Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
Laundry treating apparatuses according to some embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 17.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a laundry treating apparatus 100 comprising a cabinet 1, an outer tub 2, an outer door 3, an inner door 4, and a link mechanism 5, the cabinet 1 being provided with a front end opening to which a door body is fitted; the outer cylinder 2 is arranged in the box body 1, and a clothes input opening 202 is arranged on the outer cylinder 2 corresponding to the position of the front end opening; the outer door 3 is rotatably arranged on the box body 1 to close the front end opening; the inner door 4 is rotatably arranged on the outer cylinder 2; the link mechanism 5 is movably provided on a side of the outer door 3 facing the outer tub 2, and the link mechanism 5 may abut against the inner door 4 to move the inner door 4 toward the outer tub 2 to seal the laundry input opening 202.
As shown in fig. 1 to 16, the laundry treating apparatus 100 according to the present invention includes a cabinet 1, an outer tub 2, an outer door 3, an inner door 4, and a link mechanism 5, wherein a front opening for assembling a door body is provided on the cabinet 1, the outer tub 2 is provided in the cabinet 1, and a laundry input port 202 is provided on the outer tub 2 at a position opposite to the front opening, that is, the front opening corresponds to the laundry input port 202, and when a user inputs laundry, the laundry enters the inner portion of the outer tub 2 through the front opening and the laundry input port 202 in sequence. The outer door 3 is rotatably provided on the case 1, and the outer door 3 is used to close the front end opening. Preferably, the outer door 3 may be rotatably coupled to the cabinet 1 by a first hinge. An inner door 4 is rotatably provided on the outer tub 2, and the inner door 4 is used to seal the laundry input opening 202. Preferably, the inner door 4 is rotatably coupled to the outer tub 2 by a second hinge. The link mechanism 5 is movably arranged on one side, facing the outer barrel 2, of the outer door 3, the link mechanism 5 can be abutted to the inner door 4, acting force is transmitted to the inner door 4 through the link mechanism 5, the inner door 4 moves towards the outer barrel 2, and then the sealing of the clothes throwing-in opening 202 is achieved. According to the invention, the link mechanism 5 is movably arranged on the outer door 3, when a user puts clothes to be treated into the outer barrel 2, the user pushes the outer door 3 to enable the link mechanism 5 to abut against the inner door 4, and further pushes the inner door 4 to move towards the outer barrel 2, after the inner door 4 is hermetically connected with the outer barrel 2, a part in the link mechanism 5, which is in contact with the inner door 4, is reset to be separated from the inner door 4, and further when the clothes treatment equipment 100 is in a working state, the inner door 4 is connected with the outer barrel 2, so that vibration in the clothes treatment equipment 100 is prevented from being transmitted to the outer door 3 and the box body 1, the vibration reduction effect of the clothes treatment equipment 100 is effectively improved, and the working noise of the clothes treatment equipment 100 is reduced.
The linkage 5 is conceivably a telescopic linkage. Specifically, when a user puts clothes to be treated into the outer barrel 2, the link mechanism 5 extends from the outer door 3, when the user pushes the outer door 3, the link mechanism 5 abuts against the inner door 4, and after the inner door 4 is hermetically connected with the outer barrel 2, the link mechanism 5 is controlled to contract and reset, so that the closed connection between the outer door 3 and the box body 1 is realized. When the laundry treating apparatus 100 is in the operating state, there is no connection or interference between the outer door 3 and the inner door 4, so that the vibration inside the laundry treating apparatus 100 can be effectively prevented from being transmitted to the outer door 3 and the cabinet 1, the vibration damping effect of the laundry treating apparatus 100 is effectively improved, and the operating noise of the laundry treating apparatus 100 is reduced.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the laundry treating apparatus 100 further includes a receiving chamber 302, a lever port and a pressing plate port 304, the receiving chamber 302 is disposed on the outer door 3, and at least a portion of the link mechanism 5 is located in the receiving chamber 302; the pressure lever opening is arranged on one side of the outer door 3 facing the inner door 4; the pressing plate opening 304 is arranged on the outer door 3 adjacent to the pressing rod opening; the link mechanism 5 specifically comprises a pressure lever 501, a connecting assembly and a pressure plate 502, wherein the pressure lever 501 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 302 and can penetrate through a pressure lever opening to extend out of the outer door 3; the connecting assembly is arranged in the accommodating cavity 302 and one end of the connecting assembly is connected with the pressing rod 501; the pressing plate 502 is disposed in the accommodating cavity 302 and connected to the other end of the connecting assembly, and when the pressing rod 501 presses against the box body 1, the connecting assembly drives the pressing plate 502 to turn over in the pressing plate opening 304 so that the pressing plate 502 abuts against the inner door 4.
As shown in fig. 2 to 16, in this embodiment, the laundry treating apparatus 100 further includes a receiving chamber 302, a lever port and a pressing plate port 304, wherein the receiving chamber 302 is provided on the outer door 3, and at least a part of the link mechanism 5 is located in the receiving chamber 302. The pressure lever opening is arranged on one side of the outer door 3 facing the inner door 4. The platen opening 304 is provided on the outer door 3 adjacent to the platen opening. Preferably, a predetermined distance is provided between the platen port 304 and the strut port. The link mechanism 5 specifically includes a pressing rod 501, a connecting assembly, and a pressing plate 502, wherein the pressing rod 501 is disposed in the accommodating cavity 302 and can extend out of the outer door 3 through a pressing rod opening. Specifically, the pressing lever 501 protrudes from the outer door 3 when the outer door 3 is in the open state. Coupling assembling sets up in holding chamber 302, and coupling assembling's one end is connected with depression bar 501. The pressing plate 502 is disposed in the accommodating cavity 302 and connected to the other end of the connecting assembly. When a user puts clothes to be processed into the outer barrel 2, in the process that the user pushes the outer door 3, the pressing rod 501 protruding out of the outer door 3 abuts against the box body 1 firstly, the acting force received by the pressing rod 501 is transmitted to the pressing plate 502 through the connecting component, and the pressing plate 502 turns over in the pressing plate opening 304, turns over from the initial position to the opening position and abuts against and presses the inner door 4. The initial position of the pressing plate 502 refers to a position where the pressing plate 502 is not subjected to the acting force transmitted by the connecting assembly, and at this time, the pressing plate 502 is separated from the inner door 4; the open position of the pressing plate 502 refers to a position where the pressing plate 502 is turned over and pressed against the inner door 4 by the force transmitted from the pressing rod 501 through the connecting component. As the user further pushes the outer door 3, the acting force is transmitted to the inner door 4 through the pressing rod 501, the connecting assembly and the pressing plate 502, so that the inner door 4 moves towards the outer barrel 2, and the sealing connection between the inner door 4 and the outer barrel 2 is ensured.
In an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the connecting assembly further includes a sliding portion 503, a fitting portion 504 and a boss 506, wherein the sliding portion 503 is slidably disposed in the accommodating cavity 302 and connected to the pressure plate 502; the engaging portion 504 is provided on the sliding portion 503 with respect to the pressing lever 501, and a guide stand 505 is provided on the engaging portion 504 on a side facing the pressing lever 501; the boss 506 is arranged at the bottom of the pressure lever 501; when the pressing rod 501 presses against the box body 1, the boss 506 moves along the guide table 505 and pushes the sliding portion 503 and the matching portion 504 to move towards the pressing plate 502, so that the pressing plate 502 is turned over and presses against the inner door 4.
As shown in fig. 2 to 16, in this embodiment, the connecting assembly further includes a sliding portion 503, a matching portion 504 and a boss 506, wherein the sliding portion 503 is slidably disposed in the receiving cavity 302 and connected to the pressing plate 502. Preferably, the sliding portion 503 is rotatably connected to the pressing plate 502. The engaging portion 504 is provided on the sliding portion 503 with respect to the pressing lever 501, and the engaging portion 504 is provided with a guide table 505 on a side facing the pressing lever 501. Specifically, the guide table 505 extends along the free end of the fitting portion 504 toward the junction of the fitting portion 504 and the sliding portion 503, and the guide portion extends in a direction away from the platen 502. The bottom of depression bar 501 is equipped with boss 506, when the user throws pending clothing into urceolus 2 in, in the in-process that the user promoted outer door 3, the depression bar 501 that the protrusion outer door 3 set up leans on box 1 earlier, boss 506 moves and promotes the direction motion of sliding part 503 and cooperation portion 504 towards clamp plate 502 along guide table 505 this moment, and then drive clamp plate 502 and overturn in clamp plate mouth 304 so that clamp plate 502 switches over to the open position from the initial position and supports and press on inner door 4, so that inner door 4 moves towards urceolus 2, ensure the sealing connection between inner door 4 and urceolus 2, simple structure and cost are lower.
Conceivably, the outer surface of the guide table 505 is a curved surface, and the outer surface of the boss 506 is a curved surface, so that when the boss 506 moves on the guide table 505, hard friction between the boss and the guide table is avoided, and the service life of each component is prevented from being influenced.
In an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the connecting assembly further includes a mounting seat 507 and a pressing rod slot 508, the mounting seat 507 is connected with the outer door 3 and is located in the accommodating cavity 302; the pressing rod groove 508 is arranged on the mounting seat 507 along the thickness direction of the outer door 3, an avoiding opening 509 is arranged on the groove wall of the pressing rod groove 508, a first elastic part 510 is arranged at the bottom of the pressing rod groove 508, the pressing rod 501 is arranged on the first elastic part 510 in a pressing mode and is located in the pressing rod groove 508, the boss 506 penetrates through the avoiding opening 509, extends out of the pressing rod groove 508 and can move along the guide table 505, and the sliding portion 503 is arranged on the mounting seat 507 in a sliding mode.
As shown in fig. 12 to 16, in this embodiment, the connecting assembly further includes a mounting seat 507 and a strut groove 508, the mounting seat 507 is connected with the outer door 3, and the mounting seat 507 is used for placing other components in the connecting assembly. The pressing rod groove 508 is arranged on the mounting seat 507 along the thickness direction of the outer door 3, namely the pressing rod groove 508 is arranged on the mounting seat 507 along the moving direction of the pressing rod 501, the pressing rod 501 is positioned in the pressing rod groove 508, and when the pressing rod 501 presses against the box body 1, the pressing rod groove 508 can prevent the pressing rod 501 from deforming, so that the position stability of the pressing rod 501 is ensured.
Further, a first elastic member 510 is disposed at the bottom of the pressing bar slot 508, the pressing bar 501 is pressed on the first elastic member 510 and located in the pressing bar slot 508, and the first elastic member 510 ensures that the pressing bar 501 can pass through the pressing bar opening and protrude out of the outer door 3. Preferably, the first elastic member 510 is a spring.
An avoiding opening 509 is formed in a groove wall of the pressing rod groove 508 on the side facing the fitting portion 504, a boss 506 on the pressing rod 501 can extend out of the pressing rod groove 508 through the avoiding opening 509 to move along the guide table 505, and the sliding portion 503 is slidably disposed on the mounting seat 507. Specifically, when a user puts clothes to be treated into the outer barrel 2, in the process that the user pushes the outer door 3, the pressing rod 501 protruding out of the outer door 3 abuts against the box body 1 first, at this time, the boss 506 moves along the guide table 505 and pushes the sliding portion 503 and the matching portion 504 to move towards the direction of the pressing plate 502, and then the pressing plate 502 is driven to turn over in the pressing plate opening 304 so that the pressing plate 502 is switched from the initial position to the opening position and abuts against the inner door 4, so that the inner door 4 moves towards the outer barrel 2, the sealing connection between the inner door 4 and the outer barrel 2 is ensured, and the structure is simple and the cost is low.
In an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the connection assembly further includes a limiting portion 511 and a second elastic member 512, the limiting portion 511 is disposed on the mounting seat 507; the second elastic element 512 is arranged on the mounting seat 507 and is positioned between the limiting part 511 and the sliding part 503; the guide table 505 includes a first guide surface 5051 and a second guide surface 5052 disposed opposite to each other, and when the boss 506 moves from the first guide surface 5051 to the second guide surface 5052, the second elastic member 512 drives the sliding portion 503 to move in a direction away from the pressure plate 502 to swing the pressure plate 502 back and separate from the inner door 4.
As shown in fig. 2 to 16, in this embodiment, the connecting assembly further includes a limiting portion 511 and a second elastic member 512, the limiting portion 511 is disposed on the mounting seat 507, and the second elastic member 512 is disposed between the limiting portion 511 and the sliding portion 503 in a compressing manner. The guide table 505 comprises a first guide surface 5051 and a second guide surface 5052 which are oppositely arranged, when the pressing rod 501 abuts against the box body 1, the boss 506 at the bottom of the pressing rod 501 slides along the first guide surface 5051 and pushes the sliding part 503 and the matching part 504 to move towards the direction of the pressing plate 502, and then the pressing plate 502 is driven to turn over in the pressing plate opening 304, so that the pressing plate 502 is switched from the initial position to the opening position and abuts against the inner door 4, and the inner door 4 moves towards the outer barrel 2; when the boss 506 moves from the first guide surface 5051 to the second guide surface 5052, the second elastic element 512 located between the limiting portion 511 and the sliding portion 503 extends and drives the sliding portion 503 and the matching portion 504 to move towards a direction away from the pressing plate 502, and at this time, the pressing plate 502 turns back to the initial position from the open position in the pressing plate opening 304, so that the pressing plate 502 is separated from the inner door 4, and it is ensured that the inner door 4 is connected with the outer tub 2 when the laundry treating apparatus 100 is in the working state, thereby preventing vibration inside the laundry treating apparatus 100 from being transmitted to the outer door 3 and the cabinet 1, effectively improving the vibration reduction effect of the laundry treating apparatus 100, and reducing the working noise of the laundry treating apparatus 100. When the laundry treating apparatus 100 is in a non-operating state, when the outer door 3 is opened, and the boss 506 moves along the second guide surface 5052 by the first elastic member 510, so that the pressing lever 501 protrudes out of the outer door 3 through the pressing lever opening. Conceivably, the second elastic member 512 is a spring.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the connecting assembly further includes a lever 513, one end of the lever 513 is rotatably connected to the sliding portion 503, and the other end thereof is rotatably connected to the pressing plate 502.
As shown in fig. 2 to 16, in this embodiment, the connecting assembly further includes a linkage 513, one end of the linkage 513 is rotatably connected to the sliding portion 503, and the other end of the linkage 513 is rotatably connected to the pressing plate 502, when the sliding portion 503 moves towards the pressing plate 502 under the action of the pressing rod 501, the linkage 513 can transmit the action to the pressing plate 502, and the pressing plate 502 is turned inside the pressing plate opening 304, so that the pressing plate 502 is turned from the initial position to the open position, and the pressing plate 502 is ensured to be pressed against the inner door 4, thereby achieving the sealing connection between the inner door 4 and the outer barrel 2.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the connection assembly further includes a guide rail 514, the guide rail 514 is disposed on the mounting seat 507, and the sliding part 503 is slidably disposed on the guide rail 514.
As shown in fig. 7, in this embodiment, the connecting assembly further includes a guide rail 514, the guide rail 514 is disposed on the mounting seat 507, the sliding portion 503 is slidably disposed on the guide rail 514, and by disposing the guide rail 514 so that the sliding portion 503 moves relative to the mounting seat 507, hard friction between the sliding portion 503 and the mounting seat 507 is avoided, so that the acting force applied to the pressing rod 501 is quickly and accurately transmitted to the pressing plate 502, and loss of the acting force during transmission is avoided.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the plunger 501 and the boss 506 are preferably a one-piece structure.
In this embodiment, the pressing rod 501 and the boss 506 arranged at the bottom of the pressing rod 501 are of an integrated structure, so that on one hand, the connection strength between the pressing rod 501 and the boss 506 is ensured, on the other hand, the production and processing difficulty of the pressing rod 501 and the boss 506 is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the sliding portion 503 and the fitting portion 504 are preferably a one-piece structure.
In this embodiment, the sliding portion 503 and the mating portion 504 are of an integrated structure, which not only ensures the connection strength between the sliding portion 503 and the mating portion 504, but also reduces the difficulty in manufacturing the sliding portion 503 and the mating portion 504, thereby improving the production efficiency.
In one embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the mounting seat 507, the pressing bar groove 508 and the stopper 511 are of an integral structure.
In this embodiment, the mounting seat 507, the pressing bar groove 508 and the limiting portion 511 are of an integrated structure, so that on one hand, the connection strength among the mounting seat 507, the pressing bar groove 508 and the limiting portion 511 is ensured, on the other hand, the production and processing difficulty of the mounting seat 507, the pressing bar groove 508 and the limiting portion 511 is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the laundry treating apparatus 100 further includes an outer door hook 602 and an outer door lock 604, the outer door hook 602 is provided on a side of the outer door 3 facing the tub 2; an outer door lock 604 is provided on the cabinet 1 corresponding to the outer door hook 602, and the outer door lock 604 cooperates with the outer door hook 602 to close the front opening of the outer door 3.
As shown in fig. 17, in this embodiment, an outer door hook 602 is provided on the outer door 3 on a side facing the outer tub 2, and an outer door lock 604 corresponding to the outer door hook 602 is provided on the cabinet 1, so that when the outer door lock 604 is engaged with the outer door hook 602, a closing effect of the outer door 3 with respect to the front end opening is effectively ensured, and when the laundry treating apparatus 100 is in an operating state, the outer door 3 is prevented from being opened to cause a safety accident.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the laundry treating apparatus 100 further includes: the inner door hook 702 is arranged on the side of the inner door 4 facing away from the outer door 3; an inner door lock 704 is provided on the outer tub 2 corresponding to the inner door hook 702, and the inner door lock 704 is engaged with the inner door hook 702 such that the inner door 4 seals the laundry input port 202.
As shown in fig. 17, in this embodiment, an inner door hook 702 is provided on the side of the inner door 4 facing away from the outer door 3, and an inner door lock 704 is provided on the outer tub 2 at a position corresponding to the inner door hook 702, so that the sealing performance of the inner door 4 with respect to the outer tub 2 can be ensured when the inner door lock 704 is engaged with the inner door hook 702.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the laundry treating apparatus 100 further includes a switch 8 provided on the cabinet 1, the switch 8 being connected with the outer door lock 604 and the inner door lock 704.
As shown in fig. 17, in this embodiment, the laundry treating apparatus 100 further includes a switch 8, and the switch 8 is disposed on the cabinet 1, the switch 8 is connected to the outer door lock 604 and the inner door lock 704, respectively, and the switch 8 can independently control the opening of the outer door lock 604 and the inner door lock 704. When the user needs to open the outer door 3 and the inner door 4 to take the clothes after the clothes treating apparatus 100 finishes the treating process, the switch 8 first controls the outer door lock 604 to open so that the outer door 3 is opened, and then controls the inner door lock 704 to open so that the inner door 4 is opened.
It is conceivable that the switch member 8 is a switch button, and that the button is connected to the outer door lock 604 and the inner door lock 704 by a cord.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the laundry treating apparatus 100 further includes a sealing member provided on the tub 2 at the laundry input port 202 to hermetically connect the inner door 4 and the tub 2.
In this embodiment, the laundry treating apparatus 100 further includes a sealing member provided on the tub 2 at the laundry input port 202, which ensures sealing performance between the inner door 4 and the tub 2 when the inner door is connected to the tub, effectively ensuring that laundry and/or washing water inside the laundry treating apparatus 100 does not leak when the laundry treating apparatus 100 is in an operating state.
Furthermore, the sealing element is a sealing ring, so that the production cost is low. In addition, because simple sealing washer can satisfy the sealed demand between interior door 4 and urceolus 2, need not to set up the seal structure that has the multilayer fold among the correlation technique, and then can solve the problem that seal structure department hides dirty and receives the dirt among the correlation technique, avoids the dirt to arouse the secondary pollution of clothing.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the laundry treating apparatus 100 further includes a mounting opening provided on the tub 2 with respect to the laundry input opening 202, an inner tub 9, and a driving assembly 10; the inner barrel 9 is arranged in the outer barrel 2; the driving assembly 10 is connected with the inner barrel 9 through the mounting opening, and the driving assembly 10 can drive the inner barrel 9 to rotate relative to the outer barrel 2.
As shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, the laundry treating apparatus 100 further includes a mounting port provided on the tub 2 with respect to the laundry input port 202, an inner tub 9, and a driving assembly 10; the inner barrel 9 is arranged in the outer barrel 2; the driving assembly 10 is connected with the inner barrel 9 after passing through the mounting opening, and the inner barrel 9 rotates relative to the outer barrel 2, the outer door 3 and the box body 1 under the driving of the driving assembly 10, wherein the outer barrel 2 is used for supporting the driving assembly 10.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the laundry treating apparatus 100 is a washing machine. Further, the laundry treating apparatus 100 is a drum washing machine.
In the present invention, the term "plurality" means two or more unless explicitly defined otherwise. The terms "mounted," "connected," "fixed," and the like are to be construed broadly, and for example, "connected" may be a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; "connected" may be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
In the description herein, the description of the terms "one embodiment," "some embodiments," "specific embodiments," etc., means that a particular feature, structure, material, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment or example is included in at least one embodiment or example of the invention. Claims (9)

1. A laundry treating apparatus (100), characterized in that the laundry treating apparatus (100) comprises:
