity authentication information, the identity authentication information is transmitted to the authority management module at the rear end, so that the authority management module can perform user identity authentication subsequently.
The vehicle-mounted near field communication module and the smart phone ensure the safety of communication by using an encryption authentication algorithm. Both the vehicle-mounted near field communication module and the smart phone can generate an integer number along with the change of time. As shown in fig. 4, the sensing signal sent by the in-vehicle nfc module carries a first integer N1 generated by the first counter. And after receiving the induction signal, the smart phone acquires a first shaping number N1, and generates a secret key for encrypting the user authentication information by combining the shaping number N2 generated by a second counter of the smart phone. The key generation algorithm is: k = F (N1, N2). Subsequently, the smart phone encrypts the identity authentication information by using a symmetric encryption algorithm through the generated key, and returns the ciphertext to the vehicle-mounted near field communication module together with the first shaping number N1 and the second shaping number N2. And finally, the vehicle-mounted near field communication module generates a decryption key K' = K by using the same algorithm, and the identity authentication information of the user is decrypted.
As shown in fig. 4, the smart phone of the present invention further communicates with the cloud server through the mobile network, and provides a value added service purchase configuration interface to the user, so that the user can purchase and configure the car value added service conveniently.
The cloud server mainly provides functions of user login management, automobile value-added service purchase and payment, value-added service authority configuration, inquiry, issuing control and the like. As shown in fig. 3, the cloud server of the present invention includes nine parts, namely, a user management unit, a purchasing unit, a payment unit, an authority setting unit, a software management unit, a user information database, an authority query interface, an authority database, and a value-added service software database.
The user management unit and the user information database are used for logging in the smart phone, managing related users and returning user identity authentication information. The user identity authentication information is a mark provided by the smart phone to the vehicle to identify the user identity. The authority management module on the automobile acquires the identity and the number of the user through the user identity authentication information and inquires the related authority for using the value added service as a certificate.
The purchasing unit provides two functions, namely a common automobile value-added service purchasing function and a specified automobile value-added service purchasing function. The ordinary automobile value-added service purchasing function refers to purchasing value-added services without limiting the model number and the serial number of an automobile, and can be used for all automobiles supporting the value-added services. And (3) specifying the automobile value-added service purchasing function, and purchasing the value-added service applicable to the currently used automobile through the automobile number or model information acquired from the vehicle-mounted near field communication module. The value added service purchased by the purchasing unit may be purchased by the length of use time.
The authority setting unit can configure the effective use range of the automobile value-added service, including the use area range, the effective time period range, the vehicle model range, the automobile residual capacity or oil quantity range and the like, and can also start and stop one or more value-added services.
And the software management unit is used for downloading software programs required by the value-added service when the vehicle starts or upgrades the value-added service.
The service control module of the invention implements the operations of starting, changing and closing the value-added service through the automobile control bus according to the value-added service change instruction initiated by the authority management module. After receiving the command of opening the service control module, the service control module will check whether the relevant value added service module is in the openable state, including whether the software is supported, whether the software needs to be upgraded, and whether the hardware is in the usable state. When the software needs to be downloaded or upgraded, the service control module is connected with the cloud server through the mobile network to download the software, then the software package is sent to the specific service module through the automobile control bus, and the upgrading process and the value-added service are started. In addition, the service control module monitors the running states of the related service modules including the starting states, the fault information, the service duration and the like through the automobile control bus at regular time, and reports the monitoring conditions to the cloud server.
According to the invention, by utilizing the smart phone, the vehicle-mounted near field communication module, the cloud server, the authority management module, the service control module, the vehicle control bus and the value-added service module, simple and convenient management and customization functions of the intelligent automobile value-added service are provided, the threshold for using the intelligent automobile value-added service is reduced, and thus the driving experience of the intelligent automobile is improved.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) by utilizing the near field communication technology, the smart phone with the near field communication function can be matched with the authority management module, and value-added services can be used at any time and any place as required in the process of using the automobile.
(2) The authority management module meets the customization requirements of users on the value-added services, and can customize the value-added services with multiple dimensions such as time, place, automobile conditions and the like according to the wishes of the users.
(3) The cloud technology and the identity authentication mechanism are utilized, and the same vehicle can be started or closed according to the identity of the user by matching with the authority management module.

the user authority maintenance unit is used for maintaining automobile value-added service authority according to the identity authentication information provided by the identity verification unit, the information stored in the local database and the synchronization information of the authority synchronization unit, wherein the automobile value-added service authority maintenance comprises but is not limited to automobile value-added service authority change inquiry and automobile value-added service authority change decision;
the permission changing unit is used for sending an automobile value-added service changing instruction to the value-added service control module after the user permission maintaining unit makes an automobile value-added service permission changing decision;
the near field information unit is connected with the vehicle-mounted near field communication module, the authentication unit and the permission synchronization unit are connected with the cloud server, the input end of the authentication unit is connected with the output end of the near field information unit, the output end of the authentication unit is connected with the input end of the user permission maintenance unit, the output end of the user permission maintenance unit is connected with the input end of the permission change unit, the output end of the permission change unit is connected with the input end of the service control module, and the user permission maintenance unit is further connected with the permission synchronization unit and the permission local database respectively.

the authority management module performs automobile value-added service authority centralized control according to the interactive information of the automobile and the smart phone and the interactive information of the automobile and the cloud server, wherein the automobile value-added service authority centralized control includes but is not limited to user identity verification, authority of the user for using the automobile value-added service is identified, the automobile value-added service authority is synchronized with the cloud server, automobile value-added service authority change inquiry and change decision are performed, mapping relation between the user and the automobile value-added service used by the user is stored, and an automobile value-added service change instruction is generated, wherein the automobile value-added service change instruction includes but is not limited to a new increase instruction, a change instruction, a delete instruction, an open instruction and a close instruction of the automobile value-added service, the authority of the user for using the automobile value-added service includes but is not limited to automobile value-, The method is suitable for vehicle types and effective time; the authority for identifying the automobile value-added service owned by the user comprises the steps of comparing the environment of the automobile at the using moment with the using range of the value-added service owned by the user to obtain the effective using value-added service authority of the automobile;

the authority management module also starts and closes the automobile value-added service at any time and any place through the automobile value-added service change instruction in cooperation with the vehicle-mounted near field communication module;
the authority management module is connected with a cloud server to perform user identity authentication when performing user identity authentication; the mapping relation between the storage user and the automobile value-added service used by the user comprises the mapping relation between the local storage user and the value-added service used by the user and the mapping relation between the user and the value-added service authority range of the user;

the smart phone encrypts the user identity authentication information by adopting an encryption algorithm according to the generated key K to form a ciphertext, and sends the ciphertext together with the first shaping number N1 and the second shaping number N2 to the vehicle-mounted near field communication module;
the vehicle-mounted near field communication module generates a decryption key K 'according to N1 and N2 by adopting the same algorithm as the smart phone, wherein K' is K;
and the vehicle-mounted near field communication module decrypts the user identity authentication information from the ciphertext according to the decryption key K', and sends the user identity authentication information to the authority management module.
