Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有凹凸花纹不粘锅的不粘涂料喷涂工艺,本工艺首先在锅体坯料内表面进行喷砂处理,增加了它和涂层之间的附着力,延长了涂膜的耐久性,然后进行底油不粘涂料喷涂,接着用砂纸对凸起的花纹位置进行抛光处理,使得凸起的花纹位置没有底油涂层,凸显凸起花纹的装饰效果;最后对锅体坯料进行面油不粘涂料喷涂,增加产品凸起花纹位置的不粘性;通过本工艺制成的不粘锅具有坚固耐用,由于底油涂层在完整的面油涂层的保护下,达到持久、全屏不粘的效果,有效避免了旧工艺凸位粘连、凹位涂层易脱落的问题,也提升了锅铲把涂料铲掉的问题,大大提高了锅体的全屏不粘性能、寿命及美观度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种厨用炊具的制作工艺,特别是一种具有凹凸花纹不粘锅的不粘涂料喷涂工艺。
背景技术
目前市面上出售的不锈钢锅其外表面一般是采用抛光处理的平滑面,刚买时很漂亮,但用久了之后锅身外表面会出现刮花、脏污、发黑等现象,还会出现食物碎屑粘连在锅身外表面上,造成清洗麻烦。于是现在市面上推出了一种具有凹凸花纹的不粘锅,该设计使得产品增加了吸热面积,传热快,寿命长,而且外表面花纹与炉具接触,可以起到防滑和防刮花的作用,同时达到方便清洗的目的。
但是目前具有凹凸花纹的不粘锅不粘涂料喷涂工艺是直接在锅体坯料上喷涂不粘锅涂层,并用砂纸对凸起的花纹位置进行抛光处理,使得凸起的花纹位置没有不粘锅涂层的保护,且凹位处的涂层也受到了抛光被部分破坏,在煮食的过程中该位置还是会出现粘锅的现象,另外,对于凹花纹位置的不粘锅涂层在长时间使用过程中也容易出现脱落现象,从而难以符合人们的使用要求。
发明内容
为了克服上述的制造方法不足,本发明提供一种不粘锅涂层与锅体结合更为牢固,具有凹凸花纹不粘锅的不粘涂料喷涂工艺。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种具有凹凸花纹不粘锅的不粘涂料喷涂工艺,其工艺步骤如下:
步骤S1:将需要喷涂不粘涂料的锅体坯料进行高温除油处理;本步骤主要是采用高温将锅体坯料表面拉伸所留下的污质除去;
步骤S2:在锅体坯料内表面进行喷砂处理,喷砂处理厚度为0.3um~4.5um;本步骤主要对锅体坯料内表面进行高压的喷砂处理,从而提高了坯料的抗疲劳性,增加了它和涂层之间的附着力,延长了涂膜的耐久耐磨性,也有利于涂料的流平和装饰;
步骤S3:对锅体坯料进行预热处理;预热处理有助于后面不粘涂料喷涂加工,提高不粘涂料与锅体内表面的结合度;
步骤S4:对锅体坯料进行底油不粘涂料喷涂,喷涂厚度8um~40um;本步骤为辅助不粘涂料加工;
步骤S5:对锅体坯料烘干处理;牢固不粘涂料与坯料的结合;
步骤S6:用砂纸对凸起的花纹位置进行抛光处理,使得凸起的花纹位置没有底油涂层;凸显凸起的花纹的装饰效果;
步骤S7:对锅体坯料进行面油不粘涂料喷涂,喷涂厚度8um~40um;增加产品的不粘性;
步骤S8:对锅体坯料进行固化处理,提高不粘涂料的结合度。
进一步改进:所述步骤S1所描述的高温除油是指在温度150℃~450℃高温炉内将锅体坯料残留的油脂烧结。
进一步改进:所述步骤S2中喷砂处理所用的材料为:石英砂、棕刚玉、河沙、玻璃珠、钢珠中的一种或多种;所述S2中喷砂处理所用的材料粒度为38目~180目。
进一步改进:所述步骤S3的预热温度在30°~150°,时间3分钟~30分钟。
进一步改进:所述步骤S5的烘干温度100°~450°,时间为10分钟~30分钟。
进一步改进:所述步骤S8的固化温度100°~450°,时间为20分钟~60分钟。
进一步改进:所述步骤S4以及步骤S7的底油不粘涂料和面油不粘涂料为水性不粘涂料或水性纳米陶瓷油,可以为聚四氟乙稀(PTFE,也名特氟龙)
进一步改进:所述步骤S4的底油不粘涂料为带色素材质,步骤S7的面油不粘涂料为透明材质。

下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
一种具有凹凸花纹不粘锅的不粘涂料喷涂工艺,其工艺步骤如下:
步骤S1:将需要喷涂不粘涂料的锅体坯料进行高温除油处理;本步骤所描述的高温除油是指在温度150℃~450℃高温炉内将锅体坯料残留的油脂烧结;本步骤主要是采用高温将锅体坯料表面拉伸所留下的污质除去;
步骤S2:在锅体坯料内表面进行喷砂处理,喷砂处理厚度为0.3um~4.5um;本步骤主要对锅体坯料内表面进行高压的喷砂处理,所述步喷砂处理所用的材料为:石英砂、棕刚玉、河沙、玻璃珠、钢珠中的一种或多种;所用的材料粒度为38目~180目;该工艺主要提高了坯料的抗疲劳性,增加了它和涂层之间的附着力,延长了涂膜的耐久性,也有利于涂料的流平和装饰;

参照图1、图2;本发明实施例中首先在锅体坯料内表面进行喷砂处理,喷砂层1增加了它和涂层之间的附着力,延长了涂膜的耐久性,然后进行底油不粘涂料喷涂,接着用砂纸对凸起的花纹位置进行抛光处理,使得凸起的花纹位置没有底油涂层2,凸显凸起花纹的装饰效果;最后对锅体坯料进行面油不粘涂料喷涂,增加产品凸起花纹位置的不粘性;通过本工艺制成的不粘锅具有坚固耐用,由于底油涂层2在完整的面油涂层3的保护下,达到持久、全屏不粘的效果,有效避免了旧工艺凸位粘连、凹位涂层易脱落的问题,也提升了锅铲把涂料铲掉的问题,大大提高了锅体的全屏不粘性能、寿命及美观度。

1.一种具有凹凸花纹不粘锅的不粘涂料喷涂工艺,其特征在于:工艺步骤如下:
步骤S1:将需要喷涂不粘涂料的锅体坯料进行高温除油处理;
步骤S2:在锅体坯料内表面进行喷砂处理,喷砂处理厚度为0.3um~4.5um;
步骤S3:对锅体坯料进行预热处理;
步骤S4:对锅体坯料进行底油不粘涂料喷涂,喷涂厚度8um~40um;
步骤S5:对锅体坯料烘干处理;
步骤S6:用砂纸对凸起的花纹位置进行抛光处理,使得凸起的花纹位置没有底油涂层;
步骤S7:对锅体坯料进行面油不粘涂料喷涂,喷涂厚度8um~40um;
步骤S8:对锅体坯料进行固化处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有凹凸花纹不粘锅的不粘涂料喷涂工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S1所描述的高温除油是指在温度150℃~450℃高温炉内将锅体坯料残留的油脂烧结。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有凹凸花纹不粘锅的不粘涂料喷涂工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S5的烘干温度100°~450°,时间为10分钟~30分钟。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有凹凸花纹不粘锅的不粘涂料喷涂工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S8的固化温度100°~450°,时间为20分钟~60分钟。
