本发明提供一种注塑机集中上料装置,包括上料槽,上料槽右侧设有倾斜设置的上料传送带,上料槽内设置输送螺杆,上料槽左侧设有驱动电机,驱动电机与输送螺杆左端连接,上料槽底端设有若干分料口,上料槽下端分别对应分料口都设有加料槽,加料槽上端设有电控阀,加料槽内下端设有下料板,加料槽左侧设有电机,下料板左端与电机连接,下料板上设有重量传感器,加料槽下端与注塑机连接。本发明结构简单,有效的减少了人力操作,提高了生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及注塑机上料设备领域,尤其涉及一种注塑机集中上料装置。
背景技术
现在注塑工件的制造厂都是很多注塑机同时工作,对所有注塑机是同时供料,但是每个注塑机基本上是单独供料,而且对供料的量不可控,造成每个注塑机内的物料的重不一,而且供料***复杂,分别对注塑机进行加料,增加人工成本,降低工作效率。因此解决这个问题就变得很重要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种注塑机集中上料装置,通过上料传送带向上料槽内进行上料,输送螺杆在上料槽内对物料进行输送,物料通过分料口进入加料槽内进行加料,重量传感器对物料重量进行感应,解决了现有注塑机单独供料效率底下的问题。
本发明提供一种注塑机集中上料装置,包括上料槽,上料槽右侧设有倾斜设置的上料传送带,上料槽内设置输送螺杆,上料槽左侧设有驱动电机,驱动电机与输送螺杆左端连接,上料槽底端设有若干分料口,上料槽下端分别对应分料口都设有加料槽,加料槽上端设有电控阀,加料槽内下端设有下料板,加料槽左侧设有电机,下料板左端与电机连接,下料板上设有重量传感器,加料槽下端与注塑机连接。
进一步改进在于:上料槽上设有控制器,控制器分别和电机、重量传感器、电控阀电性连接。
进一步改进在于:所述上料槽设有不止一个,上料槽之间并列设置,上料传送带数量对应上料槽数量设置。
进一步改进在于:加料槽下端设有搅拌混合装置。
本发明的有益效果:通过上料传送带向上料槽内进行上料,输送螺杆在上料槽内对物料进行输送,物料通过分料口进入加料槽内进行加料,重量传感器对物料重量进行感应,同时对多个注塑机进行加料,减少了人力操作,提高了生产效率;设置多个上料槽多不同物料同时进行上料,搅拌混合装置对不同的物料进行搅拌混合,使用更加便捷。

如图1-2所示,本实施例提供一种注塑机集中上料装置,包括上料槽1,上料槽1右侧设有倾斜设置的上料传送带2,上料槽1内设置输送螺杆3,上料槽1左侧设有驱动电机4,驱动电机4与输送螺杆3左端连接,上料槽1底端设有若干分料口5,上料槽1下端分别对应分料口5都设有加料槽6,加料槽6上端设有电控阀7,加料槽6内下端设有下料板8,加料槽6左侧设有电机9,下料板8左端与电机9连接,下料板8上设有重量传感器10,加料槽6下端与注塑机连接。加料槽1外设有控制器11,控制器11分别和电机9、重量传感器10、电控阀7电性连接。所述上料槽1设有不止一个,上料槽1之间并列设置,上料传送带2数量对应上料槽1数量设置。加料槽6下端设有搅拌混合装置12。
工作时,上料传送带2将物料传送到上料槽1内,驱动电机4带动输送螺杆3将上料槽1内的物料进行传送,物料通过分料口5落到加料槽6内,下料板8上的重量传感器10对物料重量进行感应,在物料重量达到限定时,控制器11控制电控阀7关闭,同时控制电机9带动下料板8打开进行加料,物料通过搅拌混合装置12进行混合后进入注塑机内。

1.一种注塑机集中上料装置,包括上料槽(1),其特征在于:上料槽(1)右侧设有倾斜设置的上料传送带(2),上料槽(1)内设置输送螺杆(3),上料槽(1)左侧设有驱动电机(4),驱动电机(4)与输送螺杆(3)左端连接,上料槽(1)底端设有若干分料口(5),上料槽(1)下端分别对应分料口(5)都设有加料槽(6),加料槽(6)上端设有电控阀(7),加料槽(6)内下端设有下料板(8),加料槽(6)左侧设有电机(9),下料板(8)左端与电机(9)连接,下料板(8)上设有重量传感器(10),加料槽(6)下端与注塑机连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种注塑机集中上料装置,其特征在于:加料槽(1)外设有控制器(11),控制器(11)分别和电机(9)、重量传感器(10)、电控阀(7)电性连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种注塑机集中上料装置,其特征在于:所述上料槽(1)设有不止一个,上料槽(1)之间并列设置,上料传送带(2)数量对应上料槽(1)数量设置。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种注塑机集中上料装置,其特征在于:加料槽(6)下端设有搅拌混合装置(12)。
