本发明涉及装饰涂料,尤其涉及一种具有空气净化功能的表面涂料。
背景技术
涂料包括漆、乳胶、批刮涂料、胶衣等,能够起到很好的保护、装饰等作用。
涂料广泛使用在建筑、家具等,尤其是室内,用于装饰墙体、家具家电,主要为漆料以及涂覆在家具表面的胶衣,虽然现在使用的漆料及胶衣均是环保材料,然而其不可避免的会有挥发性高分子扩散,另外,由于室内环境中,许多的家具都会使用大量的胶黏剂,且家庭环境中存在较多的死角,容易滋生细菌,引发臭味。
人们通常在室内放置除臭盒或者除臭电器进行除臭,不能进行大面积的杀菌和除臭,杀菌和除臭效果不稳定。
人们还研究出了具有空气净化功能的负离子墙板以及装饰板材,能够降低室内空气中的甲醛等有害气体的含量,还能够去除PM2 .5等颗粒,但是还没有制得具有空气净化功能的表面涂料。

本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种能够祛除异味、净化空气、释放负离子的具有空气净化功能的表面涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种具有空气净化功能的表面涂料,由以下原料制成:粘性基质、吸附性填料、负离子填料、远红外填料、颜料、助剂;
所述粘性基质为间苯新戊二醇树脂或者丙烯酸水乳液;
所述吸附性填料选用麦饭石粉、方解石粉、火山石粉、高岭土其中的一种或者多种;
所述负离子填料选用托玛琳石粉、负离子粉其中的一种或者多种;
所述远红外填料选用锗粒粉;
所述颜料选用色浆、钛白粉其中的一种或者多种;
所述助剂包括消泡剂、分散剂。
进一步地,由以下原料制成:粘性基质、吸附性填料、负离子填料、远红外填料、颜料、助剂;
所述粘性基质为间苯新戊二醇树脂;
所述吸附性填料为麦饭石粉、方解石粉、火山石粉、高岭土;
所述负离子填料为托玛琳石粉、负离子粉;
所述远红外填料选用锗粒粉;
所述颜料选用钛白粉;
所述助剂为消泡剂、分散剂、防沉降剂、触变剂、光亮剂、抗污助剂、苯乙烯挥发抑制剂、促进剂、流平剂,
各原料的重量配比为:间苯新戊二醇树脂62-67份、麦饭石粉7-9.2份、方解石粉6.5-8.3份、托玛琳石粉5.2-6.9份、负离子粉6.1-8.1份、高岭土1.1-2.7份、火山石粉1.5-2.9份、锗粒粉0.6-1.5份、消泡剂0.8份、流平剂0.6份、防沉降剂0.8份、触变剂0.7份、钛白粉0.3份、光亮剂0.4份、抗耐污剂0.2份、分散剂0.5份、苯乙烯挥发抑制剂0.2份、促进剂0.2份。

本发明的有益效果在于:具有空气净化功能的表面涂料,通过粘性基质、吸附性填料、负离子填料、远红外填料、颜料、助剂制得的表面涂料,不需用电和气的可自动净化空气、释放负离子、释放远红外粒子、消除疲劳、色彩鲜艳,羟乙基纤维素在具有良好的增稠、悬浮、分散、乳化、粘合、成膜、保护水分和提供保护胶体的作用。

实施例3
一种具有空气净化功能的表面涂料,由以下原料制成,间苯新戊二醇树脂67Kg、麦饭石粉7.2Kg、方解石粉8.1Kg、托玛琳石粉6.3Kg、负离子粉7.5Kg、高岭土2.5Kg、火山石粉2.5Kg、锗粒粉1.2Kg、消泡剂0.8Kg、流平剂0.6Kg、防沉降剂0.8Kg、触变剂0.7Kg、钛白粉0.3Kg、光亮剂0.4Kg、抗耐污剂0.2Kg、分散剂0.5Kg、苯乙烯挥发抑制剂0.2Kg、促进剂0.2Kg。
实施例1-3得到的具有空气净化功能的表面涂料为胶衣,其中间苯新戊二醇树脂为7510型间苯新戊二醇的树脂,具有优良的耐水性、抗污性、抗黄变性能、抗老化性能;消泡剂为BYK515消泡剂,能够消除有害泡沫;防沉降剂为Garamite 1958,触变剂为byk-420,所述流平剂为byk-300,光亮剂为RQT-G-1光亮剂,抗耐污剂为3007C抗耐污剂,分散剂为MQ-772分散剂,苯乙烯挥发抑制剂为BYK-S740,促进剂为T-8A促进剂,它是高钴含的异辛酸钴无色促进剂,钴含量为4%,钴含高,促进剂使用量就会减少,同时也会减少促进剂中其它杂质的参入量,可使胶衣固化更完全,制品颜色更鲜亮,表面硬度更高。
制备步骤如下:
步骤一,将麦饭石粉、方解石粉、托玛琳石粉、负离子粉、高岭土、火山石粉、锗粒粉混合后粉碎至180-400目,得到混合矿粉,备用,具体使用气流磨进行磨粉,不仅能够很好的控制粒径,还能够使各原料充分的混合;
步骤二,将间苯新戊二醇树脂投入不锈钢搅拌器中,开启搅拌300rpm,依次向搅拌器中加入消泡剂、分散剂、防沉降剂、触变剂、光亮剂、抗污助剂、苯乙烯挥发抑制剂、促进剂、流平剂,搅拌速度提升至1200rpm,搅拌3min,降低转速至300rpm,加入步骤一得到的混合矿粉,转速提升至1800rpm,搅拌5min,得到具有空气净化功能的表面涂料。
将具有空气净化功能的表面涂料,涂覆在陶瓷盆、瓷砖坐台的表面,固化后硬度达到巴氏60左右,吸水率小于等于0.6%。
实施例4
一种具有空气净化功能的表面涂料,由以下原料制成,水37Kg、丙烯酸乳液45Kg、方解石粉30Kg、托玛琳石粉20Kg、负离子粉20Kg、麦饭石粉15Kg、高岭土20Kg、火山石粉15Kg、锗粒粉12Kg、颜料5Kg、分散剂4Kg、成膜助剂2Kg、消泡剂2Kg、增稠剂3Kg、防霉抗菌剂2Kg、羟乙基纤维素12Kg、多功能助剂6Kg。
实施例5
一种具有空气净化功能的表面涂料,由以下原料制成,水35Kg、丙烯酸乳液47Kg、方解石粉29Kg、托玛琳石粉17Kg、负离子粉23Kg、麦饭石粉18Kg、高岭土24Kg、火山石粉16Kg、锗粒粉10Kg、颜料5Kg、分散剂4Kg、成膜助剂2Kg、消泡剂2Kg、增稠剂3Kg、防霉抗菌剂2Kg、羟乙基纤维素12Kg、多功能助剂6Kg。
实施例6
一种具有空气净化功能的表面涂料,由以下原料制成,水42Kg、丙烯酸乳液42Kg、方解石粉24Kg、托玛琳石粉15Kg、负离子粉26Kg、麦饭石粉12Kg、高岭土15Kg、火山石粉11Kg、锗粒粉9Kg、颜料5Kg、分散剂4Kg、成膜助剂2Kg、消泡剂2Kg、增稠剂3Kg、防霉抗菌剂2Kg、羟乙基纤维素12Kg、多功能助剂6Kg。
实施例4-6得到的具有空气净化功能的表面涂料为内墙涂料,其中颜料为hy021、分散剂为DISPERBYK 2015、成膜助剂为OE300、消泡剂份X-657、增稠剂为KYC-426、防霉抗菌剂为ADM-TQ、多功能助剂为HY-95多功能助剂。
制备步骤如下:
步骤A,将麦饭石粉、方解石粉、托玛琳石粉、负离子粉、高岭土、火山石粉、锗粒粉混合后粉碎至180-400目,得到混合矿粉,备用,具体使用气流磨进行磨粉,不仅能够很好的控制粒径,还能够使各原料充分的混合;
步骤B,将水加入高速搅拌机中,开启300rpm搅拌,依次加入分散剂、成膜助剂、消泡剂、防霉抗菌剂、羟乙基纤维素、多功能助剂;
步骤C,将颜料与混合矿粉用筛网缓慢地筛入叶轮搅起的旋涡中,调节叶轮与调料桶底的距离,使旋涡成浅盆状,然后提高转速至1600rpm,搅拌5min,期间为防止温度上升过多,应停车冷却,停车时刮下桶边粘附的颜填料,定时测定刮片细度,当细度合格,即分散完毕;
步骤D,降低转速至300rpm,加入丙烯酸乳液,再加入水或者增稠剂,调整粘度,过料出筛,得到成品具有空气净化功能的表面涂料。
将本申请提供的具有空气净化功能的表面涂料,用于室内不需用电和气的可自动净化空气、释放负离子、释放远红外粒子、消除疲劳、色彩鲜艳,为所有热爱生活、热爱美丽、热爱健康的人们提供了一个完美的功能型居家空间。

Claims (7)
1.一种具有空气净化功能的表面涂料,其特征在于,由以下原料制成:粘性基质、吸附性填料、负离子填料、远红外填料、颜料、助剂;
所述粘性基质为间苯新戊二醇树脂或者丙烯酸水乳液;
所述吸附性填料选用麦饭石粉、方解石粉、火山石粉、高岭土其中的一种或者多种;
所述负离子填料选用托玛琳石粉、负离子粉其中的一种或者多种;
所述远红外填料选用锗粒粉;
所述颜料选用色浆、钛白粉其中的一种或者多种;
所述助剂包括消泡剂、分散剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有空气净化功能的表面涂料,其特征在于,由以下原料制成:粘性基质、吸附性填料、负离子填料、远红外填料、颜料、助剂;
所述粘性基质为间苯新戊二醇树脂;
所述吸附性填料为麦饭石粉、方解石粉、火山石粉、高岭土;
所述负离子填料为托玛琳石粉、负离子粉;
所述远红外填料选用锗粒粉;
所述颜料选用钛白粉;
所述助剂为消泡剂、分散剂、防沉降剂、触变剂、光亮剂、抗污助剂、苯乙烯挥发抑制剂、促进剂、流平剂,
各原料的重量配比为:间苯新戊二醇树脂62-67份、麦饭石粉7-9.2份、方解石粉6.5-8.3份、托玛琳石粉5.2-6.9份、负离子粉6.1-8.1份、高岭土1.1-2.7份、火山石粉1.5-2.9份、锗粒粉0.6-1.5份、消泡剂0.8份、流平剂0.6份、防沉降剂0.8份、触变剂0.7份、钛白粉0.3份、光亮剂0.4份、抗耐污剂0.2份、分散剂0.5份、苯乙烯挥发抑制剂0.2份、促进剂0.2份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有空气净化功能的表面涂料,其特征在于,各原料的重量配比为:间苯新戊二醇树脂65份、麦饭石粉8份、方解石粉8份、托玛琳石粉6份、负离子粉7份、高岭土2份、火山石粉2份、锗粒粉1份、消泡剂0.8份、流平剂0.6份、防沉降剂0.8份、触变剂0.7份、钛白粉0.3份、光亮剂0.4份、抗耐污剂0.2份、分散剂0.5份、苯乙烯挥发抑制剂0.2份、促进剂0.2份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的具有空气净化功能的表面涂料,其特征在于,所述间苯新戊二醇树脂为7510型间苯新戊二醇的树脂,所述消泡剂为BYK515消泡剂,所述防沉降剂为Garamite 1958,所述触变剂为byk-420,所述流平剂为byk-300,所述光亮剂为RQT-G-1光亮剂,所述抗耐污剂为3007C抗耐污剂,所述分散剂为MQ-772分散剂,所述苯乙烯挥发抑制剂为BYK-S740,所述促进剂为T-8A促进剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有空气净化功能的表面涂料,其特征在于,由以下原料制成:粘性基质、吸附性填料、负离子填料、远红外填料、颜料、助剂;
所述粘性基质为丙烯酸水乳液,所述丙烯酸水乳液由水和丙烯酸乳液组成;
所述吸附性填料为麦饭石粉、方解石粉、火山石粉、高岭土;
所述负离子填料为托玛琳石粉、负离子粉;
所述远红外填料选用锗粒粉;
所述颜料选用钛白粉;
所述助剂为分散剂、成膜助剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、防霉抗菌剂、羟乙基纤维素、多功能助剂,
各原料的重量配比为:水33-42份、丙烯酸乳液41-49份、方解石粉23-36份、托玛琳石粉15-26份、负离子粉15-26份、麦饭石粉12-20份、高岭土13-28份、火山石粉11-20份、锗粒粉9-15份、颜料5份、分散剂4份、成膜助剂2份、消泡剂2份、增稠剂3份、防霉抗菌剂2份、羟乙基纤维素12份、多功能助剂6份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的具有空气净化功能的表面涂料,其特征在于,各原料的重量配比为:水37份、丙烯酸乳液45份、方解石粉30份、托玛琳石粉20份、负离子粉20份、麦饭石粉15份、高岭土20份、火山石粉15份、锗粒粉12份、颜料5份、分散剂4份、成膜助剂2份、消泡剂2份、增稠剂3份、防霉抗菌剂2份、羟乙基纤维素12份、多功能助剂6份。
7.根据权利要求5所述的具有空气净化功能的表面涂料,其特征在于,所述颜料为hy021、分散剂为DISPERBYK 2015、成膜助剂为OE300、消泡剂份X-657、增稠剂为KYC-426、防霉抗菌剂为ADM-TQ、多功能助剂为HY-95多功能助剂。
