(2) dissolving amino acid water-soluble fertilizer, ABT rooting powder, ferric citrate, zinc sulfate, ammonium nitrate, manganese sulfate and compound sodium nitrophenolate in water, and adding humic acid under stirring at 40rpm to obtain a water solution;
(3) adding the traditional Chinese medicine liquid into the aqueous solution, stirring at 80rpm, and adding the alcoholic solution to obtain the rapid rooting solution for the mangrove.

2 parts of amino acid water-soluble fertilizer, 6 parts of indoleacetic acid, 8 parts of naphthylacetic acid, 5 parts of ethanol, 3 parts of ABT rooting powder, 0.5 part of ferric citrate, 2 parts of zinc sulfate, 6 parts of ammonium nitrate, 3 parts of manganese sulfate, 5 parts of humic acid, 2 parts of compound sodium nitrophenolate and 60 parts of water;
the preparation method of the rapid rooting solution for the mangrove comprises the following steps:
(1) dissolving indoleacetic acid and naphthylacetic acid in ethanol to obtain an alcoholic solution;
(2) dissolving amino acid water-soluble fertilizer, ABT rooting powder, ferric citrate, zinc sulfate, ammonium nitrate, manganese sulfate and compound sodium nitrophenolate in water, and adding humic acid under stirring at 40rpm to obtain a water solution;
(3) stirring at 80rpm, and adding alcoholic solution into the aqueous solution to obtain the rapid rooting solution for mangrove.

Compared with example 1, the difference is only in the preparation method of the Chinese medicinal liquid.
The raw materials of the rapid rooting solution for the mangrove in the embodiment are the same as those in embodiment 1;
the preparation raw materials of the traditional Chinese medicine liquid are the same as those in the example 1;
the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine liquid comprises the following steps:

the preparation raw materials of the traditional Chinese medicine liquid comprise, by weight: 10 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 5 parts of fructus aurantii and 1 part of sophora alopecuroides;
the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine liquid comprises the following steps:
(1) pulverizing Scutellariae radix and fructus Aurantii, adding into 4 times of ethanol water solution, adding 0.6% citric acid and 0.3% low molecular weight polyacrylamide (M ═ 20 ten thousand) based on total mass of Scutellariae radix and fructus Aurantii; heating and extracting at 55 deg.C for 1h to obtain extractive solution 1;
(2) pulverizing herba Sophorae Alopecuroidis, adding into 6 times of n-butanol, heating at 80 deg.C for 2 hr, and concentrating until the extract can not flow to obtain extract 2;
(3) dissolving extract 2 in extractive solution 1, and stirring at 100rpm to obtain Chinese medicinal liquid.
The preparation method of the rapid rooting solution for mangrove is the same as that of the example 1.
Comparative example 5
Compared with example 1, the difference is only in the preparation method of the Chinese medicinal liquid.
The raw materials of the rapid rooting solution for the mangrove in the embodiment are the same as those in embodiment 1;
the preparation raw materials of the traditional Chinese medicine liquid are the same as those in the example 1;
the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine liquid comprises the following steps:

Examples of effects
The mangrove branches were soaked in the rooting solution of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-5 at room temperature, the rooting time was observed, and the survival rate of cuttings, transplanting after emergence, and the survival rate of transplants were calculated. The results are shown in Table 1.

Therefore, the mangrove forest rapid rooting solution provided by the invention has better rooting, transplanting and survival effects; and the composition and the preparation method thereof have great influence on the survival effect of the transplantation.

Claims (5)

1. The rapid rooting solution for the mangrove comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-10 parts of amino acid water-soluble fertilizer, 2-8 parts of indoleacetic acid, 5-15 parts of naphthylacetic acid, 1-10 parts of ethanol, 1-5 parts of ABT rooting powder, 0.1-2 parts of ferric citrate, 1-5 parts of zinc sulfate, 5-10 parts of ammonium nitrate, 1-8 parts of manganese sulfate, 1-10 parts of humic acid, 1-8 parts of compound sodium nitrophenolate, 1-10 parts of traditional Chinese medicine liquid and 50-80 parts of water;
the preparation raw materials of the traditional Chinese medicine liquid comprise, by weight: 1-10 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 5-10 parts of fructus aurantii and 1-5 parts of sophora alopecuroides;
the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine liquid comprises the following steps:
(1) pulverizing folium Artemisiae Argyi and fructus Aurantii, adding into ethanol water solution, and heating and extracting to obtain extractive solution 1;
(2) pulverizing herba Sophorae Alopecuroidis, adding into n-butanol, heating for extraction, and concentrating to obtain extract 2;
(3) dissolving the extract 2 in the extractive solution 1, and stirring to obtain Chinese medicinal liquid;
in the step (1), before extraction, citric acid and low molecular weight polyacrylamide are added into an ethanol water solution; the molecular weight M =10-30 ten thousand of the polyacrylamide.
2. The rapid rooting solution for mangrove as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step (1), the mass of the ethanol aqueous solution is 3-5 times of the total mass of the folium artemisiae argyi and the fructus aurantii.
3. The rapid rooting solution for mangrove as claimed in claim 1, wherein the addition amount of citric acid is 0.5-1% by total mass of folium artemisiae argyi and fructus aurantii; the addition amount of the polyacrylamide is 0.1-0.5%.
4. The rapid rooting solution for mangrove according to claim 1, wherein in the step (1), the temperature of heating is 50-60 ℃; the extraction time is 1-2 h; in the step (2), the mass of the n-butanol is 5-7 times of the mass of the sophora alopecuroides; the extraction time is 1-2 h; in the step (2), the heating temperature is 80-90 ℃.
5. The method for preparing the rapid rooting solution for mangrove as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the following steps:
(1) dissolving indoleacetic acid and naphthylacetic acid in ethanol to obtain an alcoholic solution;
(2) dissolving amino acid water-soluble fertilizer, ABT rooting powder, ferric citrate, zinc sulfate, ammonium nitrate, manganese sulfate and compound sodium nitrophenolate in water, and adding humic acid under stirring to obtain a water solution;
(3) adding the traditional Chinese medicine liquid into the aqueous solution, stirring, and adding the alcoholic solution to obtain the rapid rooting solution for the mangrove.
