Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the present invention, unless specified to the contrary, use of the terms of orientation such as "upper, lower, top, bottom" or the like are generally described with respect to the orientation shown in the drawings or the positional relationship of the components with respect to each other in the vertical, or gravitational direction.
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
The present invention first provides a door assembly of a laundry treating apparatus, and referring to fig. 2, the door assembly includes an outer door 1 provided with an outer door pivot 11 and an inner door 2 provided with an inner door pivot 21.
Accordingly, the present invention provides a laundry treating apparatus, and referring to fig. 1, 2, 17 to 19, the laundry treating apparatus includes a drum assembly 5 and a door body assembly, an inner door 2 of the door body assembly being pivotally connected to a front end of the drum assembly 5 and serving to seal a front end opening of the drum assembly 5, and an outer door 1 being pivotally connected to a front sealing door 6 of the laundry treating apparatus and serving to cover the inner door 2. The clothes treatment equipment can be a washing machine, a dryer or a washing and drying integrated machine and the like.
In the technical scheme, the inner door 2 is pivotally connected with the front end of the drum assembly 5 through the inner door pivot part 21, and the outer door 1 is pivotally connected to the front sealing door 6 through the outer door pivot part 11, so that the inner door 2 and the outer door 1 are relatively independent, and thus, in the process of processing clothes (such as washing, spin-drying or drying) by the clothes processing equipment, the operation kinetic energy of the drum assembly 5 can be transmitted to the inner door 2 but not to the outer door 1, and thus, the outer door 1 cannot move up and down and left and right in the front sealing door 6 along with the rotation of the inner cylinder in the drum assembly 5, the situation that a hand is clamped due to the relative displacement between the outer door 1 and the front sealing door 6 can be avoided, the safety factor of a user during use is improved, and the use experience of the user is improved. In addition, because the outer door 1 can not move up and down and left and right along with the rotation of the inner cylinder, a rubber sealing ring is not required to be arranged at the front end of the roller component 5 for damping. Wherein, the front sealing door 6 is provided with an opening communicated with the front end opening of the roller component 5.
Further, in fig. 17 to 19, the roller assembly 5 includes an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder, a retaining ring 51 is connected to a front end of the outer cylinder, the inner door 2 is provided with a circumferential sealing ring 22, and the retaining ring 51 and the circumferential sealing ring 22 form a circumferential sealing pressure joint in a closed state of the inner door 2. So set up, replace original rubber seal for retaining ring 51 (like metal retaining ring etc.), because retaining ring 51 is difficult moldy, also is difficult for sending unpleasant peculiar smell, can bring better use for the user and experience. And when original rubber seal goes mildy or sends the peculiar smell, replace rubber seal usually in order to make the user have better use to experience, consequently, in this technical scheme, adopt retaining ring 51 to replace original rubber seal, can also reduce this clothing treatment facility's maintenance and cost of overhaul by a wide margin.

In addition, in order to enable the push rod body 412 to be smoothly extended or contracted, the push rod guide column 412A includes a first guide column and a second guide column, and the first guide column and the second guide column should be respectively disposed at both sides of the push rod stopper 412C and both extend in the moving direction of the outer door push rod 41.
Optionally, the outer door push rod assembly 4 includes a push rod slide rail 42 fixedly disposed on the outer door 1 along the moving direction of the outer door push rod 41, the motor connector 413 and the push rod body 412 are respectively in sliding fit with the push rod slide rail 42, and the motor connector 413 is formed with a motor connection groove 413B extending along the vertical direction of the moving direction of the outer door push rod 41, the push rod driving motor 43 is an eccentric motor, and a motor output shaft 431 eccentrically disposed on the push rod driving motor 43 reciprocates in the motor connection groove 413B to drive the motor connector 413 to slide along the push rod slide rail 42 in a reciprocating manner, referring to fig. 9 to 15. If the push rod sliding rail 42 slides horizontally, the motor connecting groove 413B extends vertically, and the push rod driving motor 43 is fixed. Of course, there are various transmission structures for converting the rotational kinetic energy of the push rod driving motor 43 into the linear reciprocating kinetic energy of the outer door push rod 41, which are not illustrated herein.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 to 5, the outer door push rod assembly 4 is disposed on the outer door inner panel surface of the outer door 1, the outer door push rod 41 is horizontally disposed and linearly moves parallel to the outer door inner panel surface, and the inner door groove 311 of the inner door hook assembly 3 is a through groove extending in the moving direction of the outer door push rod 41. When the door body assembly is in a closed state, the outer door 1 and the inner door 2 are parallel, that is, the central axis of the outer door 1 is parallel to the central axis of the inner door 2, the outer door push rod 41 can horizontally extend rightwards into the inner door slot 311, and the outer door push rod 41 can also horizontally move leftwards to be separated from the inner door slot 311; the outer door 1 may be cylindrical or rectangular, and the inner door 2 may be cylindrical or rectangular, as long as the outer door 1 can cover the inner door 2 when the door body assembly is in the closed state. In addition, the outer door push rod 41 may be vertically disposed, and the inner door slot 311 is a through slot extending along the moving direction of the outer door push rod 41, so that the outer door push rod 41 may extend into the inner door slot 311 from top to bottom or from bottom to top, but not limited thereto. Alternatively, in order to provide the door hook holder 31 with high mechanical strength and operational reliability, the length of the inner door slot 311 in the door hook holder 31 should be not less than 15mm and not more than 25mm in the moving direction of the outer door push rod 41.
In a specific embodiment of the door body assembly, referring to fig. 2 to 5, the front and rear side walls of the inner door slot 311 are formed with abutment arc surfaces 311A protruding toward each other, the push rod body 412 is formed with abutment planes, in the process of opening or closing the door body assembly, the push rod body 412 is penetrated into the inner door slot 311, and the abutting plane slides along the corresponding abutting arc surface 311A, so that, in the opening process of the door body assembly, the front abutting plane of the push rod body 412 on the front side wall abuts against the front abutting cambered surface on the front side wall in the inner door slot 311, the front abutting cambered surface slides leftwards along the front abutting plane, and in the process that the door body assembly is closed, the rear abutting plane of the push rod body 412 on the rear side wall is abutted with the rear abutting arc surface of the inner door slot 311 on the rear side wall, and the rear abutting arc surface slides rightwards along the rear abutting plane. Specifically, since the inner door 2 is pivotally connected to the roller assembly 5, the outer door 1 is pivotally connected to the front sealing door 6, and the inner door 2 can be pivotally opened along with the outer door 1 under the action of the door bolting assembly, so that, in the process of gradually opening the door assembly, the pivoting angle of the inner door 2 should be greater than the pivoting angle of the outer door 1, that is, the pivoting angle of the door hook seat 31 fixedly disposed on the inner door 2 is greater than the pivoting angle of the outer door push rod 41, therefore, by forming the abutting arc 311A on the front and rear side walls of the inner door slot 311, and the abutting arc 311A can slide along the corresponding abutting plane, in the process of opening and closing the door assembly, the inner door slot 311 can smoothly make reciprocating sliding movement along the push rod body 412 by point-surface contact or line-surface contact (that is, non-surface contact), so as to avoid the outer door push rod 41, the door body assembly is favorably and smoothly opened and closed. The abutting plane of the outer door push rod 41 may be a complete plane, or a plane provided with a plurality of through holes (as shown in fig. 9), and so on, which are not described herein again. Further, in order to avoid the outer door push rod 41 from being stuck in the inner door slot 311 due to the difference in the pivot angles of the inner door 2 and the outer door 1, the slot length of the inner door slot 311 may be set shorter.
Further, the preceding lateral wall of interior door slot 311 is formed with along the circular arc projection of vertical extension, the periphery wall of circular arc projection forms into butt cambered surface 311A, refer to fig. 4 and 5, so, at the in-process that door body unit opened, the preceding butt cambered surface of interior door slot 311 forms the line face contact with the preceding butt plane of push rod body 412, and preceding butt cambered surface slides along preceding butt plane left, like this, compare in preceding butt cambered surface and preceding butt plane formation point face contact (as preceding butt cambered surface is the sphere), set up preceding butt cambered surface and preceding butt plane into the line face contact in this technical scheme, can make preceding butt cambered surface more steadily slide along preceding butt plane, and preceding butt plane's wearing and tearing are also less. Further, when the inner door 2 is biased rearward, the circular arc wall surface of the circular arc boss toward the side of the outer door push rod 41 may also serve as a guide surface for guiding the outer door push rod 41 abutting on the circular arc boss to slide into the inner door groove 311.
In addition, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the rear side wall of the inner door slot 311 is provided with a push rod abutting plane 311B connected to the abutting arc surface 311A and facing the extending end of the push rod body 412 in front of the abutting arc surface 311A, and the push rod abutting plane 311B extends vertically and is perpendicular to the outer door inner panel surface, so that when the inner door 2 is shifted forward, the push rod body 412 can abut against the push rod abutting plane 311B, and the push rod elastic member 414 can be compressed to store energy. When the outer door 1 is pulled, the outer door push rod 41 moves outwards along with the outer door 1, the push rod elastic member 414 is released, and the push rod body 412 can slide outwards along the push rod abutting plane 311B and fall into the inner door groove 311. In order to facilitate the outward sliding of the push rod body 412 along the push rod abutting plane 311B, the push rod abutting plane 311B is perpendicular to the inner panel surface of the outer door.
To reduce the influence of the staying position of the inner door hook assembly 3 on the positioning and extending of the outer door push rod 41, referring to fig. 5, the inner door slot 311 is an open slot (e.g. having a top end opening or a bottom end opening), and the front and rear slot widths of the inner door slot 311 should be larger than the thickness of the extending end of the push rod body 412. Here, the front and rear groove widths of the inner door groove 311 may be set to not less than 10mm and not more than 25mm, without being limited thereto. In addition, in order to facilitate the extension of the outer door push rod 41 into the inner door slot 311, the end of the outer door push rod 41 extending into the inner door slot 311 is wedge-shaped.
