Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于镀锡板表面黑灰的擦除布及其制造工艺,所述擦除布由棉花、羊毛和化学纤维混纺,其中棉花的含量为60%‑80%,羊毛纤维含量为0‑10%,化学纤维含量为10‑40%;所述棉花、羊毛和化学纤维混纺后,采用常规的环锭纺纱机纺得纱锭,再采用圆纬机织成坯布,坯布经烧毛、丝光处理后,采用溢流机进行柔化处理,将坯布在远红外整理液中进行二浸二轧,轧后进行烘干,擦除布经柔化处理后,其边部1~5mm上浆固定。本发明的擦除布具有柔软性、憎油性和一定的吸灰性,在擦除镀锡板表面时能吸附擦下的黑灰;同时还具有一定的弹性,满足擦灰装置自动输送擦除布的要求;擦除布具有擦灰效果好的同时,擦灰过程中不会破坏镀锡板表面油膜和产生划痕。

技术领域
本发明涉及纤棉混纺用布领域,具体来说,涉及一种用于镀锡板表面黑灰的擦除布及其制造工艺。
背景技术
镀锡板是一种重要的食品包装材料,人们生活水平日益提高,镀锡板的应用范围和用量日益增长。在此同时,人们对镀锡板的质量要求也越来越高,特别是镀锡板的表面质量。
镀锡板表面黑灰是镀锡板一种主要的表面缺陷,这种黑灰的形成与镀锡板的生产工艺特征有关,当前还无法通过生产工艺条件的改变来防止黑灰的形成,为此只能采用物理的办法来擦除镀锡板表面的这层黑灰。镀锡板表面的结构复杂,其表面由油膜、氧化层、合金层和镀锡层等构成,这些表层结构中油膜的存在对提高镀锡板的防腐蚀性能和提高镀锡板的冲压成型性具有重要的作用,因此在擦除黑灰的过程中,不能将这层油膜擦除。同时由于锡的硬度小,擦灰过程中容易造成镀锡层的划伤。
为满足镀锡板表面的擦灰要求,会用到镀锡板表面黑灰擦除装置。专利号:CN202715558一种镀锡板表面黑灰擦除装置,该黑灰擦除装置由上下擦灰辊、驱动电机、布卷等机构组成,装置由PLC智能控制,可始终保持镀锡板与干净的擦除布柔性接触,擦除的黑灰由擦除布带走。擦除布是整个擦灰装置中与镀锡板接触的部件,擦灰效果如何与擦除布的种类存在密切关系,因此合理选择擦除布的类型是擦灰装置运行效果决定因素。
为保证擦灰过程中既能将镀锡板表面黑灰擦除的同时,又不破坏镀锡板表面的油膜和划伤镀锡板,需要发明一种柔软又有弹性,同时具有憎油、粘灰特征的擦除布。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于镀锡板表面黑灰的擦除布及其制造工艺,在擦除镀锡板表面黑灰的同时,不破坏表面油膜和产生划痕。为此对擦除布的要求首先要求其拥有一定的弹性,满足擦灰装置自动输送擦除布,其次要求擦除布不破坏镀锡板表面的油膜,擦除布具有一定的憎油性能,再者要求擦除布能具有一定吸灰性能,能将吸附从镀锡板表面擦下的黑灰。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种用于镀锡板表面黑灰的擦除布,其特征在于:所述擦除布由棉花、羊毛和化学纤维混纺,其中棉花的含量为60%-80%,羊毛纤维含量为0-10%,化学纤维含量为10-40%。
进一步的,所述棉花纤维保持擦灰布的柔软性,羊毛纤维使得擦灰布具有一定的吸灰性能,化学纤维保持擦灰布具有一定弹性和强度,化学纤维首选涤纶纤维。
一种用于镀锡板表面黑灰的擦除布的制造工艺,其特征在于:
第一步:将棉花、羊毛和涤纶纤维混纺;
第二步:采用常规的环锭纺纱机纺得纱锭;
第三步:纺得的纱锭采用圆纬机织成坯布,坯布并经烧毛、丝光处理;
第四步:采用溢流机进行柔化处理,将坯布在远红外整理液中进行二浸二轧,轧后进行烘干;
第五步:擦除布经柔化处理后,边部1~5mm上浆固定。
进一步的,所述坯布的厚度控制在1.0~1.5mm。
进一步的,所述柔软处理用的柔软剂含乳液型高温柔软剂5~10%、无机抗静电剂1~2%、渗透剂0.5~1%、氟硅烷偶联剂1~2%、余量为软化水。
进一步的,所述上浆处理用于提高擦除布边部的强度,上浆处理用的浆料是聚乙烯醇溶液。

本实施例中的擦除布用于镀层厚度1.1-2.8厚度镀锡板表面的黑灰擦除,对于这种镀锡板由于镀层厚度薄,镀层不易被划伤,主要考虑的因素是擦灰的效果,其配方和制作工艺为:
所述擦除布中棉花的含量在75%,羊毛纤维含5%,化学纤维含20%,化学纤维采用涤纶纤维;
所述包含上述成分的纤维混纺出纱锭,采用圆纬机织成坯布,坯布的厚度控制在1.2mm,坯布经烧毛处理;

通过本发明的上述方案,针对镀层厚度大于2.8厚度镀锡板表面,对于这种镀层厚度大的镀锡板,镀层容易产生划伤,擦除布较软不易对镀锡板表面造成划伤。
实施例三:
本实施例中的擦除布用于二次冷轧镀锡板表面黑灰的擦除,通常二次冷轧镀锡板表面的黑灰比其它类型的基板表面的黑灰更为严重,因此要考虑的因素是擦除布的吸灰能力,其配方和制作工艺为:
所述擦除布中棉花的含量在85%,羊毛纤维含10%,化学纤维含5%,化学纤维采用涤纶纤维;
所述包含上述成分的纤维混纺出纱锭,采用圆纬机织成坯布,坯布的厚度控制在1.5mm,坯布经烧毛处理;
所织坯布采用溢流机进行柔化处理,柔软处理用的柔软剂含乳液型高温柔软剂5%、无机抗静电剂5%、渗透剂1%、氟硅烷偶联剂2%、余量为软化水。处理的方法是将坯布在远红外整理液中进行二浸二轧,轧后进行烘干;
所述擦除布制作后边部(2cm范围内)采用聚乙烯醇溶液上浆固定。
通过本发明的上述方案,针对二次冷轧镀锡板表面,二次冷轧镀锡板表面的黑灰比其它类型的基板表面的黑灰更为严重,擦除布的吸灰能力更高,擦除效果显著。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于镀锡板表面黑灰的擦除布,其特征在于:所述擦除布由棉花、羊毛和化学纤维混纺,其中棉花的含量为60%-80%,羊毛纤维含量为0-10%,化学纤维含量为10-40%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于镀锡板表面黑灰的擦除布,其特征在于:所述化学纤维首选涤纶纤维。
3.一种用于镀锡板表面黑灰的擦除布的制造工艺,其特征在于:
第一步:将棉花、羊毛和涤纶纤维混纺;
第二步:采用常规的环锭纺纱机纺得纱锭;
第三步:纺得的纱锭采用圆纬机织成坯布,坯布并经烧毛、丝光处理;
第四步:采用溢流机进行柔化处理,将坯布在远红外整理液中进行二浸二轧,轧后进行烘干;
第五步:擦除布经柔化处理后,边部1~5mm上浆固定。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于镀锡板表面黑灰的擦除布的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述坯布的厚度控制在1.0~1.5mm。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于镀锡板表面黑灰的擦除布的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述柔软处理用的柔软剂含乳液型高温柔软剂5~10%、无机抗静电剂1~2%、渗透剂0.5~1%、氟硅烷偶联剂1~2%、余量为软化水。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于镀锡板表面黑灰的擦除布的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述上浆用的浆料是聚乙烯醇溶液。
