FIG. 10 is an exploded schematic view of a seat panel assembly in a seat structure for a rail vehicle provided in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 14 is a schematic structural view of a first cushion member in a seat structure for a railway vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 15 is a schematic structural view of a second cushion member in a seat structure for a railway vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 10, 14 and 15, as an alternative, the seat structure for a railway vehicle according to the present embodiment further includes a reinforcement plate assembly 70, a first cushion member 80, a second cushion member 90 and a sound-absorbing panel 100 for sound absorption, wherein the reinforcement plate assembly 70 is disposed at both ends of the seat panel 10, the sound-absorbing panel 100 is disposed at a rear surface of the second support frame 603, the first cushion member 80 is connected to an upper end of the seat panel 10, the first cushion member 80 is configured to close a gap between an upper portion of the seat panel 10 and an inner side wall 110 of a vehicle body, the second cushion member 90 is connected to a lower end of the seat panel 10, and the second cushion member 90 is configured to close a gap between a lower end of the seat panel 10 and the under-seat cover 50.
Further, in the seat structure for the railway vehicle according to the present embodiment, the reinforcement plate assembly 70 is connected to the second support bracket 603, and the reinforcement plate assembly 70 is used to close the end of the seat panel 10.
In a specific implementation, the stiffener assembly 70 includes a closing plate 701, a first connecting plate 702 and a second connecting plate 703, the closing plate 701 is used to close the end of the seat panel 10, the edge of one side of the closing plate 701 matches and connects with the side edge of the seat panel 10, the edge of the other side of the closing plate 701 abuts against the inner side wall 110, and the edge of the third side of the closing plate 701 is located below the seat lower cover plate 50. The first connecting plate 702 and the second connecting plate 703 are vertically connected to the closing plate 701, the first connecting plate 702 is connected to the backrest portion of the second support frame 603 supporting the seat panel 10, the second connecting plate 703 is connected to the seat portion of the second support frame 603 supporting the seat panel 10, and the second support frames 603 at both ends of the seat panel 10 are connected to the first connecting plate 702 and the second connecting plate 703. By providing the reinforcement plate assembly 70, the side edge of the reinforcement plate assembly 70 is connected to the side edge of the seat panel 10, shielding the end of the seat panel assembly and the end of the seat frame 30, making the seat attractive in appearance and having a wind blocking function, and the seat does not need to be additionally provided with a wind blocking plate 120, reducing the number of mounting parts of the vehicle and reducing the weight of the seat.
Optionally, the reinforcing plate assembly 70 is made of 6082-T6 aluminum plate, the reinforcing plate assembly 70 plays a role in reinforcing the strength of the armrests on the two sides of the seat, and the weight of each reinforcing plate assembly 70 is 1.4-1.6 kg.
The sound-absorbing panel 100 is made of sound-absorbing cotton, and the sound-absorbing panel 100 is located on the back surface of the second support frame 603, that is, the sound-absorbing panel 100 is provided on both the back surface of the seat portion and the back surface of the backrest portion of the seat panel 10 supported by the second support frame 603, so that the sound generated when a passenger sits on and backs on the seat panel 10 is eliminated by the sound-absorbing panel 100. In concrete implementation, the sound-absorbing panel 100 is bonded to the second support bracket 603 to support the back surface of the seat portion and the back surface of the backrest portion of the seat panel 10.
In some embodiments, the first cushion 80 includes a first clamping portion and a connecting portion connected to the first clamping portion, and optionally, the first clamping portion is U-shaped, the first clamping portion is clamped and adhered to the upper end of the seat panel 10, that is, the upper end of the seat panel 10 is inserted into the first clamping portion, and the connecting portion is in contact with the inner side wall 110 of the vehicle body. The first cushion member 80 fills a gap between the upper end of the seat panel 10 and the inner side wall 110 of the vehicle body, and serves as a cushion.
In one embodiment, the second cushion member 90 is U-shaped and inserted into the second cushion member 90 with the lower end of the seat panel 10, and the second cushion member 90 fills a gap between the lower end of the seat panel 10 and the seat lower cover 50 to perform a cushioning function.
FIG. 16 is a schematic illustration of an installation of a seat structure for a rail vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention;
FIG. 17 is an enlarged view taken at A in FIG. 16; fig. 18 is an enlarged view at B in fig. 16. As shown in fig. 16 to 18, in the seat structure for a railway vehicle provided in the present embodiment, when the seat panel assembly is connected to the seat frame 30, the specific second support frame 603 is connected to all the first support frames 303 through the seventh connecting member 602, and the seat lower cover 50 is connected to the bottoms of the first support frames 303, so that the installation of the seat structure for a railway vehicle is completed. The inner wall 110 of the vehicle body is provided with a C-shaped groove for mounting the seat frame 30, and the fourth connecting member 305 is connected with the C-shaped groove by fasteners such as a slider, a bolt, a nut and the like, so that the whole seat is mounted on the inner wall 110 of the vehicle body.
The seat structure for the rail vehicle provided by the embodiment adopts the seat panel and the seat framework, strengthens the structure of the framework and the seat framework through the reasonable arrangement of the seat panel, enhances the capability of bearing external load of the seat, and improves the strength of the seat. Particularly, the subway station has great advantages on subways with more and more passengers. Through the smaller size of the section of the seat framework, the size of the seat end plate is correspondingly smaller, the weight of the seat is reduced, and the design of wind shield parts is avoided.
The embodiment also provides a railway vehicle, which comprises the seat structure for the railway vehicle provided by the embodiment.
The structure and the working principle of the seat structure for the rail vehicle have been described in detail in the above embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
The rail vehicle that this embodiment provided adopts the seat structure that is used for rail vehicle, adopts seat panel and seat skeleton, strengthens skeleton and seat skeleton's structure through the rational arrangement seat panel, has strengthened the ability that the seat bore external load, has improved seat intensity. Particularly, the subway station has great advantages on subways with more and more passengers. Claims (10)

1. A seat structure for a rail vehicle, comprising: a seat panel assembly, a seat frame and a seat lower cover plate;
the seat framework is connected with the seat panel assembly, the seat framework is used for supporting the seat panel assembly, and the seat lower cover plate is connected to the bottom of the seat framework;
the seat framework comprises a first connecting piece, a second connecting piece and a plurality of first supporting frames, the upper parts of the first supporting frames are connected through the first connecting piece, the lower parts of the first supporting frames are connected through the second connecting piece, and the first supporting frames are all used for being connected with the inner side wall of the vehicle body.
2. The seat structure for a railway vehicle according to claim 1, further comprising a third link, a fourth link, and a fifth link, lower portions of all the first support frames being connected by the third link; the first support frame is connected with the inner side wall of the vehicle body through the fourth connecting piece, and the seat lower cover plate is connected with the bottom of the first support frame through the fifth connecting piece.
3. The seat structure for a railway vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the seat panel assembly comprises a seat panel and a support assembly for supporting the seat panel;
the seat panel has a backrest portion and a seat portion smoothly connected to the backrest portion.
4. The seat structure for a railway vehicle as claimed in claim 3, wherein the support assembly includes a sixth connecting member, a seventh connecting member, and a plurality of second support frames, upper portions of all of the second support frames are connected by the sixth connecting member, all of the second support frames are connected by the seventh connecting member, and all of the second support frames are connected with all of the first support frames by the seventh connecting member.
5. The seat structure for a railway vehicle as claimed in claim 4, wherein the second support bracket is a bent piece, the second support bracket being used to support the seat panel.
6. The seat structure for a railway vehicle as claimed in claim 5, wherein the first support bracket is a bent piece matched with the second support bracket, and the seventh connecting piece is located at the bottom of the second support bracket.
7. The seat structure for a railway vehicle as claimed in claim 4, wherein the support assembly further comprises a plurality of support plates located on the second support bracket, the support plates being connected with a back surface of the seat panel.
8. The seat structure for a railway vehicle as claimed in claim 4, wherein the seat panel assembly further comprises a reinforcement plate assembly, a first cushion member, a second cushion member, and a sound absorbing panel for sound absorption, the reinforcement plate assembly being provided at both ends of the seat panel, the sound absorbing panel being located at a rear surface of the second support frame, the first cushion member being connected to an upper end of the seat panel, the first cushion member being for closing a gap between the upper end of the seat panel and an inner side wall of the vehicle body, the second cushion member being connected to a lower end of the seat panel, the second cushion member being for closing a gap between the lower end of the seat panel and the seat lower cover plate.
9. The seat structure for a railway vehicle as claimed in claim 8, wherein the reinforcement plate assembly is connected with the second support bracket, the reinforcement plate assembly being used to close an end of the seat panel.
10. A rail vehicle, characterized by comprising a seat structure for a rail vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
