背景技术
用于制造液压机械零件、构件的材料和在液压机械制造过程中所应用的工艺材料,现有的技术中,大多液压机械零件、构件的材料其抗磨损性能不足,且受到损伤后即损坏,没有自我修复的可能性。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种抗磨性好的液压机械高性能材料,具有极强的抗磨损性能,且具有一定程度的自我修复能力,精确度极高。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种抗磨性好的液压机械高性能材料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%纳米银,10~35%碳纤维,1~10%氧化锆, 0~3%增强剂,0~2.5%聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,5~20%纳米碳酸钙,10~20%环氧树脂,30~60%马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯。
有益效果:通过本方法制备的产品,具有极强的抗磨损性能,且具有一定程度的自我修复能力,精确度极高。

实施例1
一种抗磨性好的液压机械高性能材料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5%纳米银,10%碳纤维,1%氧化锆,1%增强剂,1%聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,5%纳米碳酸钙,10%环氧树脂,30%马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯,此时抗磨损性能不足,且不能进行一定范围的自我修复能力。
实施例2
一种抗磨性好的液压机械高性能材料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:6%纳米银,35%碳纤维,10%氧化锆,3%增强剂,2.5%聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,20%纳米碳酸钙,20%环氧树脂,60%马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯,此时精确度较低。
实施例3
一种抗磨性好的液压机械高性能材料,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:4%纳米银,23%碳纤维,5%氧化锆, 1.5%增强剂,1.25%聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,13%纳米碳酸钙,15%环氧树脂,45%马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯,此时具有极强的抗磨损性能,且具有一定程度的自我修复能力,精确度极高。

1.一种抗磨性好的液压机械高性能材料,包含添加剂和载体,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%纳米银,10~35%碳纤维,1~10%氧化锆,0~3%增强剂,0~2.5%聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,5~20%纳米碳酸钙,10~20%环氧树脂,30~60%马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯。
