Abstract
The invention provides a device for removing floating oil from aquaculture water, which is mainly characterized in that a pump body is erected on a buoyancy carrier by a frame body, so that the pump body can float in the aquaculture water environment, and has higher freedom of movement and floating adaptability to water level height no matter in an aquarium or a fish farm. And the dependence of the device on the circumferential wall of the water for cultivation can be reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cultivation device, in particular to a floating oil removing device for cultivation.
Background
No matter the aquarium or the water for fish farm or pool (hereinafter, the water environment is mainly illustrated as aquarium), there is often a layer of suspended grease on the surface, which mainly comes from the fish body (the generalized fish is not only fish, but also aquatic organisms such as fish, shrimp, crab, shellfish) or the excrement, feed, organic substances (such as aquatic plants and seaweeds) of the aquatic landscaping, and the suspended grease is lower in density than water and is in a floating state. The water purifying motor in water pumps out the excrement in the water, so that the suspended grease is not easy to treat. The suspended grease is suspended on the water surface, so that the air is easily blocked to cause the lack of oxygen in the culture water, and the water quality and aquatic organisms are influenced.
Therefore, designers have designed an improved structure of the water surface oil foam processor of the aquarium in taiwan patent No. M244738, and an improved structure of the aquarium oil foam processor in taiwan patent No. M271390, and the like, and can treat the oil foam on the water surface in the aquarium as described in the patent specification. However, most of these designs are designed to fix the device to the aquarium wall with suction cups so that it "sits" in one corner of the aquarium. Thus, if the aquarium is large, oil foam on the surface of water at a long distance cannot be easily treated by the device. But also in the aquarium environment, the amount of water (water level) may change due to various factors, such as evaporation, water replenishment, etc. Therefore, the said oil foam processors still have to be adjusted and fixed by hand in time to the height at which the oil foam is suitable to be pumped in. Thus, there remains a need for improvement.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further understood from the following description of the embodiments with reference to the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, the present invention relates to a floating oil removing device for aquaculture, which comprises a pumping body 1, a frame 17 mounted on a buoyancy carrier 2, so that the pumping body 1 can float in the environment of water for cultivation, no matter in the aquarium 4 or fish farm or fish pond as shown in fig. 5, it has a larger freedom of movement, and by utilizing the floating characteristic of the buoyancy carrier 2, when the water amount is evaporated to be less, or when the water quantity is increased, the water can float on the water surface without manually adjusting the height, and the pumping body can be pumped to the water surface by the better pumping height corresponding to the height of the water level, so that the pumping body can float in the environment of water for cultivation, whether in aquarium or fish farm, all have bigger degree of freedom of movement and more opportunity to pump the surface of water floating oil of different positions.
As shown in fig. 4, the pumping body 1 includes a housing 11, a pumping motor 12 is disposed inside the housing 11, an oil storage body 13 is disposed in a pumping path of the pumping motor 12, the pumping body 1 is respectively provided with an inlet portion 14 and an outlet portion 15, and the outlet portion 15 can enable the pumped water to be directed toward the bottom and the peripheral wall of the cultivation water environment to form an inclined direction.
The pumping body 1 can pump the floating oil floating on the water surface and the cultivation water through the inlet portion 14 by the pumping force of the pumping motor 12, and the oil storage body 13 such as sponge, fiber cloth, etc. adsorbs the floating oil, then the cultivation water is discharged through the outlet portion 15, forming an oblique direction towards the bottom and the peripheral wall of the cultivation water environment, so that the water discharge can generate a repulsive force against the peripheral wall of the cultivation water environment all the time, and the buoyancy carrier 2 and the pumping body 1 can not be attached to the peripheral wall of the cultivation water environment all the time.
The water drainage can always generate repulsion force for the peripheral wall of the water environment for cultivation, and the force is applied actually, wherein the buoyancy carrier 2 is bowl-shaped with an upward opening, a plurality of alternate through holes 21 are arranged along the arc bowl wall of the bowl shape, a stop part 22 is arranged at the bottom of the bowl shape, the water drainage path of the outlet part 14 of the pumping body 1 faces the stop part 22, and the water drainage direction can be simply changed by means of the arrangement of the buoyancy carrier 2.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the through hole 21 is formed in a strip shape along the arc-shaped path of the arc-shaped bowl wall from the periphery of the stopping portion 22, so as to promote the smooth water discharge and make the discharged water flow angle more uniform.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the inlet portion 14 includes a movable sub-pumping member 141 disposed in a female member 111 fixed to the housing 11, and the sub-pumping member 141 floats and sinks with the buoyancy of the water in the female member 111, so that the sub-pumping member 141 can float and sink with the buoyancy of the water when the water amount is evaporated to a smaller amount or the water amount is increased, and the water can be pumped to the surface of the water at a preferred pumping height according to the height of the water level.
The invention can also cover an upper cover body 3 with a downward opening on the upper part of the bowl-shaped buoyancy carrier 2, and the buoyancy carrier 2 and the upper cover body 3 are combined to form a water inlet channel 30. By means of the upper cover 3, the present invention has a function of protecting the elements of the pumping main body 1, and the present invention can be designed in various shapes by using the cover 3, thereby increasing fun. However, in combination, the water inlet channel 30 is formed to provide water that can still enter and be pumped by the inlet portion 14 of the pumping body 1. Wherein the buoyancy carrier 2 and the upper cover 3 are movably fastened by a magnetic fastener 27, 37, respectively, so as to achieve simple fastening.
The buoyancy carrier 2 of the present invention may be made of light material of the buoyancy carrier 2 itself, or may be additionally provided with a floating member 28 with very low density, such as polystyrene, foam, etc. The magnetic fastener 27 of the buoyancy carrier 2 may also be disposed in the floating member 28 for hiding and accommodating.
In addition, the buoyancy carrier 2 of the present invention can be provided with a thermometer and a PH detector to detect the water temperature and the water PH, and a signal transmitter to transmit the messages to a corresponding receiving device such as but not limited to a mobile phone by means of signal transmission devices such as bluetooth, infrared ray, WI-FI, etc.
