本发明公开了一种防皱激光绣面料,包括面料表层、面料基层和面料里层,所述面料表层一侧固定设置有面料基层,所述面料基层的在远离面料表层的一侧固定设置有面料里层,所述面料表层与面料基层、面料基层与面料里层均通过粘合剂进行粘贴,所述面料基层和面料里层通过针线进行缝合。本发明通过对面料基层进行预烘干、风冷、浸轧液氨、烘干、汽蒸、水洗、滚筒烘干等流程,能够有效的使面料呈现防皱特征,通过在面料基层的一侧粘合面料里层,使穿起来更加的舒适,且通过在面料基层的另一侧粘合面料外层,使刺绣激光一体机在面料表层进行上进行绣花,使面料观看起来更加的美观,且能够有效的实现防皱特征。

技术领域
本发明涉及激光绣面料技术领域,具体为一种防皱激光绣面料。
背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料,作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果,在面料的制作过程中需要使用刺绣激光一体机对面料进行绣花加工。
现有的面料在日常使用过程中及其的容易发生褶皱,且在通过刺绣激光一体机对面料进行加工后,在面料呈现褶皱后会导致十分的难看,此时只能通过电熨斗对面料进行熨平,在日常穿起来十分的不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防皱激光绣面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防皱激光绣面料,包括面料表层、面料基层和面料里层,所述面料表层一侧固定设置有面料基层,所述面料基层的在远离面料表层的一侧固定设置有面料里层,所述面料表层与面料基层、面料基层与面料里层均通过粘合剂进行粘贴,所述面料基层和面料里层通过针线进行缝合。
一种防皱激光绣面料的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:预烘干,通过将面料基层放置进烘干机,度面料基层进行烘干处理,能够降低布面含潮率,也可避免布面含潮率不一,提高了后续工序的效果;
步骤S2:风冷,通过将已经烘干的面料基层放置在风冷装置内部,通过分冷装置吹出冷风对面料基层进行冷却,使高温布面冷却,在进入液氨槽时面料基层的布面温度较低,以达到更好的液氨效果;
步骤S3:浸轧液氨,将已经风冷的面料基层放置进液氨槽内部,所述面料基层与液氨充分接触;
步骤S4:烘干,通过将面料基层被包裹在大烘干锡林和羊毛毡之间,通过大烘干锡林的高温将布面液氨气化烘干,在气化的同时液氨分子与织物的纤维分子发生剧烈的反应;
步骤S5:汽蒸,通过将面料基层放置进汽蒸室内部,通过高温的蒸汽直接喷射到布面上,布面上未被蒸化的液氨被高温的蒸汽冲洗后,以蒸汽和氨的混合物的形式被带走,此时布面上的液氨已基本被去除;
步骤S6:水洗,共需要将面料分别依次放置进第一水洗箱、第二水洗箱和第三水洗箱内部,通过第一水洗箱用于清洗面料基层上残留的液氨,通过第二水洗箱对面料基层上的残余的碱性进行中和,通过第三水洗箱对第二水洗箱中的中和液进行清洗;
步骤S7:滚筒烘干,通过将面料基层放置进滚筒烘干机中对面料基层进行烘干;
步骤S8:第一次粘合,通过将面料基层与面料里层之间通过粘合剂进行粘合;
步骤S9:第二次粘合,通过粘合剂对面料基层与面料表层之间进行粘合;
步骤S10:绣花,通过将面料放置进刺绣激光一体机内部,且使面料表层向上,通过刺绣激光一体机对面料进行刺绣。
进一步的,所述步骤S1中对面料基层进行预烘干的温度为130℃。
进一步的,所述步骤S3中需对面料先非荧光后荧光,先浅色后深色的加工顺序,以防止沾色和沾荧光。
进一步的,所述步骤S5中汽蒸室内部的蒸汽压力为0.55MPa。
进一步的,所述步骤S6中第一水洗箱、第二水洗箱和第三水洗箱的温度分别为60℃、70℃和80℃。
进一步的,所述步骤S8中通过针线对面料基层与面料里层之间进行缝合,使面料基层与面料里层之间更加的牢固。
进一步的,所述步骤S8和步骤S9中使用的粘合剂为JL-808水性PVC贴片胶水,含特殊功能单体的酸脂乙稀/丙稀算脂共聚乳液,对难粘基材有超强的附着力,有相当好的耐温性能,高固形份,接着力特佳,具耐热性,具耐水性,具耐碱性,具耐黄变,增粘性佳,胶膜柔软,流动性好,作业安性佳。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过对面料基层进行预烘干、风冷、浸轧液氨、烘干、汽蒸、水洗、滚筒烘干等流程,能够有效的使面料呈现防皱特征,通过在面料基层的一侧粘合面料里层,使穿起来更加的舒适,且通过在面料基层的另一侧粘合面料外层,使刺绣激光一体机在面料表层进行上进行绣花,使面料观看起来更加的美观,且能够有效的实现防皱特征。

工作原理:本发明通过对面料基层2进行预烘干、风冷、浸轧液氨、烘干、汽蒸、水洗、滚筒烘干等流程,能够有效的使面料基层2呈现防皱特征,通过在面料基层2的一侧粘合面料里层3,使穿起来更加的舒适,且通过在面料基层2的另一侧粘合面料表层1,使刺绣激光一体机在面料表层1进行上进行绣花,使面料观看起来更加的美观,且能够有效的实现防皱特征。

2.一种防皱激光绣面料的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:预烘干,通过将面料基层(2)放置进烘干机,度面料基层(2)进行烘干处理,能够降低布面含潮率,也可避免布面含潮率不一,提高了后续工序的效果;
步骤S2:风冷,通过将已经烘干的面料基层(2)放置在风冷装置内部,通过分冷装置吹出冷风对面料基层(2)进行冷却,使高温布面冷却,在进入液氨槽时面料基层(2)的布面温度较低,以达到更好的液氨效果;
步骤S3:浸轧液氨,将已经风冷的面料基层(2)放置进液氨槽内部,所述面料基层(2)与液氨充分接触;
步骤S4:烘干,通过将面料基层(2)被包裹在大烘干锡林和羊毛毡之间,通过大烘干锡林的高温将布面液氨气化烘干,在气化的同时液氨分子与织物的纤维分子发生剧烈的反应;
步骤S5:汽蒸,通过将面料基层(2)放置进汽蒸室内部,通过高温的蒸汽直接喷射到布面上,布面上未被蒸化的液氨被高温的蒸汽冲洗后,以蒸汽和氨的混合物的形式被带走,此时布面上的液氨已基本被去除;
步骤S6:水洗,共需要将面料分别依次放置进第一水洗箱、第二水洗箱和第三水洗箱内部,通过第一水洗箱用于清洗面料基层(2)上残留的液氨,通过第二水洗箱对面料基层(2)上的残余的碱性进行中和,通过第三水洗箱对第二水洗箱中的中和液进行清洗;
步骤S7:滚筒烘干,通过将面料基层(2)放置进滚筒烘干机中对面料基层(2)进行烘干;
步骤S8:第一次粘合,通过将面料基层(2)与面料里层(3)之间通过粘合剂进行粘合;
