Description

一种雾面合成纸
技术领域
本发明涉及一种雾面合成纸,特别是涉及一种印刷表面具备高雾面低光泽特性且合适作为印刷用纸的双轴延伸聚丙烯合成纸。
背景技术
现有技术中的双轴延伸聚丙烯合成纸(以下简称合成纸),为多层叠层结构的合成纸,而具三层叠层结构的合成纸10,如图1所示,由最外层纸面层(A1)、发泡中间层(C1)及最内层纸面层(E1)依序叠置构成,其制作工艺,如图2所示,是使用三台押出机(a1、c1及e1),将各层叠层的配方组成汇流挤入同-T型模头而制成热融态的三层叠层制品。
具五层叠层结构的合成纸15,如图3所示,由最外层纸面层(A2)、上侧树脂层(B2)、发泡中间层(C2)、下侧树脂层(D2)及最内层纸面层(E2)依序叠置构成,其制作工艺,如图4所示,是使用五台押出机(a1、b1、c1、d1及e1),将各层叠层的配方组成汇流挤入同-T型模头而制成热融态的五层叠层制品。
制成的呈热融态的三层或五层叠层制品,经过冷却成型装置20的快速冷却、纵向延伸装置30的倍率2.5~8纵向延伸、横向延伸装置40的倍率5~15横向延伸、电晕处理装置50的高周波处理提升表面张力后,再以卷取机60收取制得的具三层叠层结构的合成纸10或具五层叠层结构的合成纸15。
但是,双轴延伸聚丙烯合成纸的质量,经过近20年来的发展,仍存着合成纸的印刷表面光雾度不均的缺点,以致于尚未达到可以取代天然纸制品的目标。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种雾面合成纸,其特征在于,雾面合成纸为厚度25~300微米的多层叠层结构的双轴延伸聚丙烯合成纸,雾面合成纸包括作为最外层纸面层的一印刷表面层,印刷表面层的光泽度值,根据Tappi T480测量为15-50%,且基于印刷表面层的总重量,其包含以下各成分,且各成分的总和100重量%:(1)聚丙烯0~66重量%;(2)聚乙烯0~30重量%;(3)二氧化钛母粒(30~60%)10~15重量%;(4)碳酸钙母粒(40~70%)10~15重量%;(5)抗氧化剂1~5重量%;(6)雾面粉母粒(10~70%)4~75重量%;(7)热塑性弹性体0~25重量%。
本发明的雾面合成纸,借由配方所能达成的效果,可使本发明的雾面合成纸的印刷表面层形成微粗糙表面,表面雾度高光泽度低,甚至达到印刷表面无凹孔的要求。本发明的雾面合成纸,其打印性极佳,可以直接作为印刷用途外,也可作为涂布型产品的涂布素材使用。
所述雾面粉可以直接添加或以制成母粒(masterbatch,M.B)的形态添加到所述印刷表面层的配方组成中。本发明的雾面合成纸的印刷表面层,以母粒(M.B)的形态添加,可获得较佳的表面雾度高光泽度低的效果。
所述雾面粉可以选自有机型雾面粉或无机型雾面粉。所述有机型雾面粉的主要成分是蜡,可以选自合成蜡或硬脂酸的金属皂等。本发明的雾面合成纸,以添加无机型雾面粉,更能提升其印刷表面层(或其最外层纸面层)的纸面雾度。
所述无机型雾面粉制成母粒(M.B)形态时,包括主要成分二氧化硅(即白炭黑消光剂)、滑石粉及硫酸钡等其它成分;其中,所述二氧化硅可以选用表面经过改质的二氧化硅取代。
所述无机型雾面粉的二氧化硅的粒径,介于4~12μm;所述无机型雾面粉的滑石粉的粒径,介于2~8μm;所述无机型雾面粉的硫酸钡的粒径,介于0.6~2μm。
本发明的雾面合成纸,于其印刷表面层(或最外层纸面层)的配方中添加雾面粉后,雾面粉会促成本发明的雾面合成纸的印刷表面层(或最外层纸面层)的表面(或印刷表面)形成微粗糙表面。当入射光达到微粗糙表面时,光的反射方向会发生改变,藉此产生低光泽表面,达到雾面消光的目的。
所述热塑性弹性体具备低熔点的特性。配方中添加雾面粉及热塑性弹性体后,本发明的雾面合成纸,在制作呈热融态的多层迭层制品的工艺中,借助所述热塑性弹性体的低熔点特性,可以填平其印刷表面层(或最外层纸面层)在制作过程中产生的凹孔缺陷,从而使得本发明的雾面合成纸的印刷表面层形成表面雾度高光泽度低,且达到印刷表面无凹孔及雾度均匀的要求。
更进一步地,印刷表面层的组成,基于印刷表面层的总重量,包含以下各成分,且各成分的总和100重量%:(1)聚丙烯2~65重量%;(2)聚乙烯1~15重量%;(3)二氧化钛母粒(30~60%)10~15重量%;(4)碳酸钙母粒(40~70%)10~15重量%;(5)抗氧化剂1~5重量%;(6)雾面粉母粒(10~70%)8~55重量%;(7)热塑性弹性体5~20重量%。
更进一步地,雾面合成纸为具三层以上的叠层结构的合成纸。
更进一步地,雾面合成纸为具五层以上的叠层结构的合成纸。
更进一步地,雾面粉母粒(10~70%)的主要成分为二氧化硅,其它成分包含滑石粉及硫酸钡。
更进一步地,热塑性弹性体选自熔点在60℃以下的热塑性弹性体。
更进一步地,热塑性弹性体选自苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(TPE-S)、热塑性聚烯烃弹性体(TPO)和热塑性硫化橡胶(TPV)中的一种以上。
所述苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(TPE-S)可选自苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯弹性体(Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene;SBS)或苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯弹性体(Styrene-Ethylene-butylene-Styrene;SEBS)。

具体实施方式
以下是通过特定的具体实例。本发明的雾面合成纸,为厚度25~300μm的多层叠层结构的合成纸,可制成具三层或五层以上的叠层结构。举本发明的雾面合成纸为具三层或五层叠层结构的雾面合成纸为例,其叠层结构,与现有技术中如图1及图3所示的具三层或五层合成纸10或15的叠层结构相同,其制作工艺及制作流程也相同,且都以合成纸的最外层纸面层为印刷表面层。
本发明的雾面合成纸,其印刷表面层(或其最外层纸面层)的配方中,有添加雾面粉或同时添加雾面粉和热塑性弹性体,其印刷表面层(或其最外层纸面层)的光泽度值,根据Tappi T480测量为15-50%,优选为18-46%。
本发明的雾面合成纸,借此配方所能达成的效果,可使本发明的雾面合成纸的印刷表面层形成微粗糙表面,表面雾度高光泽度低,甚至达到印刷表面无凹孔的要求。本发明的雾面合成纸,其打印性极佳,可以直接作为印刷用途外,也可作为涂布型产品的涂布素材使用。
本发明的雾面合成纸,其印刷表面层(或其最外层纸面层)的配方组成,基于印刷表面层(或最外层纸面层)的总重量,包含以下各成分,且各成分的总和100重量%:
(1)聚丙烯0~66重量%;优选为2~65重量%;
(2)聚乙烯0~30重量%;优选为1~15重量%;
(3)二氧化钛母粒(masterbatch,M.B)(30~60%)10~15重量%;
(4)碳酸钙M.B(40~70%)10~15重量%;
(5)抗氧化剂1~5重量%;优选为1~2重量%;为商业上一般使用的抗氧化剂;
(6)雾面粉M.B(10~70%)4~75重量%;优选为8~55重量%;
(7)热塑性弹性体0~25重量%;优选为5~20重量%。
所述雾面粉可以直接添加或以制成母粒(masterbatch,M.B)的形态添加到所述印刷表面层的配方组成中。本发明的雾面合成纸的印刷表面层,以母粒(M.B)的形态添加,可获得较佳的表面雾度高光泽度低的效果。
所述雾面粉可以选自有机型雾面粉或无机型雾面粉。所述有机型雾面粉的主要成分是蜡,可以选自合成蜡或硬脂酸的金属皂等。本发明的雾面合成纸,以添加无机型雾面粉,更能提升其印刷表面层(或其最外层纸面层)的纸面雾度。
所述无机型雾面粉制成母粒(M.B)形态时,包括主要成分二氧化硅(即白炭黑消光剂)、滑石粉及硫酸钡等其它成分;其中,所述二氧化硅可以选用表面经过改质的二氧化硅取代。
所述无机型雾面粉的二氧化硅的粒径,介于4~12μm;所述无机型雾面粉的滑石粉的粒径,介于2~8μm;所述无机型雾面粉的硫酸钡的粒径,介于0.6~2μm。
本发明的雾面合成纸,于其印刷表面层(或最外层纸面层)的配方中添加雾面粉后,雾面粉会促成本发明的雾面合成纸的印刷表面层(或最外层纸面层)的表面(或印刷表面)形成微粗糙表面。当入射光达到微粗糙表面时,光的反射方向会发生改变,借此产生低光泽表面,达到雾面消光的目的。
所述热塑性弹性体具备低熔点的特性。配方中添加雾面粉及热塑性弹性体后,本发明的雾面合成纸,在制作呈热融态的多层叠层制品的工艺中,借助所述热塑性弹性体的低熔点特性,可以填平其印刷表面层(或最外层纸面层)在制作过程中产生的凹孔缺陷,从而使得本发明的雾面合成纸的印刷表面层形成表面雾度高光泽度低,且达到印刷表面无凹孔及雾度均匀的要求。
所述热塑性弹性体(Thermoplastic Elastomer,TPE)优选为含有丙烯且熔点在60℃以下的热塑性弹性体,可以选自苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(Styrenic block copolymers,TPE-S)、热塑性聚烯烃弹性体(Thermoplastic Olefin Elastomer,TPO)或热塑性硫化橡胶(Thermoplastic Vulcanizates,TPV)中的一种以上。
所述苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(TPE-S)可选自苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯弹性体(Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene,SBS)或苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯弹性体(Styrene-Ethylene-butylene-Styrene,SEBS)。

以下列举实施例具体说明本发明的内容及可达成的功效,但本发明并不仅局限于此等实施例。实施例及比较例的各项物性评估,系实行下列方法加以进行:

采用人体视觉目视合成纸的印刷表面层(或最外层纸面层)是否出现凝集物。印刷表面层出现凝集物,代表其组成的分散性不佳,反之,则代表分散性佳。
4.膜面发泡性:
采用人体视觉目视合成纸的印刷表面层(或最外层纸面层)是否有发泡缺陷。
印刷表面层出现发泡,代表印刷表面层的膜面发泡性不佳,反之,则代表膜面发泡性佳。
5.贴轮性:
经过共押后呈热融态的叠层制品,当经过冷却成型装置进行快速冷却时,以目视观察是否会黏贴第一个冷却轮的轮面。
出现黏贴轮面时,代表印刷表面层的贴轮性不佳,反之,则代表贴轮性佳。
6.膜面凹孔:
采用人体视觉目视合成纸的印刷表面层(或最外层纸面层)是否有凹孔缺陷。
【实施例1】
参照表1的原料配方,调配合成纸的印刷表面层的原料,包括雾面粉M.B 8重量%、聚丙烯57重量%、二氧化钛M.B 15重量%、碳酸钙M.B 15重量%及抗氧化剂M.B 5重量%。
参照图2所示的制作工艺,经过三台押出机熔融共押制程后,经由冷却成型装置的快速冷却,在温度15~70℃下成型成三层叠层板片;此板片再经纵向延伸装置在温度155~150℃下进行4倍纵向延伸后,续经横向延伸装置在温度140~200℃下进行8倍横向延伸,之后,经过60kw功率高周波电晕处理提高表面张力,即制得80μm三层共挤压双向延伸合成纸成品。
所制得的合成纸的印刷表面层的物性,测试结果如表1所示。
【实施例2】
参照表1的原料配方,调配合成纸的印刷表面层的原料,包括雾面粉M.B 16重量%、聚丙烯49重量%、二氧化钛M.B 15重量%、碳酸钙M.B 15重量%及抗氧化剂M.B 5重量%。
同实施例1的制法加工,制得80μm三层共挤压双向延伸合成纸成品。
所制得的合成纸的印刷表面层的物性,测试结果如表1所示。
【实施例3】
参照表1的原料配方,调配合成纸的印刷表面层的原料,包括雾面粉M.B 4重量%、聚丙烯61重量%、二氧化钛M.B 15重量%、碳酸钙M.B 15重量%及抗氧化剂M.B 5重量%。
同实施例1的制法加工,制得80μm三层共挤压双向延伸合成纸成品。
所制得的合成纸的印刷表面层的物性,测试结果如表1所示。
【实施例4】
参照表1的原料配方,调配合成纸的印刷表面层的原料,包括雾面粉M.B 15重量%、聚丙烯50重量%、二氧化钛M.B 15重量%、碳酸钙M.B 15重量%及抗氧化剂M.B 5重量%。
同实施例1的制法加工,制得80μm三层共挤压双向延伸合成纸成品。
所制得的合成纸的印刷表面层的物性,测试结果如表1所示。
【实施例5】
参照表1的原料配方,调配合成纸的印刷表面层的原料,包括雾面粉M.B 40重量%、聚丙烯25重量%、二氧化钛M.B 15重量%、碳酸钙M.B 15重量%及抗氧化剂M.B 5重量%。
同实施例1的制法加工,制得厚度80μm三层共挤压双向延伸珠光合成纸成品。
所制得的合成纸的印刷表面层的物性,测试结果如表1所示。
【实施例6】
参照表1的原料配方,调配合成纸的印刷表面层的原料,包括雾面粉M.B 55重量%、聚丙烯10重量%、二氧化钛M.B 15重量%、碳酸钙M.B 15重量%及抗氧化剂M.B 5重量%。
同实施例1的制法加工,制得厚度80μm三层共挤压双向延伸珠光合成纸成品。
所制得的合成纸的印刷表面层的物性,测试结果如表1所示。
【实施例7】
参照表1的原料配方,调配合成纸的印刷表面层的原料,包括雾面粉M.B 55重量%、热塑性弹性体6重量%、聚丙烯4重量%、二氧化钛M.B 15重量%、碳酸钙M.B 15重量%及抗氧化剂M.B 5重量%。
同实施例1的制法加工,制得厚度80μm三层共挤压双向延伸珠光合成纸成品。
所制得的合成纸的印刷表面层的物性,测试结果如表1所示。从表1的结果,显示其贴轮性令人满意,且印刷表面层的(印刷)表面光泽度低雾度高,但仍有些许凹孔出现。
【实施例8】
参照表1的原料配方,调配合成纸的印刷表面层的原料,包括雾面粉M.B 55重量%、热塑性弹性体10重量%、二氧化钛M.B 15重量%、碳酸钙M.B 15重量%及抗氧化剂M.B 5重量%。
同实施例1的制法加工,制得厚度80μm三层共挤压双向延伸珠光合成纸成品。
所制得的合成纸的印刷表面层的物性,测试结果如表1所示。从表1的结果,显示其贴轮性令人满意,且印刷表面层的(印刷)表面不但光泽度低雾度高,且没有凹孔出现。
【比较例1】
参照表1的原料配方,调配合成纸的印刷表面层的原料,但不使用雾面粉及热塑性弹性体,包括聚丙烯65重量%、二氧化钛M.B 15重量%、碳酸钙M.B 15重量%及抗氧化剂M.B 5重量%。
同实施例1的制法加工,制得厚度80μm三层共挤压双向延伸珠光合成纸成品。
所制得的合成纸的印刷表面层的物性,测试结果如表1所示。从表1的结果,显示其贴轮性不佳,且印刷表面层的(印刷)表面不但光泽度偏高雾度低,且有许多凹孔出现。
【比较例2】
参照表1的原料配方,调配合成纸的印刷表面层的原料,但不使用雾面粉及热塑性弹性体,包括聚丙烯45重量%、聚乙烯20重量%、二氧化钛M.B 15重量%、碳酸钙M.B 15重量%及抗氧化剂M.B 5重量%。
同实施例1的制法加工,制得厚度80μm三层共挤压双向延伸珠光合成纸成品。
所制得的合成纸的印刷表面层的物性,测试结果如表1所示。从表1的结果,显示其物性较差,除了贴轮性不佳外,且印刷表面层的(印刷)表面不但光泽度偏高雾度低,且有许多凹孔出现。
【结果】
1.实施例1-6的印刷表面层的原料中,有添加及使用雾面粉,所制得的合成纸的印刷表面层,具备光泽度低雾度高的特性,打印性极佳,适合作为印刷的用途。
2.实施例7-8的印刷表面层的原料中,有添加及使用雾面粉及热塑性弹性体,所制得的合成纸的印刷表面层,其表面无凹孔缺陷且雾度均匀外,还具备光泽度低雾度高的特性,打印性极佳,适合作为印刷的用途。
3.比较例1及2的印刷表面层的原料中,未添加雾面粉或热塑性弹性体,所制得的合成纸的印刷表面层,不但表面出现许多凹孔缺陷,且其光泽度高雾度低,不合适作为印刷用纸。

Claims (10)

1.一种雾面合成纸,其特征在于,所述雾面合成纸为厚度25~300微米的多层叠层结构的双轴延伸聚丙烯合成纸,所述雾面合成纸包括作为最外层纸面层的一印刷表面层,所述印刷表面层形成一微粗糙表面,所述微粗糙表面的粗糙度为1.2至1.7微米,所述印刷表面层的光泽度值,根据Tappi T480测量为15-50%,且基于所述印刷表面层的总重量,其包含以下各成分,且各成分的总和100重量%:
(1)聚丙烯0~25重量%;
(2)聚乙烯0~30重量%;
(3)包含30重量%至60重量%二氧化钛的二氧化钛母粒10~15重量%;
(4)包含40重量%至70重量%碳酸钙的碳酸钙母粒10~15重量%;
(5)抗氧化剂1~5重量%;
(6)包含10重量%至70重量%雾面粉的雾面粉母粒40~75重量%;以及
(7)热塑性弹性体0~25重量%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的雾面合成纸,其特征在于,所述印刷表面层的组成,基于所述印刷表面层的总重量,包含以下各成分,且各成分的总和100重量%:
(1)聚丙烯2~25重量%;
(2)聚乙烯1~15重量%;
(3)包含30重量%至60重量%二氧化钛的二氧化钛母粒10~15重量%;
(4)包含40重量%至70重量%碳酸钙的碳酸钙母粒10~15重量%;
(5)抗氧化剂1~5重量%;
(6)包含10重量%至70重量%雾面粉的雾面粉母粒40~55重量%;以及
(7)热塑性弹性体5~20重量%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的雾面合成纸,其特征在于,所述雾面合成纸为具三层以上的叠层结构的合成纸。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的雾面合成纸,其特征在于,所述雾面合成纸为具五层以上的叠层结构的合成纸。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的雾面合成纸,其特征在于,所述包含10重量%至70重量%雾面粉的雾面粉母粒的主要成分为二氧化硅,其它成分包含滑石粉及硫酸钡。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的雾面合成纸,其特征在于,所述热塑性弹性体选自熔点在60℃以下的热塑性弹性体。
7.根据权利要求6所述的雾面合成纸,其特征在于,所述热塑性弹性体选自苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、热塑性聚烯烃弹性体和热塑性硫化橡胶中的一种以上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的雾面合成纸,其特征在于,所述苯乙烯嵌段共聚物选自苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯弹性体或苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯弹性体。
9.根据权利要求7所述的雾面合成纸,其特征在于,所述热塑性聚烯烃弹性体选自乙烯α-烯烃共聚物或聚烯烃弹性体。
10.根据权利要求7所述的雾面合成纸,其特征在于,所述热塑性硫化橡胶为三元乙丙橡胶。
