(1) uniformly mixing an antioxidant, a melanin synthesis inhibitor, an enzyme inhibitor, a melanin polymer inhibitor, a melanin reducing agent, a melanin transfer inhibitor and a metabolism promoter to obtain a mixture;
(2) and (2) adding a carboxymethyl chitosan aqueous solution with the mass concentration of 5% into the mixture obtained in the step (1), wherein the amount of the carboxymethyl chitosan aqueous solution is 10-15 times of that of the mixture obtained in the step (1), homogenizing at the homogenizing speed of 1500-2500r/min for 8-15min, and spray drying to obtain the carboxymethyl chitosan/carboxymethyl chitosan.
8. Use of the composition having seven whitening effects according to any one of claims 1 to 6 for preparing a whitening cosmetic.

The whitening cream is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: the composition with seven-fold whitening effect according to any one of claims 1 to 6, 5 to 8 percent of cetyl stearate alcohol, 2 to 5 percent of squalane, 5 to 7 percent of shea butter, 5 to 9 percent of glycerol, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.1 to 0.1 percent of tween 600.05, 0.1 to 0.3 percent of triethanolamine, 0.05 to 0.1 percent of phenoxyethanol, 0.05 to 0.1 percent of essence, and 65.1 to 79.65 percent of deionized water.

The whitening cream according to claim 9, characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: the composition with seven-fold whitening effect according to any one of claims 1 to 6, 4% of cetearyl alcohol, 6% of squalane, 4% of shea butter, 7% of glycerol, 0.1% of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 600.05% of tween, 0.1% of triethanolamine, 0.06% of phenoxyethanol, 0.05% of essence and 72.64% of deionized water.
