The invention provides an American ginseng organic fertilizer which is prepared by the following method: 1) preparing a fermentation raw material, wherein the raw material comprises 50-70 parts by weight of vinasse, 30-50 parts by weight of dry chicken manure and 40-55 parts by weight of water; 2) adding the raw materials into a fermentation machine, heating to 80 ℃, inoculating 2 parts by weight of high-temperature fermentation strains into 100 parts by weight of the raw materials under the condition of stirring, wherein the inoculation time is 0.5-1 hour, and the high-temperature fermentation strains are one or more of high-temperature resistant strains selected from bacillus subtilis, pediococcus acidilactici, lactobacillus plantarum and bacillus amyloliquefaciens; 3) heating the inoculated raw materials to 80 ℃ for 2 hours, simultaneously vacuumizing, stirring at the speed of 6-12 r/min, returning to normal temperature after stopping heating, and obtaining the American ginseng organic fertilizer after finishing fermentation.
