Test samples: the anti-aging cosmetics prepared in example 4 and comparative examples 1 to 3 after being stored at normal temperature for 18 months.
The test method comprises the following steps: 60 female volunteer subjects with healthy skin and no allergic history of skin diseases are invited to try the anti-aging cosmetics of example 4 and comparative examples 1 to 3, which are aged 30 to 55 years, after being stored at normal temperature for 18 months, and are randomly divided into 4 groups of 15 people each. During the test period, the volunteer subjects stopped using other anti-aging cosmetics, cleaned face in the morning and evening, used the corresponding test anti-aging cosmetics for 8 weeks continuously, and tested the moisture content, SEw value and melanin index MI value of the facial skin of all the volunteer subjects on the 0 th and 8 th weeks, respectively, using a skin elasticity tester Cotometer MPA580 host and related probe, a wrinkle image analyzer (Visioscan, VC98) manufactured by Courage + Khazaka, germany, all of which were averaged.
Effective rate of moisturizing effect: the rate of change of moisture content of volunteer subjects at day 0 and week 8: effective is defined as not less than 25% in the example 4 group and not less than 10% in the comparative example 1 group. The effective rate of the moisturizing effect is (the number of effective volunteer subjects per group/15) × 100%.
The anti-wrinkle effect is effective: rates of change of SEw values from day 0 and week 8 in volunteer subjects: effective is defined as not less than 28% in the example 4 group and not less than 15% in the comparative example 1 group. The effective rate of the anti-wrinkle effect is (the test result of each group is effective volunteer subject number/15) × 100%.
The effective rate of the whitening effect is as follows: rates of change of MI values from day 0 and week 8 in volunteer subjects: effective is defined as not less than 10% in the example 4 group and not less than 5% in the comparative example 1 group. The effective rate of the whitening effect is (the test result of each group is effective volunteer subject number/15) × 100%.
The test results are shown in Table 4.

The results in table 4 show that the anti-aging cosmetic provided by the present invention still has significant moisturizing, anti-wrinkle and whitening effects after being stored at normal temperature for 18 months, which indicates that the components of the present invention can effectively maintain the activity of each active ingredient through a synergistic interaction.

Claims (7)

1. An anti-aging cosmetic is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 0.01-0.1% of disodium EDTA, 0.01-0.5% of ginsenoside, 0.01-0.5% of aloe leaf powder, 0.001-0.05% of maltodextrin, 0.005-0.1% of citric acid, 2-15% of glycerol, 0.5-10% of betaine, 0.1-2% of Biostine HP, 0.1-5% of nicotinamide, 0.01-0.5% of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.2-6% of anti-allergic agent, 0.05-3% of fibronectin, 0.01-0.3% of disodium hydrogen phosphate, 0.01-3% of carnosine, 1-15% of agaricus bisporus extract, 0.001-0.2% of palmitoyl signal peptide, 0.1-2% of preservative and the balance of water.
2. The anti-aging cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the anti-allergic agent is selected from SK-Calmin

Herba Centellae extract, rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati extract, and Scutellariae radixOne or more of root extract, tea extract, Glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, flos Matricariae Chamomillae extract, and herba Rosmarini officinalis leaf extract.
3. The anti-aging cosmetic composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the palmitoyl signal peptide is selected from one or more of palmitoyl pentapeptide-3, palmitoyl oligopeptide, palmitoyl tripeptide-1, palmitoyl tripeptide-5, and palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7.
4. The anti-aging cosmetic composition according to claim 3, wherein the palmitoyl peptide comprises palmitoyl pentapeptide-3 and palmitoyl oligopeptide in a weight ratio of 1: (1-2).
5. The anti-aging cosmetic according to claim 4, wherein the preservative is one or more selected from the group consisting of a lactic acid bacteria fermentation lysate, butylene glycol, ethylhexylglycerin, phenoxyethanol.

The anti-aging cosmetic according to claim 5, comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight: EDTA disodium 0.05%, ginsenoside 0.2%, folium Aloe powder 0.3%, maltodextrin 0.02%, citric acid 0.05%, glycerol 8%, betaine 5%, Biostine HP 1%, nicotinamide 2%, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate 0.2%, SK-Calmin0.5%、2%, fibronectin 1%, disodium hydrogen phosphate 0.01%, carnosine 1.5%, agaricus bisporus extract 10%, palmitoyl signal peptide 0.1%, lactobacillus fermentation lysate 0.6%, and water in balance;
wherein, the palmitoyl signal peptide consists of palmitoyl pentapeptide-3 and palmitoyl oligopeptide in a weight ratio of 1: 1.5.
7. The method for preparing an antiaging cosmetic according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the steps of:
(1) heating water to 90-95 ℃, keeping the temperature for 20-30 min, stopping heating, then sequentially adding EDTA disodium, ginsenoside, aloe leaf powder, maltodextrin, citric acid, glycerol, betaine, nicotinamide, Biostine HP and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, stirring while adding, dispersing and dissolving for 20-30 min;
(2) adding an anti-allergic agent, uniformly mixing, and cooling the system;
(3) cooling to 50 deg.C, adding fibronectin, disodium hydrogen phosphate, carnosine, Agaricus bisporus extract and palmitoyl signal peptide, and mixing;
(4) adding antiseptic, mixing, and filtering.
